Great service all round from this dealership. Very helpful and friendly sales staff who really look after all of your needs. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Walked in with a rough idea what we wanted and walked out with with a car, you can't say fairer than that really! Again, we could not fault the service we received at this dealership and were really happy with the car we bought.

Very happy buyer, dealt with Michael - professional, friendly and not pushy, made my first car purchase in a long while a pleasure. Popped in on a saturday morning after visiting another car dealer, test drive of 2016 Jazz EX on forecourt and car purchased after short discussion and offered good trade in for my 16yr old jazz with 128500 miles, so deal signed up then feeling had decent price and car picked up on the Tuesday afternoon - 3 days later - perfect, happy customer 12 month warranty and Honda assistance provided as standard, excellent follow up with drivers folding mirror problem, new door switch fitted once got to bottom of issue- Andrew on service desk very informative and helpful. Michael also managed to source some mats for me when returned to get mirror sorted. Pleasure to do business with, Michael and Andrew great customer care, won't leave it as long until renew car next time and will definitely return to Western Honda.

I booked a recall job and arrived at 1 o'clock and handed the keys over. I hadn't been sitting long when I was told the car was being brought to the front door for me, new windows master switch installed. I got in and glanced at the clock. 19 minutes after arriving I was heading home, job done! Excellent service!

Fast and reliable service. Everything was done on time and explained in detail. I requested a loan car and was provided with one. The staff was super friendly and everything that was required was fixed on time on the same day.

Very simple purchasing experience. Offered far more for my p/x than Peter Vardy on an already competitively priced car. Car was spotless on collection despite being three years old and having had been used for dog carrying duties. Thanks very much, it was nice meeting you and having a good chat too.

I'm a bit surprised about some very negative comments here. I have visited Western Honda Dunfermline several times, they have been always very polite and helpful. When my car needed a new alternator it was done quickly and professionally. My wife also bought a car from them, it was a pleasant experience, apart from having to part with our hard earned money :-).

Most people buy over-hyped under-specced downright unreliable German cars. Yes they are- do some research. For people who then want a Honda- dealers are few. Backed by a big firm- this dealer brings the savings of big company pre-registering to this increasingly niche marque. The showroom is modern and neat. Bring a shoe horn for parking outside. I've bought 2 of my last 6 Honda's here and the purchase and buying experiences have been without fault and as good value as i will get outside the home counties. Thereafter when i wanted anything done messages arnt passed on and everything is someone else's job...who isnt here today. My wife is on a servicing package. Some of their claims (like brakes worn and need replacing at 18K-"oh brakes are for safety-you can't take risks") are just the usual shark practices engaged all over i have found in any dealer. I appreciate the fixed price service probably costs them money but....its a garage at the end of the day. Keep your wits about you. If you have a reliable mechanic already keep them and use them for servicing.

Always great service from Western Honda. My Civic in for its service this morning on a while you wait basis. There at 8.30 and car handed back serviced, washed and vacuumed at 10.00. All done in a COVID safe way. First class.👍

Needed to buy a reversing light for my mk1 CRV that I couldn't find on the internet. Went into the showroom and all the staff were excellent in helping and got the young lad (Declan) out to assist in finding the part for my car. A double-check on a blow-out drawing and was told the part would be here in 2 days. 2 days later I got the call to notify me it had arrived. Bang on time, correct part and 100% delighted with Honda (Halbeath). Considering getting the car in for a timing-belt change and automatic transmission fluid change in the near future, so watch this space!
