This is one of the best installations I have ever had/seen. The installers turned up they got straight on with the job. I think it needs to be noted how brilliant this company is. In an age of technology and busy ness, customer service is often the poor relation, i.e- overlooked! How refreshing to make an enquiry and have a heartfelt, swift and really friendly response. I was impressed right from the very first contact. within less than an hour I had my old worn out shutters booked in for their repair. ONE WORKING DAY!! (If only plumbers and boiler service engineers could respond as readily!!) The day was today- Bang on time, dressed appropriately, and with big smiles on their faces, 2 young men turned up at my house. (Even their work van was pristine inside, ok, I know thats just being nosey, but it was clean, organised and a reflection of the way this team work) They were the sort of young men where I start to think "why didn't my son turn out like him?" They were friendly, capable, polite and most importantly got my gate working again. I am so thankful to them and would not hesitate to recommend this company. I will definitely make EYS my first port of call should the need arise again. My experience with EYS has renewed my trust and faith in humanity! Thank you

I had my garage doors fitted earlier this year, they are fabulous. I had a slight problem with them yesterday and sent Dave a message. Within a couple of hours Dave arranged for an engineer to come out within the hour and came himself today to make sure everything was how it should be. The issue was not with the door it was a battery issue. Dave changed the battery and left me 2 additional batteries. I still can't believe the level of service I am surprised and delighted ....... thank you so much Karen

Wonderful service and superb garage door. I couldn’t praise this company more. From our initial contact for a quote to the garage door being fitted they have been polite, helpful with lots of useful advice. The sales staff were swift to contact us that the survey engineer would be late and sent a fitter out to see us instead. He was able to advise us the correct door required for our property. More expensive but no hard sell just sound professional advice. We ordered our garage door with no advance payment required. The 4 week lead for fitting time turned into only 2 weeks. The fitters arrived on time and completed a very neat and tidy job in the time quoted. They worked around our very cluttered garage with no mess and cleared all the rubbish when finished. The explanation on how the door operated was very clear. The admin staff who processed my payment were very polite Excellent overall super performance from this company and I now have a superb garage door that my wife can open with the click of a button. She loves the finish and colour. Would recommend to anyone

From initial meeting for quotation to the finish of job, these guys are just brilliant. Very professional and friendly, give honest and good advice. So many choices of colour too! When they came to fit the door they were efficient and tidy leaving no mess at all. Demonstration of remote and main box given and contact details if there are any problems. We had the misfortune to have a late afternoon problem with our elderly roller shutter. Hunting around for a repairer we found this company, having never previously had dealings with E.Y. Shutters we were amazed at the sensitivity shown by the receptionist to our problem. Within two hours a repair team arrived at our home, fixed the problem and went on their way. Had old rotten wooden gates replaced with a anthracite grey roller shutter door. Wow what a difference powder coated to a really high standard, finish is amazing. The install wasn’t a standard install due to uneven house walls and driveway been between two gable ends. No problem for the install team they arrived as booked at 08:00 on Saturday very polite and started straight away. They made all adjustments necessary to fit to the uneven walls on site and to a high standard. All rubbish was tidied and taken away with them, my driveway never looked so clean thanks! They also installed the optional wireless keypad and demonstrated all the functions and controls, very knowledgeable, skilled and friendly team. Highly recommended Thank you

Absloutle life savers and ultimate professionals. My roller shutter wouldn't go up on my new business venture southcoates club on the night of a sell out event. My self being new to running a business was really distressed, I called the guys at EYS and they was quickly on hand to get my doors open and the event was saved. The call out team was great !!!!!!
