Took grandkids small play area and basketball vourt

Lovely open park with closed tennis courts and a basketball court , plenty for young ones to do on the playground , unfortunately the toilets have not been open in a long time and this is why it didn't have the 5☆ , yiu would have to take your kids somewhere else , an ice cream van regularly attends

Good children's play area. Two Amateur football pitches muddy in areas. Tennis courts, but most do not have nets and weeds beginning to grow through the surface. Bowling club which did have public toilets attached, but these now closed. Overall a pleasant enough park but in need of TLC owing to council underfunding from central government.

Still too many dog walkers who dont clear up after their dogs. Dirty!! becoming the place fo nitrous oxide cannisters.

Pretty little park. Mainly a huge field or football pitch but has some formal planting plus lots of white bluebells at one end, beautiful blossom trees and a daisy-covered grass bank that provided a lovely place for a picnic in the sunshine away from the crowds.

The park was awful until it was revamped a few years ago where it was much improved but still boring. The tennis courts are quite run down but can still be played on. The playing field is ok but the goals need to be kept there for more than 2 months a year. The toilets are a disgrace. They are the same toilets as 40 years ago so as a result they are very run down. I can't describe how much they smell as they haven't been cleaned in over 10 years.

Very little litter for a much used park. The football teams leave plastic bottles about, though. A very good place to walk the kids.

A place to go for recreation, children's park, tennis courts, crown green bowling. Massive events are held there annually and all well supported.

Currently enjoying some renovations to the tennis courts and a regular ground for football matches this park offers a good variety of sports as well as a kids play ground
