Incredible place to visit on a sunny day if you fancy a dip or paddle in the loch, be warned the water is cold! Crystal clear water and if you drink it it tastes like fresh bottled water! Great walk and explore through the woods too!

Really great walks and forest, pay and display machine didn't work.

The perfect 2 mile loop with a little of everything!! Favorite part was where we could get down to water and wade in a bit. Cold but very refreshing. This was top 3 hikes in our highland Scotland experience.
Ps we didn’t pay for parking because arrived after 5pm and were fine

Lovely part of Scotland 🏴 for a walk, the paths and information boards are great. However I do advise you to stop in Braemar and use the toilets there so you can avoid the disgusting toilets in the Linn of Dee car park. Wretch worthy, lacking toilet paper totally disgusting ........ £3 for parking ..... not sure any of this goes towards wc facilities.

GORGEOUS! Definitely a must see, and it's a very short hike down the hill from the car park to see the river & the canyon the river formed. The other hike wasn't worth the 5 or 10 minutes it took, it was mostly just trees and then a field.

Gorgeous waterfall, take care with dogs and young children as there is a bit of a drop into the water. The Caledonian Pine forests around are some of Scotland’s finest, we stayed overnight in a camper van in the carpark, given how many vans were parked up, it was very quiet. The toilets were very handy and there is one accessibility one which was great. Good place for a camp. Great walks all around 👍🏻

One of my favourite places. Very clean and well looked after. The surrounding area is stunning

Nice place to walk, 30 or 60 minute walks from the car park to view the falls, worth heading up to the salmon ladder as more impressive views of the Cairngorms than from the car park.

Lovely walk giving a mix of river bank and forestry. Easy if the feet and only takes about an hour. The main car park is well laid out and has public toilets. Space for all types and sizes of vehicles. There is also parking charge machines for contributions.
