Fantastic location.
Fantastic staff and service.
Our room was on the 9th floor (14 floors in total). We had a superior double suite, London Eye view.
The hotel is in an ideal place and all the attractions are within walking distance.
The staff here are welcoming, warm, friendly and sociable. The staff made us feel very welcome.
We didn't try the breakfast as we were unsure if the had many Vegan options (one of us was vegan). We went to BALANCE near Waterloo, just round the corner and had breakfast there.
Thank you Park Plaza County Hall and all the amazing staff.

Stayed on a Saturday night when going to a play at County Hall. The hotel is well located (just over Westminster Bridge from the Houses of Parliament). Rooms aren't large but have good facilities including bath and shower (elemis toiletries we're a nice touch), decent TV, safe, iron and board, tea and coffee making facilities. Breakfast was excellent with full English, continental and range of cereals. Would definitely stay again.

Fab hotel - Stayed for a night, was fortunate to be upgraded to a lovely studio room, with a view over the city. Very comfy beds and top quality bed linen, excellent breakfast, lovely bath and shower in the room. Absolutely no complaints. It was great value, as booked a few months ahead on one of the hotel websites. Great location, very quiet rooms, could hear nothing from outside and we were above Waterloo train station!

Came back to the Park Plaza after previous visit a number of years ago. Room really great with fantastic views. We opted to overlook Waterloo Station - great for kids. Brilliant service from all the staff we spoke to.

Not a bad room, but wouldn't class as "superior" . Bathroom had a slightly dodgy shower head and had to have the room safe replaced after original safe wouldn't lock and could not be fixed but reception got maintenance straight onto it. Breakfast was great, really enjoyed. Staff were great, friendly, helpful and very comical! Great location and so central to the eye, aquarium etc. Would visit again.

The guest relations team went above and beyond to make my little girl's birthday visit extra special. Lovely little touches like balloons in the room, cake and a card. This goes such a long way to make a stay special!
The staff on reception were so my kind and helpful. A big thank you to Jaan and Bruno for their endless supply of smiles and complimentary water! 😀
The London Eye view Junior Suite was incredible with fantastic views of the wheel and across the river to Westminster. Waterloo tube station is five minutes away and there is an M&S food nearby. You can be on the Southbank in five minutes too.
This is a fantastic family friendly hotel and a great base for exploring London. Great value too!
E. E.
Really nice hotel. Bigger room than most london hotel rooms. Clean and nice. Staff very helpful and pleasant. Will definitely visit again. Nice and central to all attractions.
J. R.
Fantastic hotel the room was lovely and the food was tasty but what made our stay was the fantastic staff who were ever so attentive and were very inclusive for all of our family needs. With fantastic transport links I would recommend this hotel for anyone coming to London.
D. H.
The staff couldn't be more friendly. The room was clean and completely dark overnight. If you want the best views of London overnight, book room 1408.
P. T.
Clean tidy, helpful staff, no bathroom washes provided in the room though! Good job we took our own, the hotel views arnt good unless you are near the top level somewhere.

Brilliant hotel - Stayed for 2 nights, was an honour to a large studio room, with a view over the city. Very comfy and top quality room. The breakfast was lovely, aswell as the bath and shower room were very clean. Absolutely no complaints. It was great value, as booked last minute. Great location, very quiet rooms, could hear nothing. Waterloo train station, and West Minister around the corner, aswell as all the main attractions are walking distance. Forget to mention, the staff were very nice too and treat you with a lot off manners and make you feel
Very welcome.
S. W.
Lovely hotel well positioned for the London Eye and other nearby attractions. We were upgraded to a suite overlooking the city and given balloons and Prosecco for my 50th birthday!! Breakfast was good, well stocked and plenty of variety. Staff very attentive and welcoming. Rooms very obviously sound proofed as you could hear a pin drop!
B. B.
Lovely hotel and staff were excellent. Only stayed for one night, had a very minor issue with my room and the attention the staff gave me was so impressive. Room was large and well equipped. Breakfast was excellent. I’d definitely stay here again, highly recommended
J. P.
Perfect location for a break in London, very friendly and helpful reception staff. We had an upgrade to studio room which was useful for the extra space. The breakfast is pretty simple. On the downside the bar is uninviting - very stark, and don’t expect a good view from your room, the windows are so filthy you can barely see out.
E. Y.
Currently staying here and very happy with the service. 2 adults and 4 kids. The rooms we had where not adjoined, so they gave us a free upgrade so we could stay together. Rooms are very well organised and placed. Clean and very good heating/air con controls. Nice cafe and will be trying the breakfast. Couldn't be happier and would come again even though we haven't even finished our stay! Thank you
A. T.
Staying here as a family of 6. They upgraded our room so we could have adjoining and keep us all together. Very grateful for this. Make sure you pre book breakfast a day in advance for the best deal. Rooms are wonderful. Lots of space and very comfortable beds. Nice clean bathroom. Would definitely come back

