Colchester centre parking is limited and expensive so park and ride is the obvious choice - easy to get to and find. It was weekend when we visited so was very quiet with loads of parking. Bus Drivers really friendly and helpful. Stops in the centre were easiĺly located and centrally place - pleasure to use the service.

I use the park and ride when ever I need to visit colchester or the hospital. The drivers are friendly and often have to give me directions as I am new to the area. The buses are clean and lots of social distancing. Lots of parking available on site. With all the shops moving to Stane Retail Park, I hope another route will be added to enable people to visit the shops they used to use in Colchester.

A bit far from city centre so you will definitely need to catch the bus - too far to walk ! Make sure to get the last bus to be able to return. The usual charge us £3 but ours was £10 online ! Not sure why !

Always use park and ride when I visit Colchester town centre as its convenient for me and I don't have a time limit if I was in a car park in town .

Very easy to get to, lots of parking spaces for disabled users. Bus timetable not displayed inside terminal only on outside wall. Register parking place by entering car reg. Pay bus driver contactless only, seemed a bit odd for a £1.50 fare, but there you go. Drive was good. Return journey well the route states bus stop on St. John's Street but there was not one! Could you either amend the displayed route plan or reinstate the bus stop. Will use again if I need to travel to Colchester.

Really friendly and helpful staff and very convenient for getting into town and not having to worry about parking. They would have got 5* but for the problems around Asda which seem to be causing havoc on Saturdays.
