This is a pretty big car park a short walk to town. It's reasonably priced, only £1 on a Sunday. If its busy it can be a bit of a pain to get in and out though...

Nice big car park,was £2.50 but gone up to £2.70 I think it is now, to park for 4 hours & £1 all day on Sundays. Can use MiPermit to park. Nice walk through the old ruins to town.

Handy place to park for visiting the town and it has the saver offer - £2.50 for 4 hours as well. Lots of parking spaces. Only downside is that it can take a bit of time to exit at busy times because of the traffic lights at entrance - approximately 5 cars only can get out on the green light.

I always use this car park when I go into Colchester because its easy to park and huge, so there's always spaces. Its lovely to walk through the Priory up to Priory Street. Only drawback is leaving the Car Park. The traffic lights change rapidly only letting about 3 cars through at a time !

Easy and cheap to park for 4 hours. Can fill with large puddles after rain so need to choose clear Spot. One way arrows ignored by most drivers.

I love Britannia Car Park. It's the only one I will go and park in, if I am visiting Colchester. The daily deal is fab. I think it's the only reasonably priced car park left in Colchester, £2.50 for 4 hours, you can't go wrong!

Great car park. Still close enough to the town centre but has a much better rate than the Vineyard one -here you get 4 hours for 2,50 whereas at vineyards 2 hours for the same price.

It's a car park. Not much to say. Usually busy but if you have the free 2+ badge, those spaces are often open. Need at least 2 people in the car though as the name suggests.

Cheap -especially because of the £2:50 off peak all day parking. Don't forget to press the green button to get the deal. Lots of parking spaces, good layout and terrain.

A lot of parking spaces, with disabled bays near the entrance. It does have a major drawback though, which is not having the possibility of contactless or card payment, only cash or pay-by-phone, which don't come in handy all the time.

Bit weird reviewing carparks, standard Pay and Display, you can use the MiPermit app on smartphones to pay without using the machines. Not a multi-story and no height restrictions.
