I am a fan of Here East and love its vibes! The area is perfect for a relaxing weekend walk, or to have drinks with friends. During the Christmas season, you can also find some lovely picture-perfect spots! 📸
G. P.
Nice place to have a walk around beautiful views also. Free buss fromStratford. Street food in the yard Monday to Friday with everyday different choices, often an amazing events. Around the canal side you can find all kind of fabulous places to grab some snack drink or just chill.
J. D.
Well laid out. Excellent cycle access and lots of cycle racks. I couldn't buy a cup of tea with regular milk. Most of the outlets appear to be vegan, so take your own flask. Easy access to cycle paths and the park. Tube was a short walk.

Hi guys, only went in for a coffee at the local university cafe as also operated by my same local park services.
But informed that the cafe is open on Monday next week.
Don't quote me on this as this may or may not happen. .
But helpful staff as usual at reception ss fellow colleagues as so good to catch up with them.
Hope this helps. Regards to all.

Great bars and restaurants by the canal. Sometimes they even play live music there. I was lucky to catch it once, that's to say maybe they only played it once 😅 So don't trust me on this one.
Hit it!

Great collection of restaurants and bars.
Also hair salons, spas and yoga studios.
A. T.
great project. A bit disconnected form the main areas of stratford and hackney wick. super inspiring work areas
J. K.
The love for flowers at Here East is amazing.
J. C.
A nice business park which used to be the press centre for the 2012 Olympics. There are a few restaurants nearby and a bus service which takes here east employees to and from Westfield's shopping centre in Stratford.
B. S.
Love this place. Although never been inside, love the canal front, and what it stands for - a great asset for the area :)
D. R.
I have to be honest. This kind of place is not for likes of me. It is good to know it exists for those who can appreciate it and it is wonderful that so many people can come down to the River and enjoy the space.
But...
The area is near, on, beside the towpath. And this part of the world is a little more 'old school'.
And I'm an old dog.
S. J.
Is very beautiful place and environment. The UK government very lurking for that. And I'm very love it. Very beautiful place of the all Elizabeth Olympic Park.
H. Z.
Awesome place to learn and to experiment if you are involved there. Inspiring!!!

Absolutely huge, when it's open it will be amazing

A lot of things to see and do here.

Great space usually go to evolve and the restaurants and bars along the canalside are great
P. B.
Quite packed everywhere, with no social distancing or proper system in place to avoid overcrowding. But really scenic and lots to see.
M. A.
My favourite place to sit and relax on a Sunday afternoon. Great refreshments and food to go. Only issue is the public toilets are still closed.
K. K.
The place is wonderful, with all the prerequisite arrangements to make sure one gets highly motivated and energetic and perform his/her everyday tasks at work! What impressed me the most is that the area is almost about accessible by the wheelchair users. The play area provides as much refreshments as one demands! The coffee vending machines are also simply spectacular because of the options they offer. The reception staff is very friendly and helpful too. The play area is wonderful, and has a TT table to help one refresh his/her mind in no time. The view of the canal, the boats and the nature is simply a wonderful sight to see. There are food stalls outside that offer delicious food!!
And for all the fitness enthusiasts, there's Copper Box in a walkable distance!
However, there has to be done something to have them access the break out/meeting/work areas that are accessible only by the stairs.
All in all, I love this place.

Here East is a lively and lovely area in East London. Albeit being much less organic than its surrounding (e.g. Hackney Wick, Fish Island, etc.), it is developing a personality of its own. Local shops are nice and welcoming and the QEOP makes it a great place to live.
A. G.
Low-key location next to the canal with plenty of food and drink to enjoy inside or outside as well as a few other cool spaces to explore.
D.
Fantastic area located just around the corner from Hackney Wick Station and adjacent to the River Lee Navigation Canal and the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park. Vibrant area of innovation, housing lots of new tech startups and some very nice Bars restaurants and eateries. So great for chilling and relaxing too
F. M.
Lots of food options here, bike parking/locking is becoming a bit of a challenge recently but it's all good! Right next to the canal which is great.
K. J.
Amazing building over ingredients a great offer of restaurants
T. I.
I love the atmosphere around the space. Here East is a great fit in the Olympic park. It is all about innovation, start-ups, and giving opportunities to young people to develop their ideas

I visited Urban food fest market here at East last Friday and must say that I had thoroughly enjoyed the varieties of street food served at Mr. Bun Bao. Now this was not my first time in Urban food fest market at East as I have been here many times in the past and without a doubt would have to admit that I have not experienced such a great quality street food in ages along with Mr. Bun Bao’s warm and welcoming hospitality to every customer gathered around their food truck.
To begin with, the first thing that caught my eye was Mr. Bun Bao’s food truck itself, which stands with its own uniqueness and therefore looks very captivating to the audience around. Also, upon interacting with their team, I came to learn that Mr. Bun Bao was just recently launched with a simple, yet an exciting vision to serve the maximum number of street food lovers in different locations around London and it is usually spotted at Urban food fest market at East.
During my visit, I had ordered the Dan Dan noodles and Hakka pork bao (a must try) both well-seasoned, aromatic and extremely rich in flavours. The portions were also generously big enough for one and the presentations were simply superb. The price range seems to be very reasonable and not to forget about the service which was noticeably cheerful and super quick. You do not want to miss the range of authentic flavours offered by Mr. Bun Bao if around. Honestly, it’s going to be worth your time and value.

