Small but nice, easy to keep an eye on kids if you have more than one

sited corner of marshalsea road and southwark bridge road it's a medium sized park with astro turf football pitch, purpose built exercise equipment onsite, on the far end corner there is a children playing area with in house kids activities also nice gardening area with landscape garden.

Great for taking the dog for a walk (must be on the leash) and there is a little outdoor fitness area if you want a bar for pullups. There is also a cool little kids play zone.

Do outdoor gym here. Good range of equipment. Doesn't get locked at dusk which is a big bonus. Bars for doing dips would be a nice addition.

Just park is good for the local people that don't want to use an indoor gym but want to stay healthy, there is an outdoor gym. It's a vital greenspace, situated quite in-between Bankside and Borough.

Wonderful resource for the local community on the site of a Victorian Children's hospital. Well tended gardens, good open space for personal fitness practice and a great little Children's playground well loved by kids from the local primary schools.

This little gem has so much to offer! Good size green lawn and plenty of seats for those who prefer to stay away from the ground. It has a little amphitheatre/ stage, outdoors gym, fabulous kids playground and beautiful landscaping with lots of plants. It transforms with different use throughout the day so be sure you'll find something to suit you there.

Neatly placed in the middle of two very busy streets. Good place to have your lunch after you grab it from any of the close by fast food chains. Well maintained and also boost open air gym which is a plus. I often see people practicing yoga, plato in this park around lunch time. Mind it that it gets really crowded on nice and sunny day. Popular place with people working in close by offices.

Really nice park that gets a little crowded around weekday lunch time but there's always some space somewhere so don't fret. Gets great sunshine in Spring too. Off the main road makes it relatively quiet and peaceful in terms of traffic noise.

Recent renovated park, it is a medium park located in the heart of central London, with short walking distance -4 to 6 minutes -from the Borough underground station. This park has a renovated area playground, beautifly conceived for children. Additionally you will find a free use table tennis to teach how to play to your son / daughter, or simply to practice with a friend. Probably the downside is that this park does not offer a cafeteria service or snack place within the park. Saying that, you will not suffer from abundant places around in a short distance to go and enjoy a sandwich, coffee, or a piece of cake. Nice place to go with family and friends to play, especially if you have little angels or little monsters. This place will take the energy of both children and adults. Recommended.

Went there on a very emotional visit. The park is on a site of a former Poor House which my Grandmother was taken into at the age of 2. Incredible to stand on the exact same site almost 110 years to the day. A lovely park and they have made the site wonderful. It dates back to Tudor times and reallt wish there was some sort of display, plaque or something showing the history. Loved it.

I spent the day at Mint Street Park during the music festival, and I love there laid-back atmosphere. The music was very diverse. The only bathrooms nearby were port-a-potties or gas stations, though.

Great little park not far from Borough station. Not over packed when the sun was out, outdoor gym, plenty of picnic spots, small playground, and a fenced concrete footie pitch.

Wonderful local park with kids play area and a local children's centre nearby. We'll maintained, safe and nicely designed with an area that has stepped seating for outdoor performances

Today was only a fleeting visit to Mint Street park to walk the dog! She loves it there. As usual, when the sun's out, the park is quite busy. Being located where it is, with Marshalsea Road to one side & Southwark Bridge road on the other, the park is amazingly peaceful.

Decent for body training as it has a free outdoor gym. Good for criminals on the run as well. 18th June criminal climbed onto roof of 2 story building. Criminal wasn't found yet.
