I've always driven past the showroom and thought I must have a look around. Finally popped into the showroom last week. The staff were very friendly. The cars were fantastic and in pristine condition. Bentley interiors are another level! All out of my price range but you never know ... maybe one day! I'd definitely recommend a visit!

One of the best main dealers I've used. First class service from start to finish. Used them for service and recently sold my car to them. ADAM is a credit to the company and Tim in used car sales is brilliant. Old school ways they do what they say! I've just had paint done on one of my cars and it's impressive. Exceptional service provided to my wife and I during the purchase of our new GTC Speed. Roy Coates has taken us through the journey of building our car, as well as providing numerous details on options available to us. The icing on the Bentley cake however was the arranged factory visit where we saw my car on the production line...what an experience. Thank you Bentley Leicester, but a bigger thanks to Roy. What a gentleman!

Initial contact with this dealer was the best service I have ever encountered. Dealt via emails x 5 each and to get responses on the same day and achieving an appointment for diagnosis within a week is brilliant. I will update this review post completion of any work carried out, but a great start. Update. So picked my old bentley up after a repair today. Was treated as though I had a new bentley (some day maybe) start to finish professional staff big shout out to James who explained the findings on my vehicle very well without any pressure to have all of the work done. With service like this it makes you want to splash out on a newer version of my bentley just to receive such polite informative service.

I get Adrian the workshop Forman to arrange and look after my 2002 Bentley Arnage T that I have owned for 16 years. To me the last of the hand built cars are so much better than todays cars in my humble opinion. They look after my car to perfection and it is as good today as it was nearly new. I highly recommend this dealership as they make so called specialists that friends of mine have used look expensive !!

What can I say. It is not just about first impressions its about the ongoing relationship. From the moment you walk through he door they make you feel like you are the most important person they have met that day. But and this is why I will keep going back. When things don't go to plan, and they will no matter what brand you buy the way these guys respond is first rate, nothing is too much trouble nothing is out of scope its all about Customer Satisfaction. I can only assume this comes from the top down as Adam the After Sales Manager called at my home at a weekend to resolve what I thought was a trivial matter on my drive way. .

I live on the south coast so Leicester is a long trip for be especially when I have a Bentley dealer 20 minutes away. Why is this my second car form Bentley Leicester - customer service and an attentive very helpful and patient Rob Watson!

I took my old 2006 Bentley GT into the service Dept. as I was unsure about a tracker installed on my recently purchased vehicle. The Service Tech checked the car noted that the "beep" noise made on ignition startup was not a "Bentley Beep" - I was impressed - and that isn't easy. He disconnected the tracker and the non Bentley "beep" was gone and all is fine. Bentley Leicester did not charge me for this service, which was most appreciated, however the Tech's knowledge is very impressive and more pertinent. Approx. Feb 2018, Y1 PSK. Well Done.
