Great for dog walking, walkers jogging and training. Most people are sociable and it's fairly quiet at weekends compared to other local parks. Nice community feel and doesn't feel hemmed in or congested. Grass a little long at the moment but otherwise okay.

This is a lovely open area that is seeing a lot more use for recreation,walking and jogging. The circular path is deteriorating in places but the grassy centre is excellent. It now benefits from new trees and other planting courtesy of the friends of Alexander. We are seeing more benches and more seating is planned. There is a lively football section for the very young and older more serious players. Alexander Rec benefits from a top class children's area,clean safe and protected by fencing. Wide range of things to do covering all ages up to pre teenage.

Lovely small local park with a nice playground for kids to play. Very tiny though, as it takes around 15 mins to complete one lap. Kept well and ideal for playing team games and picnics

Basic, big playing field. Lots of dog walkers and good for running around paved path. Has a small fenced area that's supposed to be a kids paddling pool/lido but I've never seen water in it though is always busy in the summer. Well kept boules club too.

Home of west Beckenham bowls club. Why not go along and have a go. Bowls is not just for old people! Very pleasant indeed!

Played bowls at West Bec today, had a lovely afternoon and everybody at the club were very welcoming and friendly, just a shame they were so good at bowls 😂 what better than an enjoyable afternoon with friendly people.

This is a great open space, nice for walking and socialising. There is a playground located here, as well as a monument too. More can be done to improve the park in my opinion, like additional trees/flowers in the centre of the park, and more seating.

Simple but well formed. Good for sunbathing but not much shaded areas. Popular for low key football games. Nice for a stroll and has a 0.5km oval path around it so good for running.
