H. E. H.Me and my husband came with our 4 daughters last Saturday. It was really busy on entrance but to be expected they had a party on too. Not much seating (staff were lovely and got me a seat) I had my newborn baby with me and I'm disabled. Disappointed with no disabled facilities as my girls loved the stay. Lot of stairs I can't manage disabled especially with a newborn baby. Can't fault the staff always watching the kids and the lady who offered me a chair. Very thoughtful and kind. The place seemed clean, saw the staff cleaning up. At the end of our session the new people for the new session were already waiting to go in. So that got in the way of us coming out, also no cleaning was being done in between sessions. With covid still about I'd like to think they'd clean it more often. Overall my kids enjoyed it and would love to come back. Oh and prices great too! Affordable thing to do.
R. L.Recently visited with my daughter. The place was very clean and all the staff that I came across were superb. All very friendly and welcoming. My daughter loved it with lots of climbing and running about. I would definitely recommend this place and I will most certainly visit again very soon.

C. H.Fantastic fun for all ages. A great range of equipment to keep everyone amused and all for a super reasonable price. A definite must for anyone with a couple of hours to spend with children! The only thing it misses out on is air conditioning for those of us who are quick over heat!!!!

A. K.Good fun for kids and for parents, bit of a workout too. Service in cafe isn’t great though, waited about 10minutes in front of counter to be served, with staff clearly seeing me waiting. Coffee didn’t taste much like coffee for some reason. We ordered food but it turned out the order was missed somehow, so we had to cancel/refund as it was time to go.

There is a lot of rules which little ones may forget but overall it was well worth the visit and we will definitely return.
There's bad reviews regarding parking but they don't own the car park and to be honest it was fine. Was cash only but was only a few quid and we got parked right outside.
As mentioned in other reviews there isn't disabled access to go up to the cafe but this didn't affect our visit at all, however may affect others.
Small amount of seating in the cafe but we were happy to wait until a space became available.

F. A.We booked a toddler party for my son's third birthday and it was brilliant. We all had lots of fun, it was very organised, the food was great and the staff were brilliant.
A. R.It was my first visit today and we’d booked the place for my sons 5th Birthday. I had a mixed experience. Pre visit trying to contact Jumpin Fun to confirm everything and ask questions was nigh on impossible! The waiver app they use didn’t work either for me personally and they expected us to complete waivers for 10 adults plus kids! Most did it when they arrived which was chaotic and not a smooth process. This needs simplifying in my opinion to improve the customer experience. The parking situation isn’t ideal and the app for that didn’t work for me either although it did for some of our guests. Be prepared to pay in cash at the machine. Once we had all registered with waivers we were allowed through. From then the staff were great in particular kian who was our lead host. He was very good and engaging. The kids loved the experience. At £15 per head though the food is very basic and not worth the £10 per head over the normal £5 entry fee. This can and should be improved. If they can improve the waiver process and make the arrival experience slicker, provide better quality food for the kids this will be a great place for toddler birthdays. The main thing is the kids all had a great time.

Have recommended to others with children with similar needs as parents with special need children the choices can be limited and it's nice to finally have somewhere for them to go to.

My daughter had a brilliant birthday party, there was plenty of time to play on the inflatables, have dinner, sing happy birthday and go in the ball pit.
The homemade pizzas, chips & juice were a delight and was well received by everyone involved.
L. N.5 stars for customer service! I had my 9 year old son and 6 year old daughter's birthday party here and they had a fantastic time. The food was tasty with good portions. The staff were all incredible, very warm and helpful and they ensured we had a great time. Thank you very much for giving us a lovely experience.

T. V.This place is awesome, even for an adult if you pick the right times. I am only giving a 4* because I have attended before and it was amazing however do not think I will return during school holidays again as it was far too busy and seemed too crowded, particularly whilst we are still in a pandemic. There however were plenty of staff to monitor the activities and Two in particular (Sophie and Olivia) were lovely and really made the trip with their positivity in what clearly was a stressful hour with so many people. I attended the adults only night previously which was awesome so will probably return if they do that again. This is a great family activity however so would still recommend this to anyone looking for a cheap activity as this was only £5 for the session during the holidays.
Before the session, you are signed in at the desk and your waivers are checked ( these can be filled out online to save you time). You are then taken through to a briefing which tell you the do's and don'ts whilst your there. You then go put your items in the lockers (there really aren't many so I'd suggest leaving valuables at home) shoes can be left in the unit by the start. The Session is split into 1-hour in the main inflatable section then half an hour in the ball pit and wipeout machine. The ball pit is not very deep so would say small children would be fine but obviously should be accompanying everywhere anyway. There is a cafe upstairs that is overpriced (in my opinion) but for a cafe in a leisure centre I sort of expected it.
Overall a good experience that we had a laugh with an will return to when it's not school holidays. Photos taken during the adults only night as the session was too busy for photos during this visit.

