Communication was superb. No worrying about timings or meeting points, everything was very clear and easy. That's the thing...everything was made easy and stress free. Found the carpark easily. Safe spot to leave your car. Staff are very friendly and approachable. Drop off is the exact same spot as pick up so no mistakes can be made. On coming back I sent the wrong flight number, so I got a text just to confirm my arrival time the day before so everything went smoothly. This clearly shows that they are on the ball and nothing is last minute mad rush. Transport to and from the airport was clean, comfortable, quick and friendly. Will definitely be recommending to anyone going to Edinburgh Airport. Will use time and time again.

Excellent customer service. One of the business owners rang me to warn me about local flooding and advise me of a safe route to the car park, and made sure we had plenty of time ahead of our flight. Short shuttle ride to airport. On return, the other business owner was waiting for us in the shuttle. We took our key with us, but Darren had scraped the ice from our car, and said that when customers leave keys they like to start the engine so the car can warm up - really going the extra mile. Quick, efficient and good value. Will definitely use again.

Can’t rate this place highly enough. We used these guys in the beginning of December flying from EDi to Disneyland Paris. These guys were fantastic not only are their prices amazing and so reasonable the service was 5*. Both guys that collected us/picked us up we’re so lovely and chatted away, really pleasant guys, not only that when we arrived back in Edinburgh the weather was freezing and they heated up the car for us getting there and scrapped all the windows! Absolutely fantastic touch. Like I said I can’t recommend these guys enough if your ever flying from Edinburgh airport these are the go to guys their prices are fab! Thanks again

Bruce took us to the airport and was very friendly and made the trip exciting for going on holiday. Darren picked us up and had the bus nice and cosy for us getting back as landed at midnight on a Saturday. Very easy service to book and use. Would recommend and use again

Excellent experience using EACP for the first time. Upon arrival, the shuttle bus was waiting to take us to the airport. It was super quick, and conveniently dropped us off a short walk from the terminal. The bus was waiting for us when we returned, both drivers were so polite and courteous! Will not use anyone else now. The price is ridiculously cheap compared to others, also. Honestly can't fault them. Thanks for Making what is usually a headache, a great experience.

Excellent option for parking if you're travelling from Edinburgh airport. Good service, less than 5 min waiting time, pretty close to the airport and at a fair price. The only thing to improve would be a better entry signage

The Team could not have been more helpful. I put in an incorrect time for the Return, and a prompt response resolved the issue. I was able to get directions to the carpark easily and they sent me a text when I arrived to say which Stand they were waiting for us. Staff very friendly and helpful. Cannot recommend EACP enough! I had booked park and ride along with my Ryanair flights, Ryanair never told me the original parking company had gone bust! By pure luck Darren was waiting for a customer at the EACP pick up point, and saved the day, getting my daughter and I to the airport in time for our early morning flight and even collected us on our return. Perfect service and lovely guys. Will definitely use EACP on our next trip 😊😊

Coming from a customer service background, I always appreciate great service. Bruce literally took it to another dimension! The booking was very straightforward and communication leading up to arrival day was spot on. When we arrived in Edinburgh, Bruce was waiting on us and took us personally to the departures and sent us a message to wish us a great holiday. He sent us photos of our car and due to a flat tyre, said he would have it pumped up for arriving back. On the day we came back we got a message to tell us where he was and getting out, were taken back to the car park where our car was waiting, all warmed up and the tyre inflated. In all the years of dealing with countless companies, EACP were light years ahead and they have customers for life.

I used EACP for the first time in January 2023 when away for a few days. Price was great and communication was great. Bruce sent me directions as well as a contact number in case I had any problems finding them. I found the car park with no problems, and Bruce was waiting to take us to the airport. On switching my phone back on after the flight I had a text advising the mini bus was waiting for us at stand 5. Really great service, I will definitely use EACP the next time I'm flying from Edinburgh airport.