This hotel has some of the most helpful staff I have ever come across.
I like the rooms and they're generally quiet, and any issues I've had were resolved pretty quickly.
Good location too, close to multiple underground lines so easy to get about.
K. T.
We have just return from a fantastic three night stay at this lovely, friendly hotel.
The staff are excellent and really can't do enough to help. Will book again the next time we are in London
The room was spacious and clean and had all amenities including small kitchen are and the hotel is in a central location. Thank you
A. Q.
Great views from our room to The London Eye and Parliament!
Service was polite, helpful and efficient.
Room was immaculately clean.
Wifi connection was free and super fast.
Perfect for a couple’s City break and/or relaxing place to stay during a business trip.
Highly recommend.

Had a lovely stay here. Very welcoming and was upgraded for free to executive room when we checked in. The to was really spacious and clean with microwave, sink and fridge. Bathroom was big with a bath and walk in shower. Bed was really comfy. We tried the gym and the sauna and steam room too and was great to relax after a full day walking around London. Location was great too.
T. E.
Lovely hotel with friendly staff. Only issue would be that in some of the rooms the windows don't open, so they are quite warm.
C. R.
Awesome Hotel, great location.
It is close to everything we wanted to see
Staff was great. Sam and Mama took great care of our breakfast needs.
Front desk staff very helpful with recommendations and directions.

I use to stay in many different places London until I found this one. Now this is my hotel of choice to stay every time I visit London. Great location. Prices very reasonable. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Spacious and clean rooms.
R. S.
I love this hotel for a stay in London with the kids. The room was silent and spotless. The reception staff couldn’t have been more friendly. We booked through the reservations line and they booked us into the wrong hotel unfortunately, however this error was dealt with swiftly and efficiently and with humour by the staff. Thank you Park Plaza County Hall we’ll be back again for our 3rd visit.

We just love this place! We try and visit every year for our anniversary because of the location and the special view of the London eye. The location is great, we went into Knightsbridge from waterloo station, 4 stops on the tube, we visited the shard and it was a 17 minute taxi ride away. The rooms are immaculately clean and have more than enough bathroom amenities if you need more of anything (tea/coffee/towels) you just have to ask. The hotel is family friendly but also great for a couples city break. Not only does this hotel have a great location it has amazing staff, the staff are a credit, this hotel seems to be managed well in all areas. The staff are friendly and efficient and nothing is too much trouble, all the staff we have encountered have been extremely helpful; reception team, housekeeping ( Katerina from room service, outstanding customer service ) night security … Everyone, thank you! Breakfast was lovely and considering how busy the mornings are it was quick. Hospitality is not easy to work in at the best of times and considering the strain the pandemic has put on all resources the staff here are doing an amazing job. A big thank you to all the team for another great anniversary stay, we haven’t left yet but looking forward to returning already. (Room 1407, 20th August)

What a beautiful building. Its miles away from premier inn that I usually stay. it is very bright with right curtain. If you want to asleep you can use curtain to make room dark. If you want to do office job, there is separate living room with also kitchenette. Overall I had a nice time admiring architecture of the building. It blows your mind away.

