A.Had our holiday cancelled twice because of Covid and also had Sentinel Leeds booked both times, eventually got away in May 2022 and was so easy and efficient to rebook car parking each time we had to cancel. The staff are all so helpful and very quickly deal with all customers, I've always been 100% happy with their service and will definitely always use them in the future.

P.Excellent first time experience. Found the place very easy and had no wait for the bus go take us to the airport which was only a few minutes away. Upon our return, the bus was already waiting at the front of the airport so again no waiting about. Staff were very friendly and efficient, will definitely use again.

Last September I left my car here to catch an early morning flight , on arrival at Jet2 check-in I realised I'd left my phone in the car which had among other flight details my covid passport, my wife rang Sentinel who got my phone out of the car and put it on the very next bus, and brought it to me at the airport. I've used Sentinel a few times and wouldn't even consider going elsewhere. Easy check-in friendly staff and friendly drivers.

R.Having had hundreds of flights and hotel stays the night before our flights in some 4/5 star hotels and ridiculous prices around the world, this package with holiday extras staying in the Travelodge at Leeds Bradford airport was an exceptional price for a very exceptional service all round, the hotel was immaculately clean the staff wonderfully polite and helpful, the Sentinel parking was the BEST we have ever come across, and again the staff just couldn’t do enough to help. Absolutely fantastic all round .well done to you all !!!

The check in process is very quick and efficient. This is a carpark where it is required to leave your vehicle keys.
Shuttle buses seem plentiful with very little to no wait. Even after our flight was delayed and our arrival back in to Leeds ended up being 2am, a bus arrived within just a few minutes at the clearly marked designated bus stop.
Will be using again for all our trips from Leeds Bradford airport.
P. I.Outgoing staff friendly. On return bus driver helped everyone with their luggage. Different story collecting key. Unfriendly person sent me to bay 14. Dragged cases there. No car. Dragged cases back to office. He checked and said bay 4. No apology for the inconvenience.

J. W.We started with a nightmare no car parking available. So we started looking for alternatives. Found Sentinal. There service was excellent. We travel with bikes, the bus drivers helped with the bags, the bus was brilliant no waiting straight on. Will defiantly use them again.

Great links with regular buses with the added benefit of friendly staff who help you to board and unboard. It was such an easy service to use as we parked ip, dropped the keys and were off in less then 10 mins. Plus pickup was just as easy and was such a good seamless service. Everything was perfect from dropping off my car and having it charged right through to the bus to take us to the airport and the pick up coming back. My in laws had their holiday cancelled because of a medical problem and they refunded with no issues at all. Well recommended and we will hopefully be back!

A. W.I’ve always booked with Leeds Bradford Airport Long Stay in the past, cannot believe the difference in the service you get with Sentinel. Cannot highly recommend them enough, from dropping the car off in the snow, to having to come home earlier than booked due to new Covid Restrictions, they couldn’t do enough to make it all stress free!! Will absolutely book all future car parking with Sentinel and recommend to anyone using Leeds Bradford airport

The site is clean, buses run regularly and on one occasion I had to cancel, gave an immediate refund.
I would book direct for best rates.

I returned from Turkey not having used Sentinel as I left the country from Manchester and returned to Leeds. My pre-booked taxi did not arrive and I was tired and cold and quite angry.
I was about to return to the terminal building but there was a Sentinel bus with no passengers and the driver very kindly took me to Sentinel so I could try and get a taxi as I had no contact numbers or internet service.
David was the man. He got on the phone and got a taxi for me straight away and I was delivered back home safe and sound.
What a fantastic service helping an old damsel in distress. I can't thank you enough.

S. R.I parked my car with Sentinel for the first time last week for 4 days and the service was excellent. It was really easy to drop my car off and collect it on return. My flight was delayed by nearly 90 minutes but they were very understanding and charged nothing extra.

Really smooth process both for dropping off.and picking up. Only waited a couple of minutes for the transfer to the terminal. The driver was very helpful to a couple struggling with large suitcases.

