Only recommendation would be that if the bus doesn't come in like 10 minutes there js a mobile number you need to ring (not the one beginning in 0131), because I didn't know this and ended up walking back to the car park. Maybe it would be helpful to put that as a message on the other telephone when it isn't answered or on the online FAQs👍

N. R.Handy location close to the terminal, only a few minutes drive on the free shuttle bus and cheaper than terminal parking. I had a problem with my van and Gordon in the office was really helpful, directing me to local shops so I could get something to eat while I waited for the mechanic and letting me leave keys so the recovery driver could pick the van up the next day without me having to stay in Edinburgh overnight.

M. B.There is cheaper places to park at Edinburgh Airport but we think secure airpark is by far the best value. No hassle transfer, dropped off right at the terminal by drivers who are very pleasant even at 5 in the morning. Extra bonus is the 10% discount you get for subsequent holiday parking.
A. T.I booked parking through an ItIsOn offer for going away on 6th Jan. Unfortunately, like a dipstick, I didn't actually reserve the parking with Secure Airparks. So when we arrived there was no booking, DOH! After finding the voucher the young lady at the reception desk kindly put hte parking through with the voucher making my day and saving me repaying for parking I'd already paid for.
Amazing service, thank you. Oh and the car park was great, busses every few minutes and just 2 mins from terminal. More importantly they use bus stop H so no walking through the car park in the Scottish weather to get to your bus. Excellent!

2.We have used Edinburgh secure airparks many many times over last 15yrs as the service is brilliant but one gripe is that over the last year we have noticed the drivers have become very grumpy, some don't even acknowledge you when you get on and say hello/good morning. if you're lucky you get a grunt. Some are ok, a lot not. Please ask drivers to be a little more friendly..
D.Decent price if you book ahead. Usually easy enough to find a space. The little bus takes you right to the door and picks you up again, and is frequent. Every 10 mins I think. I've never felt like I was really waiting long.