Restful 3 night stay. Amazing room and view. Breakfast was amazing and fresh scrambled egg was best have ever had. Very helpful staff.
J. L.
Very good location near a lot fo attractions (,5 minute walk from London eye etc.), but the lack of a place for cars and taxis to stop (due to the bus resting stop in front) made it a hassle for transport. Room was clean, modern and large (we stayed in a junior suite) but some of the interior was definitely getting tired. Service was acceptable and they made the kids very welcome which was nice.
Also breakfast is a complete shitshow at peak times so I reccomend if you have a room with breakfast, just pay the surcharge of £3 to get breakfast delivered to your room.
P. T.
An amazing hotel, with kind, caring, and friendly staff. Can't recommend this place enough. Just wonderful.
S. k.
Beautiful Place, in the heart of London. Easy to catch any tube station.
The Hotel is extremely wonderful. Tidy and clean atmosphere, the staff was very helpful amd accomodating. We will definitely going to this hotel again. Thank you Park Plaza Count Hall London
s. w.
Lovely hotel, staff very friendly, very clean, food good, breakfast buffet very good, haven't got a bad word to say, was on 13th floor so had a very good view of London, we are going to London again and we will be returning to this hotel Xx
R. M.
Full disclosure, I went to meet someone there, if never been to the hotel before. Its called Park Plaza County Hall. The hotel I first went to was called Park Plaza and right next to County Hall. This is not Park Plaza County Hall. Park Plaza looks like a very nice hotel however not experienced anything other than the lobby.
Park Plaza County Hall however is further down the street (further away from County Hall). Having been in Park Plaza, Park Plaza County Hall is a definite come down. If Park Plaza is a 5 star then Park Plaza County Hall would be a generous 4 star.
I met with my contract and had breakfast. The breakfast was no better than a Premier Inn. I don't know for sure but the scrambled egg tasted of the powdered egg kind (not good).
The chef did offer to make us anything we wanted that wasn't available (ommlette) which was a nice touch.
Based on my extperience I wouldn't seek out Park Plaza County Hall to stay.
F. F.
Fantastic stay at Park Plaza County Hall. Ideal location. Waterloo Station 5 min away. Room upgrade was amazing. Had a fabulous view of London Eye from our hotel room. Staff extremely helpful. Added bonus of spa. Nicole was so nice there. Would thoroughly recommend coming to this hotel.
C. G.
Stayed here for one night during half Term ! Rooms were immaculate! Breakfast was delicious and a big thank you to Lisbeth on reception as she is extremely welcoming 😊
F. C.
Wonderful hotel, very friendly staff, excellent location. Stayed twice and excellent service both times.
T.
Lovely hotel, very attentive staff, breakfast was good, only Downside was the scrambled eggs were like mashed potato on both mornings, but it's a negligible complaint
S. D.
Myself and my daughter stayed at the Hotel recently for a long weekend
The staff have been amazing especially reception who were very kind and moved a single bed into one of the executive rooms to accommodate myself as I have back problems rather than sleeping on a sofa bed
Big shout out also to the chef serving breakfast who was such a gentleman and always welcomed us in the mornings, breakfast was delicious
Very much enjoyed our stay and would recommend this Hotel to my friends and 👪 family

Arrived on Saturday 5th of February, was met by an extremely polite concierge who apologised for the delay in waiting to check in, but it was a busy period. (we waited about 2mins max)
As we were checked in, we were delighted to hear that our room had been upgraded to an Executive Suite with London Eye View on the 13th floor from our original booking of a Standard Suite with a London Eye View.
And it was amazing! (Room 1329) the view was perfect, we could see from Parliament on the left all the way to the BT Tower on the right (see pics)
The room was furnished beautifully and not overly 'in your face' with a lounge, kitchenette, bathroom and bedroom. The bed linen was soft, mattress was firm but comfortable, the kitchen had lots of complimentary teas and coffees which was lovely too.
The bathroom was cleaned to an extremely high standard as well.
Breakfast in the morning came in the form of a buffet/self-serve. With a great range of cooked food, pastries, cereals, granola, coffee and juices. Extremely nicely done, although I believe that the scrambled egg could have been cooked for a bit longer (just my personal preference)
The only negative thing I could say is that the main glass-fronted lift scared the absolute life out of me, so I stood closer to the door. This is only because I have a fear of heights, so it is completely subjective.
Also, at checkout we were given some complementary bottles of water to have on our journey which was a wonderful touch.
Will definitely stay again if we are in the area, and will recommend to friends & family if they are visiting!

Great location, rooms well maintained, friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was also half decent!

