My Audi A3 had it's 4 year service & MOT; all went very smoothly from dropping off in the morning and collecting just after midday. The Service team were great and explained the service details. I received a video clip of the safety inspection which is a brilliant touch. The Service Plan is excellent value and very worthwhile. Overall I am very pleased with Ipswich Audi where I bought the car from new and have received excellent attention and service. I highly recommend Ipswich Audi.

Absolutely amazing service from Jennie Nicoll and the team , waited whilst oil change and health check was completed. Was offered a office to use for work whilst waiting and endless coffee refills, lovely touch.

Booked in a while ago and they mentioned I’d need to pay for a pollen filter. Advised them the service plan I had included it. Took letter confirming it but still tried to charge me. I waited for 3 hours for major / Inspection service and despite telling them not to wash it (a time saver) they still did it. Was advised that brake pads and discs would need replacing and quoted nearly £600 to do it. Checked with local Audi/VW specialist and was quoted £255. 3 stars might therefore be generous in the circumstances. Only at the end did I see a sign which promoted a collection / delivery service or a lift home which was never mentioned. It would have been helpful as I only live a 5 min drive away. Also quoted to replace 2 tyres (both still showing at 3.5mm) at about £40 more “each” than my usual supplier.

I went to Audi due to my car having a major gearbox (no reverse or alternate gears) fault. After paying £180 to get a diagnosis I was told there was a two week wait to do the works and asked to pick up the car. At this point I lost confidence as I didn’t feel the car was safe to drive. We went round and round trying to get new dates booked in and this is where confusion started between the staff we spoke to - One person said one date and no diagnostics charge and another said a different date and a full charge. At this point we gave up and arranged a tow truck to take the car to Pinnacle Automotive who I couldn’t recommend highly enough if you’re looking for much more cost effective alternative to the main audi dealership. Why 3 stars? Staff were friendly enough and no bad work undertaken, but certainly not a premium service which you pay for.

Disappointing.was told at my mot i could ring later to book the car in for the google earth update free of charge only to ring and first be told its not available and then to be told it is but would cost £249+vat?why take care of your customers when you can squeeze every penny out of them hey.

I always feel welcome and the wonderful host who has been working on my last couple of visits is very attentive and helps make the experience more personal. Took My Audi A3 in for the first Service. Was given an Audi A5 Convertible as a courtesy car. Friendly staff from point of entry to showroom through to all Service staff. My car was placed on the workshop ramp and the technician recorded a video showing the condition of the underside with no jargon. The car was washed and had excellent communication at all points. Will certainly use again and would certainly consider purchasing another Audi. Highly Recommended.

The NUMBER 1 Best place to go for purchasing a car!! Audi Ipswich who also run premium used cars is a great dealership and part exchange place! Bought a used fiesta from premium used cars and the process for purchasing and the contact was great throughout the whole process. Our salesman was a totally genuine guy and didn’t try to push once through the sale. He did checks of the car for me and even repaired a minor chip in the windscreen. Price was amazing on the car and was lovely to sit in an Audi dealership buy my first car! Would recommend to anyone especially the Premium used cars who runs under Audi Ipswich! From initially quoting & booking the car in with Angela, who was professional, knowledgeable, and very personable, through to the car being dropped off to Courtney (who was also brilliant) to the service work being carried out and arranging a suitable courtesy vehicle. One of the tech's even took the time to help me with a question I had about the car - going that extra mile for customers is what so many dealerships fall down on in my opinion. Obviously you get what you pay for. I'm not a 'petrol head' but my husband can't go in without falling in love with the latest sporty addition to the Audi line... hence why we only go every 2 - 3 years!! Customer service is second to none. Treated so well from the minute we entered the showroom... from endless coffee, providing pictures of old and new cars as we traded, pairing up the devices with the car, filming us leaving the showroom in the new car and a follow up call after a few weeks to make sure all was ok. The best Audi dealer in the area. I've been using Marriott Audi in Ipswich for over 5 years now, having bought an approved used car from them a few years back, this in itself was a positive experience despite a couple of setbacks during that process. I've used them for MOTs and servicing for 2 other cars and have nothing negative to say except, as always, the complimentary wash and vacuum could be better, but I won't let this detract from my overall impression. Better than Colchester and much better than Chelmsford, I'll be returning when the time comes
