Great company would highly recommend. From arrival staff were friendly and helpful. The driver of the transfer mini bus was extremely busy but waited patiently until I could get my small baby out of the car and buggy with luggage; so as we could get to the airport on that trip. Our flight was cancelled coming back about 36 hours and Oakwood were great about it when I phoned to explain. We had a quick pick up upon our return to BRS, the driver had set off for us already when I called. Expecting a charge for the delayed return when I went to collect my keys they said there was no extra charge due to the circumstances. Having had many cancelled or delayed flights in the past, this is the first parking company that hasn’t put the hand in to try and make more money out of the customer in a situation like that which is highly commendable. Only negative I can give is that the parking area is quite muddy and would benefit from some gravel being laid. Overall though excellent company, with great prices and great customer service. Would rate higher if I could.

This is the best parking we have had at Bristol airport. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I called before had and asked if we could arrive early due to the airport telling people to arrive early and was told that was not a problem. It’s really close to the airport and we waited no more than 5 min to and from the airport. Also my dad left his mobile in the car and when we arrived home his mobile was exactly where he left it. I have used Oakwood Airport Parking several times over the years when flying from Bristol. Never had any problems. All the staff are really lovely, always ready and on hand to drop you and come pick you back up once you give them a call from the terminal. Excellent value for money.

As advertised-probably the closest car park to the airport apart from the ones right by it. Good price for 7 days. Post code took us nowhere near but we sorted that out. Easy online booking and you can either pay online or when you arrive. Quick pick up on landing and despite rather rough car park, car was wasn't too far from the reception. Can recommend.

I’ve used this place countless times and have never had any issues. I never have to wait long for a minibus either leaving or arriving, staff are helpful and it’s the best value and the most convenient. It’s my go-to place and I am always disappointed when it’s booked. If you want a fancy minibus and you are scared to get a bit of mud on your car then maybe it’s not for you. As for the people who struggle to turn in off the main road, perhaps you shouldn’t be driving….

Fantastic service with these guy's. Drop off and pick up was quickly organized. My car has battery issues so I know it wouldn't start on my return without using a boost box. These guy's done it for me and left the engine running for a bit so it started straight away. Above and beyond service, thank you!!

Very convenient for Bristol Airport. Shuttle bus runs every 5-10 minutes and only about a 5 min journey to the airport. Much cheaper than the Bristol airport parking and in most ways more convenient. Would get five stars if it wasn't for the slightly pot-holed, bit muddy initial parking area.

On the plus side, it is close to the airport and the minibus transfers on both of our journeys were quick and with very short waiting times. On the negative side, it isn't exactly upmarket. We had to walk up the field in the rain to find our car which was tightly squeezed in between others. I guess they forgot to bring it closer for us.... But it is cheaper than the alternatives at the airport itself.

Don't know why people moan so much on reviews of this place it's literally 65% cheaper than the airport and probably 90% more convenient Card machine wasn't working before we flew out but they said it's all good pay when we get back minibus took us to terminal took 2 minutes Landed bit early, called the guys they came straight round Car was sat there waiting had free jet wash of the outside, paid up, asked them to move the minibus as we were blocked in which they were more than happy to do and off we go Couple of miles extra done but the website literally says expect up to 4 miles to be done while you're away so if people actually read the website details then you would expect this Thanks again Oakwood would definitely use in future

Really soggy day the first time I used this alternative to expensive on-airport parking facilities. Be nice not to get muddy feet going to and from the terminal, so a bit more tarmac would be good. Other than that its a slick, reasonably priced operation with efficient transfers to and from the airport

Regularly use Oakwood Parking when travelling from Bristol Airport. Prices are reasonable and car is always safe. We had just missed the shuttle when we rung to say we were outside, waited less than 10 minutes for the bus to return. But was like a free for all as the incoming passengers were leaving the waiting passengers got straight on to the bus. Leaving us at the rear loading our suitcases on the bus, luckily we got on this bus and had the last two seats.

Fantastic service. I arrived at 6am and although my satnav tried to take me further I saw it and was able to turn around quickly so no problem there. I parked my car and went to reception where a friendly lady took my name and my car key. I then waited no more than two minutes for the minibus that then only took about two mins to the airport. Again a very friendly guy driving the minibus. On arrival back at Bristol airport there was an Oakwood minibus about to leave so perfect timing. I got back to the car park and they had moved my car so that it was facing out ready for me to drive out. The young lady at reception was very friendly. I can’t fault Oakwood parking at all and will definitely use them again. Thank you to everyone I dealt with.

Excellent service. Literally right next door to the airport, friendly staff with quick check in and the transfer bus takes less than 5minutes. Didn't have to wait for the shuttle bus at all for either journey, was ready to go both ways. Will definitely use again :-)

These guys are amazing! Helpful, well organised and cheaper than parking directly at the airport. It’s really close so the shuttle will take you about 4 mins. I would honestly recommend this company to anyone.

It's a car park. What more can I say? It is five minutes drive from the airport and cheaper than parking at the airport. Courtesy Bus is pretty much door to door and I find it laughable that people book one of the airport car parks because they think it's more convenient, but with courtesy buses not running due to covid, it's one hell of a trek to the terminal. Customer service has improved a great deal with new, friendly and courteous drivers and reception staff. Have used many times and will continue to do so!!

Used them for a week. Very competitive pricing, really friendly service and prompt shuttles. Quicker than most "meet and greet" car parking in the area, they are located very close to the airport. Be aware that your car will get dusty/muddy as it's parked in a field for a week, but this is to be expected. Cheaper to wash your car than pay for multi-storey! Will definitely use again, recommended.

Really good price, right on the doorstep of the airport. I booked it because it was more than half the price of the official parking. I read the reviews after I booked it and there were some negative reviews that made me a bit nervous but it turned out to be a brilliant service. Drop off at the airport and pickup were really quick. I think this is a good service. I have used similar over the years and for Bristol, my local airport, I will continue to use Oakwood. They are close, with regular buses both ways which is important and better than the purple people who make you wait for ages, which is not good if you are running a bit late. Oakwood definitely have my vote for Bristol airport for ease of use and proximity to the airport.

I have used others but Oakwood is as good as any. We searched on price and Oakwood were better than Bristol airport options and are only a few minutes past the airport. Sat Nav only takes you to the post code, but they are on the left (driving past the airport) so easy to find. A friendly and efficient service with seemingly regular pickups from the airport (helped by their close proximity).

I was running late for my flight due to traffic in Bristol. The driver phoned me to make sure I was still coming and then couldn't have done anymore in terms of how quickly he got me to the airport. First class service, the car park is lessthan a mile from the airport. Once parked drop your keys at the office your given a card to call when you return then just get on the mimi bus and job done 😁. If you want to park your expensive car in a waterlogged mud covered field in the middle of nowhere , this is the place to go. Woman who drives the bus is very rude and in my opinion should probably work behind the scenes and not in front of the public. No shelter to wait under if it's raining and basically no communication between staff and customers. Best to pay the little bit more and use official parking on the airport. ( Who wants to wait 45 minutes for the bus to turn up then walk in a muddy field.

First time I've used Oakwood as I usually use another carpark but I must say it was a great first experience. Check in was quick and transport to the airport was straight away. On the return we called up and waited for the bus. The first bus arrived but was full up so we had to wait a further 10 minutes. It's great that it's literally only 5 minutes away. My only suggestion would be to ensure you put on enough buses to cater for the amount of people returning.