Excellent hotel, staff are amazing thanks to Malkit and Petra. Every member of staff go above and beyond. Food is amazing rooms are clean and spacious.

Great views , penthouse room was superb staff have been brilliant , breakfast was very good , great location
K. E.
Adding to my previous review, enjoyed our stay at this hotel, breakfast options are overall good, the two staff at hot meal section were great, works hard, cooked the eggs fast and well. All friendly staff.
There was a group of very noisy young customers in the bar restaurant in the evening, annoying everyone in the restaurant, apart from that noisy disturbance from that specific group overall we enjoyed the cocktail and beer. Convenient location.
K. P.
Lovely few days mini break with my Mum, the room was lovely the beds were comfortable, breakfasts was really nice and the staff were very helpful particularly the guys running to help with the door and wheelchair
D. L.
Good hotel and well located, reasonable value for money, staff were Great. Bar shuts at 10.30 at the moment due to covid restrictions. Stayed for three days and understandably no cleaning of rooms at this time, however you can request extra toiletries and towels. Could have done with more tea, coffee and milk in the room on that basis.
A. B.
This hotel is truly amazing , from the moment we checked in our experience was five stars . Considering with covid restrictions in place the staff acted fantastically . A special mention to Bruno , thank you for making out stay so memorable. The view from our room was breathtaking looking over the London Eye. Breakfast is also very good with lots of choice .The location of the hotel is fantastic. We cannot recommend this hotel enough .

very convenient for Waterloo station which allowed us to get tube to all areas of London we wanted to go to.
Had breakfast and very well organised. …

Well located, comfortable hotel with large well equipped bedrooms with lounge and kitchenette

Excellent location! Big Ben and London Eye just a 5 min walk away. Friendly staff!
G. E.
I've given this hotel 4/5 because although it's definitely not the best hotel we've stayed in, for the price, it's actually really good.
The staff were all great. Friendly, polite and will do whatever you need.
The location is excellent. 5 mins walk from Waterloo, 5 mins from Westminster.
The view (if you pay more) is amazing. We had a room overlooking the London Eye and the Houses of Parliament were just to the other side. The full length windows are a great feature and in the night it was mesmerising just watching the lights and the people.
The room itself was clean and tidy but had a bit of a sterile look to it. I think Covid might be responsible for this.
We had a suite, and it was smaller than others we've had in other hotels (no dining table) but as I said earlier, the price was really good so that's fine.
We had room service a couple of times which arrived reasonably quickly. Pizza had way too much cheese - reminded us of a supermarket pizza. The other meals were good - fish and chips get the thumbs up and the spicy chicken wings were delicious!
Breakfast is all you can eat and reasonably cooked. In my opinion there wasn't enough choice of pastries or fruit.
So yep, for the price there's very little to complain about.
R. S.
Great rooms for families (studios), very clean and friendly too. Location is perfect for the Southbank and if you have a room on the high floors you get fantastic views
T. S.
What a great experience both me and my partner had at the Park plaza!
We stayed on the 14th floor in a junior sweet and the staff couldn’t do enough for us.
The guys on reception Jaan and his female counterpart (I forget her name) were excellent and the most professional observant staff I’ve encountered on my travels. I would employ them both tomorrow as they’re a credit to the company.
Thanks again
Tom

Good hotel in the centrum great staaf! Enjoyed it!
C. J.
Lovely hotel with a great view of the London eye. Beds were comfortable and room was quiet so had a great nights sleep. Breakfast on the other hand wasn't great, its one to give a miss therefore didn't order anymore room service. Plenty of restaurants in the local area. 50/50 to if we come back here again.
R. L.
Got a free upgrade when we told them we were staying to celebrate our anniversary as well as a bottle of prosecco.
R. D.
We had a great time staying here.
Room was spacious with all facilities.
Breakfast was excellent and the staffs were very kind and friendly. A pleasant stay.