D. F.Having my holiday cancelled because of Covid, I was happy to find I could get a full refund for my 2020 holiday parking (payment arrived within a week of canceling parking). I've used Sentinel in 2018-19 and found them very good, very convenient and helpful. Booked with them for my 2021 holiday. Check that your parking offers refund if cancelled, I've checked some of the others Leeds parking spots and not all offer refunds. So check their T&C first.

h. R.Fantastic company. As soon as you have parked your car and handed your keys in the shuttle bus is ready to take you to the airport. And on your return all you want to do is get home. As soon as we came out of the airport the shuttle bus was waiting and my husband was in and out with the car keys within a minute! Our car was safe and the whole service was 5 star for us. We will definitely use them again!
M.This is an excellent service. Easy to get to. Entrance has a barrier with number plate recognition. You park your car in a drop off location and give them the keys. The bus was there in a couple of minutes to take me to the terminal, which took only a couple of minutes. The bus was waiting on return as they monitor the flights. Was back in my car in less than then minutes from leaving the airport building.
N. A.You leave your key with the reception and they'll move the car to another spot, they'll give you a slip which you'll need for collection, they also take the flight number for the return trip so that the car is ready.
When we returned from our holiday, the coach had already arrived at their own 'bus stop' at the airport and we were first off the coach following a 3 minute journey to the car park. We had our slip ready and it took less than 5 seconds to collect our key, we were told the row number of where our car was parked and that was it, really pleased considering it was midnight.

One issue though (like most secure car parks or park and rides) is that they never checked my documents or ID! It's about a mile or so from the airport but there are two regular buses so you're never waiting long. I recommend :-)

R. B.Great price, great staff and a nice and easy process. We booked this car park as it was cheaper than the rest. When we arrived we just parked up and handed over the keys. Very simple. We then jumped on the shuttle bus and was dropped off at the airport entrance. Coming back, the shuttle bus was parked outside the exit.

A. D.Fabulous customer service. Our flight was delayed by 24 hours. I was able to organise for my Dad to collect my car, hassle free. It was available for him to take as soon as he arrived. Very impressed, will use every time I fly from Leeds. Oh, and really well priced too. It was only £44 for a week and they didn't charge me for the extra days. would be 6* if i could!
L.The price was very reasonable and they had add ons such as a car wash which were convenient. I opted for the car wash and they did a decent job although not entirely thorough i.e. not wiping the insides of the door frames.
Booking was easy and the whole process was really smooth when we dropped off the car and picked it back up. I found the staff very polite and efficient. We didn't have to wait for a bus to or from the airport.
However I do have some concerns as when we'd parked our car up we did see a member of staff hammering someone's car out of the drop off car park. Although I don't by any means have the most expensive car I still want it treating with respect. When I picked my car up I checked and noticed no miles had been added to my car but my petrol/range had gone down by 5 miles so I do question how steadily/carefully they drove it.

Excellent friendly service, dropped car off in the evening and an extremely friendly guy (Ken?) took us straight to the Travelodge and explained exactly how to get to the airport the following morning and where was good to eat that evening. On our return the bus was there waiting, a 4 minute transfer back to the car park and we were On road only 30 minutes after landing. Best airport parking I’ve ever used and will always try to use again in future. Excellent all round.
C. C.Good location, short distance from the airport. Expensive, at £60 for two weeks. Purchased via Holiday Extras, and had an issue as Sentinel did not have my details. However, they processed the parking as quickly as possible, and I was on my way to the airport.
The car was ready for collection on my return from holiday.

G. S.Swift and easy. There are lots of buses constantly collecting a dropping off passengers. Had a much better experience than some of the competitors. You are dropped off outside Leeds terminal and the bus collects from the same location. When we arrived back home there were three buses in the space of 5 minutes. Key collection was quick and we were back at our car within 20 minutes of leaving the terminal.

Buses to and from the airport are every 10 minutes and as they keep a track of return flights the bus will be waiting for you at the stop outside when your flight lands. They're all a friendly bunch and they even have goodie bags to keep the kids amused. We have used Sentinel several times and would not hesitate to use their services again.

It is extremely secure and the staff are professional yet friendly. It couldn't be simpler, you drop your keys off, verify your return details and you're given a slip for the collection. Buses run every 5 to 10 minutes to the departure doors which only takes two minutes.
Upon return you go to the previously used drop off point and catch the Sentinel bus, once at the car park hand over your slip and in return you get your key and the car is outside waiting. I use Sentinel every time at Leeds Bradford and will do so in the future

Was a very simple process, parked the car in the bay as instructed then leave your key at the office. A coach takes you to the airport and on return you get the coach from the same stop.
