I have recently bought a Kia Niro Hybrid from Sutton Park Kia Coventry. My experience from start to finish was absolutely 5-star. My initial contact was with Jenny,who was calm and reassuring on the phone and answered all my questions with no fuss. James was excellent with regular updates from ordering of the vehicle to its delivery. He was easily accessible throughout the process. Allen,the driver who delivered the vehicle, was a complete gentleman and very professional. He took time to show me everything. All in all,I have enjoyed doing business with Sutton Park Kia Coventry and highly recommend them.

I ordered a Kia Picanto from this dealer in November 2021 and picked it up 3 months later. I originally chose this dealer because they offered the best price for the vehicle that I wanted, but it turned out to be a good choice all round. Exemplary service by the Service Dept. Helpful, Supportive, Professional. During a journey from Southampton to Newcastle , a engine management light started to flash at Coventry on my 2016 Sorento. Sutton Park quickly provided a mechanic to investigate. They identified a problem with the turbo control valve . They offered to fix it the next morning and even ran us to a local hotel. When the repair was slowed by a seized bolt, they offered a courtesy car so we could make a family wedding on time. They kept us fully informed and even allowed us to hold onto the car for an extra couple of days so we could fulfil our plans in the North East. I purchased a car from the group (Tamworth site), and had a number of issues with work that was promised to be done at the point of sale, which unfortunately wasn’t. I struggled to get anywhere with this through the Sales team, who effectively refused to acknowledge this and backtracked, despite these issues being listed in the order form as areas they were going to rectify on the car. However, I contacted Kaleem in the Customer Service team at Coventry, who was brilliant from the very first contact. He acknowledged the issues, and went about resolving these as quickly as possible, whilst providing regular updates and contact along the way. He liaised with the Service department directly to ensure that all work was completed to a high standard and on time, which made the process very easy. Sales Exec, Tim Angel was excellent. I previously had a Kia Sportage which is a great car, but with advancing years found it a little too big. I was originally thinking of exchanging it for the new Xceed and after a test drive was very keen on it, but my wife who has arthritis found it difficult to get in and out of. We were about to walk away from the showroom when Tim suggested we look at an ex-demo Niro 3 which was parked outside. This immediately fitted the bill and after test drives and several 'discussions' we bought a new one! Now with 400 miles on the clock, so far so good. Moving from a 2 litre low-revving diesel to a 1.6 high-revving petrol/electric takes some adjustment but I've found it an easy car to drive, and very comfortable. I'm getting used to moving ghost-like in and out of car parks on electric -only (in the process nearly running over pedestrians who can't hear us coming) and I particularly like the all-round sensors.

Not very good at van gearbox's that hit the chassis and knocks holes in them..and charge you for recovery and a new box for a fault that existed from new and done nothing to recompensed others that had the same fault..i found the problem after nearly loseing my job because i maintained a hire fleet of renalt vans....Renault never paid me for solveing a expensive hole in a gearbox!.🔕
