This is the place to park in the city center. Nice wide parking bays, spacious lanes to navigate and typically plenty of spaces. This structure is in the middle of everything so even if you’re specific destination isn’t nearby, this is a good “home base” to work from and for only £3.50 it’s much more reasonable than many other locations in the city center

Very large car park and resonance price £3.5 for upto 2 hours... there are 3 floors for the car park and you might get a bit lost inside. There are many exits and I usually like to park one floor down. Bright and clean, this one is closer to the centre than the John Lewis one.

A lot of building work going on currently and it's restricted the amount of disabled bays by the lifts.

My favourite post-5pm car park. Very central, £2.50 after 5pm. Overpriced in the daytime though. The very narrow parts when driving up or down a floor gets the stars down from me - I sometimes have to reverse back a little to straighten up. Other than that, a pretty decent car park for the centre of Leicester, especially in the evening.

This is the most confusing car park I have ever used. I have lived here more than 20 years and still I don't end up where I want to be in the Highcross. I used to cheat by going in through Debenhams but that doesn't work any more. And £5.50 to park while shopping on Saturday morning? No wonder town centres are dying

I've been here 3 times in the past week at busy periods and found a space straight away on each occasion.

It was ok here. But they are doing repairs and a big section is cut off. You have to go up floors to come down to exit. A bit confusing and poorly signposted. Expensive too !

Not clear guid or signs where to pay when high-cross closes. Also not signs from where to go out. If one entrance close. Otherwise good place to park. Price-wise reasonable as well.

I started going to this car park in 2019 and since then I love both car parks at Highcross and I rarely go to John Lewis car park. Great car park with signs tells you the directions for the exit.
