G. B.An interesting little walk than can get very muddy. Good fun for the kids though.
L. T.Nice little walk, got some wild garlic and the sculptures were lovely, although the wooden sculptures at the entrance had been knocked over and damaged.
M. M.A magical small wood next to St Margaret's Primary school. The wood is accessible from the school and from the public park. The wood sculptures have added a special feel and there are several information panels giving info on plants and animals in the wood. It is thought that 'fairies' live in the woods! The school children have contributed to some of the information. This little woodland area is a great asset to the school and the walking community that visit.
S. B.Great outdoor play time with the kids. Made a den, encouraged challenging climbing & enjoyed a sausage sizzle on our camping stove.
c. t.Such a lovely day. Train journey, wee walk to the park and a gruffalo adventure through school wood. A perfect morning with 2 3 year olds.