V. T.We had super hour here for the toddler session. Such fun (for mummy too!) and a real reasonable price. The two attendants that were on duty were super helpful and wonderful with the kiddos, they really look like they enjoy their job, they're interested and engaging with the kids and really go out of their way to make sure the kids are having fun. Watch the car park, it's not free and it's not their's and there are plenty of signs up telling you that. Lockers are £1 but you get that back and there's enough to go around. Toilets were clean, in fact the whole place was clean. Highly recommended for anyone with some energy and time to burn, we'll definitely be going back!
K. W.Amazing fun for kids of all ages, even little ones (our 1.5 year old loved it although I had to basically carry her around everywhere). The session for little kids is actually 1.5hours. 1 hour in the main bouncy bit and 30 minutes in the ball pit. Lots of exercise for parents too!

Staff were absolutely wonderful and took over so I didn't have to do anything and I could watch the children having fun sat down with a coffee. They were very engaging with the kids and obviously cared that they had a good time. Very good value for money and highly recommend.

Well think my 32 year old fella maybe seemed to be having more fun 👍😂 after a testing time felt so good to get back to some out the house fun, the team was efficient and helpful keep it up. only down fall was at the cafe upstairs the slush was bland n poor and the food I considered ordering (hotdog) I um didn't.... Happy jumping y'all

The bounce itself is well kept, clean and great fun for kids and adults! Also got to use the wipe out at front of building, not great for the younger kids but adults loved it.

E. M.What a fantastic place! My 2 kids and nephew love it here - this week was the 3rd time we've been. There is plenty for them to do and the staff are absolutely AMAZING with them - so friendly and they really get involved in playing with the children as well as watching out for their safety. Plenty of space in the car park which makes it much easier, only £3.50 all day which can't complain about in the city centre, plus cheap admission. Great coffee and cake in the cafe which helps as well. We will be back again and again!

Even with parking included it’s cheaper than everywhere else around. Staff are young but are all so helpful! They get involved with the kids and look like they actually enjoy their job! T. L.The place is good fun for kids and very well priced. Unfortunately they appear to have employed children to run it who don't really want to be there, and don't know what they are doing. Before I booked online I called up the day before as there website is a little confusing as to whom you need to pay for if you have a toddler. The person I spoke to didn't explain the situation very well and their attitude was very much that of someone who didn't want to be on the phone. I didn't let this ruin my experience and thought I will book anyway. This attitude is clearly the general consensus of all staff as they were the same when you arrived there. If you want fun and value for money and dont mind belligerent children running the place then I recommend it. If you can ignore the sour faced teenagers running it, then again I recommend it.
A. P.Grand children loved it but it's not wheelchair friendly, the cafe and area to watch is upstairs with no lift. I was offered to wait in the birthday room which was windowless and really smelt of sweaty feet, so I paid £2.50 to be bored for 2 hours. Won't go again.

As soon as I walked in, I was awestruck and I really like how before you go in you watch a safety video.It doesnt take up any of your time to watch the video so I would definatly recommend it to anyone whether you are an adult or a child.

M. L.Kids loved it, non stop fun! Staff were excellent in ensuring safety. Be aware Parking expensive because of the policy of Derby city coucil to tax anyone that has the audacity to bring revenue into the town. I'd have stayed longer but decided to take family out of town to eat afterwards.

Looking at the staff their very young which doesn't put me at ease at all , there's a restaurant,but even that's nothing special.
If your stuck for something for your children to do it's better than nothing I guess,but once You've been there I think you'll never go again.

Дети за час выплеснут всю свою энергию. Шумно, весело особенно с компанией. Есть кафе где родители могут подождать детей. Девушки и парни работают сипатичные и дружелюбные. Можно проводить день рождения . Есть комнаты со всем необходимым :посуда. Столы и стулья. Парковка на территории. Туалеты и комната оказания первой помощи если это необходимо.