We are currently staying at the Park Plaza and have been for 4 nights. Our 1 day old son was transferred by ambulance into London St Thomas hospital and put into the ICU. All I can say is the most scary upsetting days and nights of our life were made so much easier by the kind hearted support of the hotel team. The person that made the biggest impact on our stay is Petra who bent over backwards to make our stay as comfortable and stress free as possible. We had to bring our 4 year old daughter to London on the second night and she was greeted with lots of yummy treats, balloons in the bedroom and a wonderfully comfortable bed made up next to my wife and I bed. Petra you have no idea how much everything you have done for us has meant and by far will put the service at this hotel above any we have stayed at in the world. Thank you Park Plaza and thank you Petra we will always be great full to you in our most significant time of need and comfort.
T. B.
Hotel was lovely and clean, the staff went out of their way to really ensure we had a great stay. The staff are a credit to the hotel and we would recommend and love to stay again.
B. B.
We had a night here and wow what an amazing hotel. Room was superb and such a comfortable bed and pillows and best nights sleep I've had in a while. Staff are super friendly and will definitely recommend and stay here again. Thank you to all the staff
G. S.
Despite covid restrictions, ie wearing a face covering in public areas , the hotel delivered a fantastic service . Breakfast buffet is worth it on its own. Every room sanitised and sealed, only essential items in your room , well worth a staycastion with everything within a reasonable distance. A special mention to PETRA who made our stay so memorable.
P. A.
Nice hotel in a nice location. Easy to visit or get to many attractions in London
N. N.
Excellent service arrived earlier then check in time, was no problem parking on site available, just need to ask
👍

Great hotel, professional and friendly staff who will go out of their way to ensure you enjoy your stay. Cannot recommend this hotel enough. Very clean rooms, good menu for food and all the little extras available that make a stay nice - the toiletries, quality of linen, towels etc etc
A. B.
This has to be hands down, one of our favourite hotels in London. Having stayed here for work and as a family.
The restaurant food is great and not overpriced, the service has always been impeccable. I there are any issues they get rectified immediately.
County hall in my opinion now far superior to the other park plaza across the road.
S. T.
Myself and my boyfriend stayed here. Petra was so welcoming and accomated to our every need. All the staff were amazing and Petra went above and beyond to make our experience a good one. Thank you guys!!!!!
R. R.
We stayed for 1 night, celebrated husband's birthday. Absolutely loved it. A little bit crowded in the morning for breakfast but was handled professional by the staff. And Breakfast was amazing by the way .
The view from Penthouse Suite is breathtaking. Given 4 stars instead of 5 as we felt like staying in a junior suite and not really penthouse . We travel a lot and that was just our feeling.
But we already recommended this hotel to our friends and we will always do due to location, facilities, friendly staff.
K. S.
Great location right by Westminster Bridge and only a 2 minute walk to Waterloo station which makes it so easy to get around the city. I stayed here for two weeks and was able to easily explore the city each night and on the weekend.
Rooms were spacious, clean and accommodating. My room had a nice seating area up front, a kitchenette across from the bathroom, followed by the bedroom in the back.
Friendly, helpful staff.
G. G. A.
I stayed at this place on 3 different occasions. Great value, location and customer service
A. T.
Amazingly friendly staff made my children feel very welcome when arriving and gave them a gift bag which my sons carried around for the whole trip. Lovelt views and very comfortable room with parking available across the road for £15 for 24hours . Will come back 100%

Welcoming, clean, modern hotel in a great location. Rooms were a good size, comfy beds and well presented. Staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very good. Would definitely stay here again.

This was the cutest hotel! We stopped in for an afternoon nap before catching a connecting flight later in the evening. They allowed us to freshen up without a full overnight booking fee. The decor is very new and modern, the room spacious and well done. Our room included a great sitting area, a kitchenette, bath tub and shower, plenty of amenities and within walking distance to shopping and dining. Our only mishap was as we were leaving our room, another guest had been given same room and was coming through the door. Oops! Glad we were dressed 😂. Would definitely stay here again.

