A. C.My only negative about this service is that both at the car park and on the bus there was no information on where the bus dropped off and picked up from. It made negotiating the trip back difficult as the some of the bus stop in Leeds didn't have the bus member PR2 on them even though those busses stopped at that stop. With for instance York Park and ride they have posters on the buses giving you all this information.

R. R. (.Usually a bus stop for parking cars from outside and near to Leeds. However at the moment there is a COVID test site that occupies one third or one more of the parking space. It’s right opposite the Amazon warehouse.

T. H.Temple Green P&R is now re-open but with limited spaces for around 400 cars, the site is split into 2 one half is for the covid testing the other is for people to use the buses to get into the city, so easy cheap and conveniant

M.Clean and very easy to get to from the motorway. Plenty of parking and the service is very quick and regular into the city centre of Leeds. Polite and friendly drivers which makes a refreshing change. Best park and ride facilities I have used to date.

D. G.First time using park and ride for Leeds as really couldn't be bothered with the horrendous one way system which is always a lucky dip as to which car park you end up finding. This was so easy to get to and parking was about 5% full, this was at midday on a Saturday. Cost us £4.50 for the two of us to get into Leeds city center on a nigh empty bus. Bus was waiting when we got there, had to wait 2 minutes for the return bus. Will definitely use from now on.

We just wanted to say thanks to the really helpful (and cheerful!) gentleman who was on duty Friday and Saturday.
The facility was closed on Sunday and we needed to find a car park in the city centre that was not multi-story (we are in a van)
He kindly drew a map for us that directed us to where we could park for free, close to our destination at the First. Direct Arena.

Why would you drive into the city centre?
_.Brilliant facility. Regular, modern and reasonably priced buses, great drivers and avoids having to fight it out with Leeds traffic and getting severely mugged off for parking. Plus, if you're a car fan, take a look at the McLaren showroom just across the road (although they probably won't thank me for mentioning it!).
A. H.Very impressed. Loads of spaces (went on a Saturday). Clean toilets available. Only cost £2 (after 1pm) for myself and my three children to travel to the centre of Leeds. This will now certainly be my main mode of transport to Leeds.
d. k.Easy to use and a friendly service. £3 pound return and my son was free, spent 4 hours in town. Would have cost a lot more if I had driven into the center would have been hard work from a parking point of view. Could do with a Sunday service specially around Xmas time.

At the moment there's always plenty of parking spaces and the staff are friendly and helpful.
There's usually a bloke selling coffee and pastries from his van in the mornings.
If you're going for a day trip a return is £3 but if you're using it regularly you can buy a contactless card that you can top up, the more you put on the card the bigger the discount you get.
J. J.This is such an excellent service, staff are so friendly and nice. There is disruption in Leeds at the moment and a member of staff came into town and explained to the queue what they were doing to get around it. Always on time, would not drive into town again.
R. V.This is the best thing that has ever come to Leeds. I am a fairly new driver and hate driving into the city centre, however This is a God's send. I love it, every one is helpful too. I was advised how I could save money as well before I cannot fault this at all.
T. D.£2.70 bus vs £8 car park. Everything clean and new. Quick route into Leeds and avoids bus station which can get gridlocked in the evening rush hour. Very easy to find with large signs on the approach.
N. T.Excellent friendly service, and much needed for Leeds. Buses are clean and are mostly on time. Used both Elland Road and Temple Green park and ride sites. The Elland Road site is getting busier with overspill parking becoming more frequent. There are plans to open another one at Stourton, which will hopefully go ahead.
Only area of improvement is reliability of buses at evening rush hour (after 4.30pm). Been a number of bus breakdowns recently with long waits and queues building up (no back up buses/plans available?). Then to make matters worse, some bus drivers (not all) make ‘every’ passenger scan their pass which, for a bus already 20-30 minutes late, adds another 10 frustrating minutes on. All passengers would have already scanned in the morning so no benefit in scanning again for very late running bus.

Better and easier than getting a centre car park

A. H. (.Saving over £100 a month by using the park and ride instead of parking at the NCP. it's a no brainer! Bus takes about 10 to 15 mins to get into town. Excellent service so far and friendly staff.
K. N.For people travelling to Leeds from the south one east of the city this is a godsend. It allows you to miss the. Worst of the traffic on the M621, cheaper than parking in the city centre with a bus leaving every 10mins. Just 15ish to the Boat Lane stop.
What's not to like?
D. K.This is Park and Ride worth the name.
Park in a vast car park, hitch a ride on First operated buses. Ride is great (free unencrypted WiFi, and USB charging points) and it costs little. There are machines that produce plastic re-loadable passes for use on the buses. The buses are equipped with a contacless card machines. Facilities are present in manned customer services building and for the classier crowd more often than not there's caffe2u van parked nearby with pressure coffee making aparatus in the back and sandwiches to the side. The guy knows his lattes and macchiatos.

K. L.I have so much anxiety about using public transport so have avoided it for years.
The Park and Ride service I used today though has helped me overcome that anxiety. The car park is huge with plenty of spaces (I got there around 12.45) and clean and fresh looking. Felt comfortable leaving my car there. The waiting room is very clean and relaxed while the buses are immaculate too. The drivers are polite helpful and drive very well. Overrall, I'd definitely ho back and use this service again. Very cheap and takes away the stress of city parking and prices.
