M. A.One of the nicest car parks in lincolnshire. Hourly rate is reasonable. Parking spots are larger than normal and there is plenty of spaces available amongst the 6 floors. Garage is well lit. Stairwell has motion sensor lighting. Emergency buttons near stairwells. Electric vehicle dedicated spots are dotted throughout garage. Motorcycle only parking is conveniently located. Lift available near pay stations. Garage open 24 houts and has prime location between high street and the bus terminal.
T. T.Nice wide car spaces are rare in city car parks. This has got to be the best I’ve seen anywhere else . Offer good rates too.
P. M.Used to be great but they have developed a bad habit. They now Barrier off higher floors until one floor is full and they react very slowly to the need to remove the barriers. The result is you drive round and round with lots of other cars looking for spaces that don't exist and then someone eventually moves the barrier. Poor customer service and a needless waste of fuel!

A. S.Good car park that is located in the heart of the city. Size of the parking bays is decent and availability is usually good, even if sometimes you have to go to the higher floors. Regularly patrolled too which is a bonus.
Let downs include frequent pay machine failures, a couple instances where the automatic doors have failed, and most importantly the rather high price you pay to park there.
A. K.All the payment machines stopped working, massive queues to get out. Instead of opening the barriers and just letting everyone out, each person had to press the call button, speak to an operator, and explain that they were unable to make a payment. Customer service unknown to Lincs CC.

J. H.Excellent motorbike parking! Lots of spaces to chain up to, well lit, in a relatively high traffic part of the car park and only £2.50 to park all-day! (Much more expensive for cars)
Only downside is you have to use a little token to get in and out. This can be quite difficult with gloves on and necessitates stopping just past the exit to put them back on. Or bringing a pillion to do it for you :p

H. T.Great car park centrally situated. A breath of fresh air with spaces that actually have gaps between them to enable everyone easy access in and out of the car. In most you inevitably end up with some idiot parking too close so you can't open your door wide enough to get children or elderley relatives in or out.
Plenty of spaces available even by late morning, although this could be because it is rather expensive compared to others.
Only complaint was not for the car park but the signage for money locals as actually finding it was a nightmare, Lincoln council needs to seriously look at its road signs when it comes to directions for visitors who dont know the area, I almost gave up visiting as the signage as you enter the city regarding car parking is absolute rubbish. I drive round for almost 20 minutes looking for a multi storey car park and was on the verge of giving up and going home when I stumbled across this one. Not very visitor friendly.
W. 1.Easy, straightforward and always a spot. Located south of the city you can begin your shopping at the heart of Lincoln.
With around 4/5 floors you always find a spot. Not the cheapest but your car is safe, undercover and lots of space between cars.

I.Nice wide parking bays, open 24/7, its very well lit and has security onsite, price is the same as other car parks, what I love is you don't need an IT degree to work payment machine - you press the big green button on entry get a token then when you return to your car you pop it in the machine it says your amount you can pay cash or card it returns the token you go to your car pop it in the exit barrier and leave

H. W.Excellent car park. Parking spaces have plenty of room, with plenty of space in between spaces. Each level tells you exactly how many spots are available, and it utilises a system where you receive a coin upon entry, and then upon returning to the car park you deposit the coin into a machine and pay the price accordingly for your length of stay. It also offers contactless payment, which is very handy since in this day and age not many people carry physical money anymore.
M. R.I visited from Leicester. Lincoln have done a fantastic job of regenerating thier City. Its lovely. So many unusual shops as well as all the usuals. It has a lovely feel around it. All sticking to the Covid rules too. We'll done Lincoln!

Covered with reasonable space between cars. Each floor tellls when full. A little expensive compared to nearby.

Car parking spaces are as they should be, designed for modern cars, clearly marked, loads of room to get in and out of car without catching door on another car. Good modern lifts on both sides of car park. Yes, it is a bit more expensive, but if you do not want to worry about your car getting marked, the only place to park in Lincoln.
S. K.Nice brightly lit carpark and easy to maneuver as it is spacious and good sized parking bays are clearly marked.
I always use this carpark for town centre shopping. The payment machines also give change so no need to rummage for the correct money if paying with cash.

nipping into town for a couple of hours or the day. The car park itself is spacious, bright, clean and easily assessable. There is plenty of spaces, including Disabled parking and Electric car charging parking.

A. W.Always plenty of spaces, and slightly cheaper than some of the other local car parks. You can also buy monthly season tickets from the council if you park here on a regular basis, which offers a considerable saving over the daily charge. The lifts tend to be a little temperamental and are quite regularly out of service, so make sure you park on the ground level if you have troubles with stairs.
R. G.We were told by the staff that we were the first customers in The new car park, used it again on Monday but won’t be using it again as they have changed the payment system.
The old car park was pay and display so you were given 10minutes grace over your parking time. Not any more I was 2 minutes over and charged for another hour- another way of hitting the motorist by changing the system to get round the 10 minute rule.

Might be a bit of an exaggeration but you get the point. Wide spaces, easy access, clean and well lit. I've never reviewed a car park before but this is what all car parks should be like.

D. T.There’s not much to say about a town centre car park: this one has Big spaces, you’re not squeezed between pillars, there’s always space, disabled drivers get a discount, there’s plenty of electric charging points and for a very central location, no more expensive than others around the city
C. P.New, well laid out carpark with 10 electric car charge points. Unfortunately expensive and the staff seem officious and unhelpful. Also up ramps on right and down on left. Makes you feel insecure.
C. K.It’s a functioning car park that is used for the temporary self-service storage of cars. Every time I have visited, my car has been successfully and satisfactorily stored for a pre-determined period of time for a scaleable, moderate charge, hence the 5 star rating.
D. T.Very close to everything historical in Lincoln. Not far from castle entrance, Bishops Palace, cathedral. You will pass a great little bakery on your way in and out, perfect for buying food for the way home. Chocolate caramel cupcakes recommended. Bakery prices are low. I would recommend 4 hrs to see everything. We paid for 3, time ran out.
