J. R.Busses very clean and good information by map or audio of where the stops are which is great for a visitor. However there are not enough EV charging points but the one there is, is in a good position just a shame that despite being a national charging company visitors have little chance of using it.
J. R.Used the Park & Ride (London Rd to Chantry Park) to see Ed Sheeran yesterday and so pleased we did. Great service, friendly staff and very efficient, not to mention considerably cheaper than the 'official' Park & Ride service through organisers. Bus was waiting when we arrived at London Rd and also when we returned after concert. No queuing or hassle and we were on the road again home very quickly. Excellent!
S. P.It does what it says on the tin, easily accessible, a large car park (which includes places to charge electric cars) and regular buses, even after 5:00 pm. The buses take you straight into Ipswich town centre. All the bus times are available on the park and ride website. I've used this service late in the afternoon and there have been no staff on site but then I can't really see that you'd need them if you've already checked bus times. All the drivers that I've spoken to have been extremely helpful :)

Plenty of space, a toilet and clean seating area under cover, cost £2 per person.

M.Does what it says on the Tin, bit surprised with the small number of cars using this link to Town on a Saturday would have thought it made life easier (than driving into town) with regards to parking ect, £4-50 including parking + two bus rides into town good value to me, but seems the council are undermining the P&R with the town centre car park charges, so much for clean air policy.

D. B.It's a reasonable service, you can park your car and hop on a bus and go into town, but the bus station is closed, so in bad weather it's not a pleasant wait 🤔