Lovely day at East just by the canal, had a bite to eat then a nice stroll on the canal front 👍🏾
A. R.
Very nice spot beside the regents canal with bars and food. 4 quarters is a great laugh where you can play 80s arcade machines whilsd getting drunk on drinks and fueled on pizza

HereEast has universities, co-working spaces and new offices. A definite destination for people in tech design and startups who are looking for like minded people and a nice environment. If it’s your first time visiting just know it’s a 10 - 15 min walk from the nearest stations. Make sure you let them know your visiting at reception for a tour. You have half a dozen or so eating and drinking options along the canal right beside the building. Lots of outside seating when the weather is nice. You also have the Olympic Park 5 mins away for plenty more to do.

Here East is a great business park and innovation centre on the North-West Side of the Olympic Park.
Its close enough to the green spaces of the park to feel like your outside of London. The restaurants and bars along the canal are fantastic, particularly in the summer.
I understand it used to be the Broadcast Centre during the games, the infrastructure put in then will benefit the tenants and visters to Here East for many years to come.
It is also a thriving student space as well. At the northern end of the building is Loughborough University London. UCL has also taken a large portion of the building. They sit nicely alongside tenants like BT sport which no doubt appreciate having high calibre students on their doorstep.
There is a free shuttle bus to and from Here East. There are also plenty of bike racks - be sure to buy a decent lock as some bikes have been stolen.
Saying that security is good and the area is very safe.
M. C.
A big and interstitial place to visit. I was there for an event. The building are so large, they are a little disconcerting to walk though.
All the staff I encountered were pleasant and accommodating.
The facilities were exceptional from what I could see and experience.
J. G.
Great selection of venues for food and drink and lovely Riverside walks
J. I.
Great amenities in the park, a bit out of the way but the free regular shuttles will get you there in 5 minutes from Stratford. Go down to the canal and under the bridge for some cool graffiti. The BT Sport studio is here, so you'll meet some of them ex-footballers from time to time.
L. v. E.
Nice little pit stop walking down the river Lea that hosts a few food spots and bars. Perfect fir a sunny weekend river stroll
M.
Good to hangout and eat breakfast. They do need to re-instate the shuttle bus.
N. B.
An incredible place. I've never been inside but i know its incredible because it tells me so on the website. Im on the building next door. It's a site for sore eyes.
P.
Nice area with good restaurants, barbers and coffee shop.
C. G.
Nice space with a selection of bars & eateries, would recommend 👍
J. M.
Here East (the former London 2012 Olympics broadcasting centre) is an amazing building with absolutely *huge* spaces inside it. There's an outdoor garden and viewing terrace and accessible from a large event space on one of the upper floors, from which there's a view of the park towards the Orbit and Stadium, with other views of Docklands and the City on the horizon, and the River Lee Navigation (canal) in the foreground.
J. E.
Sometimes pricey but good all the same
A. B.
Free shuttles every 5 mins to here from Stratford underground, believe on Saturday too.
Free parking across the canal in HWick although unsure for how much longer.
Decent office spaces and canalside restaurants.
Lack of affordable food outlets for lunch though. Mobile street food vans are good middle ground... Need some more mainstream shop like pret or m&s food to open up else it's the BT sport canteen most days as it's open to others.
Typical hipster coffee shops and restersunts with a lack interior cladding following the Shoreditchification of LDN...
The smell from the recycle dump in HWick doesn't reach here.
If you skate, the ledges here are decent too
B. C.
Here easy facilities good, and management team are very fast to tend to anything you need. Bus service from Westfield is reliable, however very overcrowded with the university and schools back now.
U. E.
I really like Here East, many things to do around here. You got start-ups operating here, restaurants such as the Breakfast Club and other great places to eat, also you have a university campus here. I often find that I prefer to eat/relax on this side of the Olympic Park as opposed to the Westfield side, it is more relaxing and far less busy, certainly more hipsters here if that is what you are looking for. Here East covers a huge 1.2 million square feet of campus space and borders Stratford and Hackney Wick, also home to BT Sports, UCL, Loughborough University, Infinity Technologies, Plexal etc and growing. It's a pretty cool, modern development.
S. C.
I visited the BT Sports studio. We walked from Stratford Underground station to Here East, through the Olympic Park. It was an enjoyable 30-40 minute walk. We did not realise that there was a courtesy bus, which we got on the way back.
S. H.
Both Here east and plexal which Is hosted within Here East are truly Incredible.
The vision for the future and what has already been achieved is outstanding.
Here East Is and will continue to be home to some phenomenal organisations
Can't praise or rave about both High enough.
From the guys & girls in the trenches to the guy at the very top Gavin Poole to put simply just amazing...
G. C.
Visited Loughborough University for a lecture on Venture Capital. Comfortable setting with interesting speakers. Polite staff who showed me around and made it a pleasant visit.
F.
Not sure what goes on in here but the Architecture of this place is 100...Not going to be surprised if this is where M15 base is lol
A. E.
This newest of Lonodn parks is well worth a visit. It's full of varied and park land and contains the Olympic 2012 venues. One of my favourite parts in the 'English Garden' and the nearby canalside walk through the park. You can also easily explore Hackney Wick from here and the Lea Valley Canal. Walking is a great way to see the park but it's big so consider a bike too. There are TFL bikes in Hackney Wick on Fish Island which is just over the river from the park.
M. A.
A real hub of activity. travel to the location by Bird (electric scooter) from Stratford for a bit of extra fun :) Great conference venue.
B. B.
Great award winning building in the queen Elizabeth Olympic Park. The cafes and bars by the canal are very with a visit!
J. A.

gotta say love this place around lunch times there’s always good food vans outside.
A. P.
Could do with bigger shuttle buses for staff and a canteen in both buildings, otherwise very nice.
B. M.
Really nice physical area but few food options, no shops. Feels isolated.
