Had to visit A&E with my wife, on 26th Nov just before midnight, was told not to worry about parking in drop off spaces for longer than the permitted 30 mins. Eventually moved to a carpark, opening the space for others.. At 5am had to leave to return home to let my dog out, was pleasantly surprised that parking was was free, then having returned around 6.30am spent a further 5hrs with my wife in the treatment area before being told my wife was fit enough to return home. This time a fee of £5.20 for parking, a lot less than expected, in my head though, I'd hate to have been there in daytime as there would probably be no spaces in the carpark at all....

Had to ( with a friend and the landlord of the Oaklands who drove us to A&E ) take an elderly friend to A & E who had collapsed while we were out for a Christmas dinner, no ambulance for 5hrs! We were seen immediately, she was taken straight in to be assessed, and treated, couldn't have asked for better service, thankfully she is on the mend. Big thank you to A & E and the landlord from the Oaklands.

There's always a queue so get there at least 20 mins early. Also don't think it's free for nhs staff? Otherwise, good location

Thi carpark is for disabled only, it is under the kings treatment centre.

Very small for the size of the hospital, at times the queues to get in the relevant section can cause upto an hour wait .

Needed an xray for food after falling down stairs. CAR PARK 4 FOR A&E. 2 min walk from a&e door. Good sign posting to guide you there. free parking some how. Hospital workers were great super freindly and kind all good ppe. Had to wait about 1.5h as it was early and nurse wasnt in yet but hey we dont pay for healthcare in uk wait times could be better but thats nothing new in nhs. At least i dont have to sell my house for an ambulance ride *cough* America *cough*. All in all i pay my tax, happy where it goes and happy with the staff and quaility of service we pay for. Keep up the good work nhs worker yall are saints.