Just wanted to express our LOVE & ADORATION for this HAPPY HOTEL ..!!
We really loved our time spent here last weekend ..!!
The hotel staff were SPECTACULAR they were all immaculately groomed and well presented. The client care we both received surpassed our expectations. We both have our own businesses so really appreciate client care ...!!
The location was FANTASTIC right by the London Eye and all the attractions.
The sushi restaurant was STUPENDOUS and we LOVED IT ..!!
They even had evening entertainment in the hotel too ..!!
We have both stayed in many hotels over the years but this one is special to us ..!!
Thank you for making my belated birthday celebrations extra special with my partner ...
Lots of Love & Abundant Appreciation

Create location, close to the London Eye and Waterloo Station. Lots of restaurants close and transport links of course. Nice Italian inside the hotel and a very good breakfast. The room was clean and comfortable. We even got upgraded to a suite!
T. T.
Our favourite hotel in London. We always book a suite as a family, our favourite is the penthouse corner suite looking out towards the London Eye. Staff are always really friendly and helpful. Never had a bad stay here. Breakfast service used to be quite haphazard but recently service is smooth and efficient. Can't fault this hotel.
O. A.
Beautiful hotel, warm staff😁 Awesome
B. S.
Our stay was fantastic. We stayed for 1 night. The beds were comfy, the bathroom was nice and clean when we got there, the food in the restaurant was amazing and the staff all have good manners and are kind-hearted.
I would definitely recommend coming here👍

We will be back!!!
We had an enjoyable stay. We were greeted right away even though we were here way too early. They took our bags and told us to come back around 2 PM. So we went exploring.
When we arrived back at our room. The sofa bed was made up already for our kids.
We felt like the hotel was very kid friendly. They had a scavenger hunt with a prize at the end.
The kitchenette was stocked with plates and cups. There isn’t really a refrigerator it’s just a cooling space beside the mini bar.
But you have to give them your credit card in order to unlock it which is nice because kids like to take things out of the minibar...
We had ample toiletries as well as towels. The night time was incredibly quiet even though as you can see our room was on the train side.
It was a beautiful spa with the steam room and work out facilities.
You basically had to restaurants. They also do room service.
The pizza was massive!
Just around the corner you could see The London eye.
Buckingham palace was a nice walk across the bridge.
There is a convenient store nearby has everything from eggs to booze.
Breakfast was included every morning and had ample things for all dietary needs.
Staff was great!
K. B.
Very good location. We were given an accessible room which was a great size but unfortunately didn't have any views of London. Service at the hotel was generally very good apart from one night. We were told not to order at the bar and that the waiter would take our order. We waited 30 minutes before he took our order, upon taking the order he decided not to clear the table of empty glasses and again ignored the empty glasses after eventually giving us our drinks. When presented with the bill I was shocked to see a 15% service charge included.

