Absolutely loved spending the afternoon here today. Children enjoyed every moment being here. From the walk, to the age appropriate play grounds to the den making area!! (I have some very creative children, they didn't want to leave!! 😆😆) The park was very clean which made our experience so much nicer. It was awesome to be out amongst nature and hear the birds through the trees. The coffee shop is usually open, but the times vary. All in all the park is perfect for every age, from the young ones to the older ones and everything in-between!! 😜😜🤣

Great place for a walk, quite and isolated, you could improve your plants knowledge as well by identifying the trees as they are labelled, lots of dog walkers, now there will be a charge for car parking, should you wish to drive there

Nice park which has activities for all ages. They have 2 play areas, 1 for small children and a larger one for older children. The benches are spread out which always helps. This park also has a den making area, which will keep the kids entertained for hours. Would definitely recommend this park for a visit.

Great outdoor space, decent large slide, climbing, swings, monkey ropes. Keeps kids active climbing up and down the hill in the middle of the park. And the trails and paths around are amazing with wildlife information stands and a brilliant den building area in the woods. Hot drinks and cafe facilities too, what is there not to like about this place! Highly recommend

Great space for a leisurely walk around. Lots of dog walkers. Places for children to build dens, wooden play area for children 4+ and a separate play area for younger children. A few Picnic benches in a covered area. Occasionally they have theatre shows too and the centre has the ocassional event on.

Unfortunately this free space for the community has a charge now thanks to the local council. There is no free parking anymore. There is a cafe and parkland leisure centre on sight as well. A perfect outdoor nature reserve with plenty of interesting boards to help keep the children entertained as well as a large kids play park.

Lovely place to go for a walk. Parking isn't free but isn't too expensive. The cafe is nice. Staff are lovely and friendly. Cafe stocks Mrs crimbles macaroons and coconut rings which are suitable for people with coeliac.

We spent many hours with our dog Romany and it was her favourite place . On the day we had to have her put to sleep we took her there for her final walk and she had her DOGGY ICE CREAM that she loved from the cafe !! Very tranquil, lots of information on the nature/trees in the park and even free fruit in late summer from the orchard! A lovely country park to visit with your grandchildren too.

A brilliant place to visit within the borders of Leicester. It has a visitor center that includes a cafe and toilets. It has 2 play areas for the younger/elder kids. This park has pleasant woodland walks. There is a area where you can make shelters out of tree branches. A great day out.

Brock's Hill is a lovely place to walk my dogs. The visitor centre is awesome and there are always water available for my dogs. For children, the playground is excellent and there are cameras for their safety. Dogs are not allowed in the playground area. Highly recommended with good parking.

If you have children and live within reach of South Leicester, Brock's hill Country Park is a fantastic place to visit. Brilliant information boards, a den building site with loads of building materials. I love the tree you can walk through. A great place for dog walking with an easy link to fields beyond the boundary of the park for those wanting to walk further afield. My children spent hours of their childhood in this park. I can't recommend it enough.

my children loved it here we went on mothers day the weather was lovely. there's so many differnt walks and wooden area. then den building was a mega winner with the kids there's plenty of parking and there is a cafe and plenty of benches for picnics there's also s park for the kids to play in. there's also a leisure centre next door. will definitely be visiting again.

This a wonderful place to take your family or just for some quality alone time. There are two children's play parks, one for younger children and one for older. The cafe looks lovely and the ice cream is delious with an assortment of flavours.

Lovely, spacious park, perfect for a family day out. We had a picnic & play at Brockshill and the kids absolutely loved it! There's enough play equipment to keep them entertained and a big green area to host games of their choice. My only qualm is that the facilities weren't open in line with the government allowance for family & friends to meet at parks.

A really nice outdoor play area. Didn't get to test the facilities as they are closed at the moment but there were some lovely walks around the woodland. Interesting signs around with birds/butterflies you might spot. Lots of separate little woodland areas with specific trees eg Ash which was an interesting idea. Plenty of benches to sit on. A really beautiful and multi functional park. Me and my family come hear all the time. There is plenty to do. Kids can play on the climbing frames, swings, slides. There is a great den building area to keep them occupied for hours. So many paths to take a wonderful stroll or have a good walk. Even work out. Plenty of picnic spots. The cafe serve nice food and drinks. Convenient free parking. There is also a leisure centre on site too. So can get busy at times although with current situation its not too bad.

Lovely park, especially for kids as there is a play area and a den making space in the woodland. My only complaint is that not all dog owners are responsible here. As there is a lot of mud (because it is a country park) it is hard to see the dog excrement. Our buggy went straight through a huge pile of poo, which we had to scrape off before leaving. Make sure you wear suitable footwear and be prepared for a proper walk rather than a stroll along a concrete path.

Open spaces, woodland, ponds, hidden areas, this park takes many visits to discover all its hidden beauty. My small dog really knows his way about here and if a path is blocked with summer growth he can find me another route. I've never used the visitors centre or café as I've so far only visited either during lockdown or after hours. Love this place.

The park is nice good for whole family, there is one guy be careful of if taking your dog there. His been warned by courts and still ignores the warning. His dog has attacked people and other dogs. If see him with his dog of lead report him to the police. Last time I seen him his dog was a German Shepard.

Would highly reccomend a visit to the Community Orchard and the den building area. A huge variety of different tree types and a fun tree trail. SECRET: stand in the middle of the sundial near the cafe to hear to cool echo.

I've been here a very long time ago but to visit the leisure centre. Never been to the park here before, so was pleasantly surprised to see the fantastic setup in the park for kids and grown ups alike! The walks around the park are also very good albeit on a rough gravel surface, so ensure that you have the comfortable footwear and correct buggy that can handle rough terrain if bringing babies and toddlers.

We love Brock's Hill, it's a great place to go with the family. We take our boys here for walks on Sunday mornings. There is a amphitheatre and den builder section, along with the parks and the woods. Lots of fun for us all to enjoy.

Brocks Hill Country Park is a wonderful green space that encompasses a variety of natural habitats including ponds, woodland, meadows and farmland. The paths around the park are very good and accessible for all. The park has a cafe that is open daily from 10am - 4pm. There are also toilets in the building where the cafe is located. There are 2 play areas for children, one is by the cafe and is suited for younger children it is fenced off and has a gated access. The other play area is open and has swings, various slides, monkey bars, see saws etc. There is also a Den building area in the wooded area that encourages natural play. Brocks Hill Country Park is very well managed by the borough council. Parking is free here - but it can get busy in Summer on sunny days!

The cafe is a treat with a good selection of snacks, drinks (hot and cold) and Ice creams. Loads of things to keep kids and toddlers entertained.
