It has reasonable big area for car parking. Parking is available most of time. They are close from shops as well. One of the bog reason I prefer to go in this shopping area for specially the car parking.

This was my first time back here since I helped build this shopping centre many moons ago. It's held up very well and the car park has plenty of spaces, including disabled bays, and it's all very well laid out, clean and easy to use. There are lifts down to the ground floor (and back!) and it's VERY convenient for Queen Street.

Nothing wrong with it. Only thing that could be improved would be price. Its okay for a city centre location though. We were there 5.30-10.30 which cost £8.50. I imagine at more "peak" times for a day of shopping it could get pricey. It was the only place we could actually find a space. It wasnt extortionate. It didnt stink of piss (like a lot of car parks). The spaces are large (for my 3 door anyway). Well lit. Felt pretty secure. Left with car in one piece TL;DR? Its a car park. Its fine.

Decent car park in the centre of Cardiff. It's not the cheapest car park but also not the most expensive. If you have a large vehicle some of the bends can be quite tight and the spaces a bit of a squash but on a positive there are usually plenty of spaces available.

A bit out of the main shopping area now, but the cost is reasonable and there's nearly always somewhere to park. However, the entrance and exit is pretty tight for anything bigger than a small car, so take care. Just look at the state of some of the concrete walls by the barriers...

The roof carpark is more like a maze than a normal carpark spaces cramped in which is ok if everyone parked normally in side the white boxes and not on the lines I waited for 40 mins to park up they should have people walking around to make sure people park respectfully if not fine them

As previously stated by a few people already, it is fairly dark and seems confusing at first. Once you realise it is a one way system then it's not difficult at all. The spaces do seem quite small and you have to follow signs for several minutes before finding the payststion behind closed doors. The stairwells also smell like pee. Don't stay for 5 hours or you will be charged £8.50! It did the job on a Friday afternoon but I can't help feel it has been somewhat forgot about and feels out dated.