Very nice and large room. Loud on Monday and Wednesday mornings, good for the rest of the day usually. There is not many food options, either then Chino Latino. Beautiful view of Thames river and is very large windows. Ice machine was extremely slow or would not work most the time but either then that was an amazing hotel.
L. J.
Me and my partner came to London for the weekend as it was my birthday. The hotel was lovely staff friendly and really helpful. We enjoyed the resturant/bar too. It is in a few minutes walk of Waterloo station which was perfect for us. Only downfall was the view from the room...it was of the lifts and the wall to the other side of the hotel so made the room feel dark and dingy it wasn’t a nice view what so ever. Never the less we would stay here again but will make sure we get a room with a better view.
D. P.
I would stay here again for sure. The room was great. Very comfortable beds. We had the London Eye view and it was awesome. Perfectly located, a short walk to the Waterloo Station, a block from the Thames. No complaints.
J. J. L.
Very good hotel. Rooms are not so small as usually in London.very friedndly staff, very clean rooms. It is great that if you dont use the cleaning service, you can choose a wine,a family packet or something else.great idea. Very good for families!
L. L.
Clean, comfortable rooms. Within walking distance of Westminster Abbey and Waterloo Station. Discounts or snack bag given for opting to not have room cleaned daily. Yummy breakfast selection. Fantastic bar. Staff was kind and helpful - ALL OF THEM - in the restaurant, bar, and at the front desk. Very happy with our 4 night stay.
M. C. N.
Great rooms, good value for money.
Good value for given prize. Comfortable beds, spacious good room with all what you need. Standart london breakfast. Staff quite willing, not very competent and not very nice but ok. I definitly don't recommend go for dinner. It is ok but doesn't make any sense other than stay in the hotel and don't have to walk 100 meters to other restaurant.
A. B.
Clean and professional. A little confused about kids activities and kids 'plaza bucks' they could exchange for goodies. Also, mini bar prices were cheaper than the restaurant or bar prices for water, soda, wine and beers. Valet service was a little hard to figure out on arrival. But decent breakfast and tasty meals at restaurant. Right on top of County Hall fun area, aquarium, London Eye and river walk.
a. p.
Arrived by car parking was a little problematic but quickly resolved with help of concierge opted for valet service. Room was very nice, fittings good quality and designed well, renovations running currently. Services worked, staff were helpful. Breakfast was a little hectic during the busy time, Sunday, advice get in early. Overall a nice experience so far.
P. L.
Fantastic rooms. We picked a room with a city view over London eye . Highly recommended. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and stylish. We loved it, and we most certainly will pick this hotel and chain again.
C. R.
This hotel was booked for my 40th birthday weekend. Had the best time. Staff were so helpful and friendly. Breakfast was amazing, the room immaculate. Made my stay just perfect.
M. C.
We loved this hotel! We're a family of 4 (kids 10 and 8) and upon arrival, they gave the kids a little scavenger hunt activity where the reward were a few play Pounds that could be used to purchase scoops of ice cream. The staff are very helpful and friendly and we really liked their "green" program where you can earn daily Radisson Reward points and other complimentary items by deferring room service. The food at the restaurant was decent and breakfast was really good with a few hot options. The location is fantastic with quick and easy access to Waterloo station. Wifi was strong and fast. The only issue we had was that we could hear noise coming from the inside of the hotel atrium all night if you slept on the pullout sofa bed which was right next to the door. The walls were also a bit "thin" as you could hear your neighbors from time to time. Overall, it was a good, comfortable stay.
E. M.
We only stayed for one night, (long enough to know we would definitely use this hotel again). The studio room we used was clean comfortable and well equipped.
We ate in the hotels Italian restaurant and couldn't fault the food ambiance or the excellent attentive service.
Breakfast time is very busy but don't be put off by the queues, the staff are very efficient and your your not left waiting for long.
Praise to all the staff we had contact with for the friendly service they provide.
All in all a very pleasant stay.
L. T.
Excellent service, my room was upgraded to a suite with a view of the Thames and the London eye. It is a great location to stay and tour the sights of central London, such as Mayfair, the book shops, the London eye, fish and chips, Whitehall gardens, a ferry to the tower and so much more! Had a nice dinner in the hotel, their seared tuba steak is highly recommended.
A. C.
Great hotel in a great location 2 mins from westminster bridge, london eye and the London big bus. As it was Easter and mid term it was very busy. It seems to be a family oriented hotel. Rooms are great and the layout means you can have a little privacy if you have kids as the pull out bed sofa is blocked off a bit. High rooms have great views. Go high enough and to the river side, you have views of the London eye. All staff were helpful and friendly. Only downside is the queues for breakfast. It seems to be a common occurrence as I've seen other reviews on this and both times I've been here it's been the same. The breakfast room is too small for the number of guests. They have an overflow room on another floor but mainly for families. Avoid that room at all costs if you don't have a young family. Otherwise it's all excellent. Have also stayed in the other Park Plaza hotel across the road. That's more business and couple orientated in my opinion but you shouldn't be disappointed with either.

Nice hotel close to lots of things to see and do in London. Suite was spacious with 2 TV's and a nice settee in the sitting room. Bathroom was clean and well equipped with both a bath and a shower. There was also a small kitchen with a microwave and coffee making facilities. The buffet breakfast in the restaurant was good and if scrambled eggs weren't to your liking other styles could be cooked to order. The only downsides were the bed was a bit too close to the door and you could hear the loud noise whenever anyone nearby closed their door and the windows didn't open.
M. D.
Nothing spectacular-room was modern and clean although very small. Check in could have been better-had to wait approx 15 minutes to be seen due to number of people checking in and out and a poor in house computer system. Lobby was extremely noisy at check in which made the whole process even more unpleasant. Overall though the hotel is pretty good and very convenient for Waterloo and and Westminster, would recommend if you're looking for no frills convenience.

As hotel bars go, this is not bad, nice staff, good selection. Was great for a meeting with a client, near some lovely places to photograph too, and the london eye!
I am photographer, this is one of my pieces, available for commission and bookings!
C. R.
The room was great, the staff were very helpful and the view was really good. Ive stayed a few times and have always been impressed.
R. K.
If I was to rate hotel service only they would be 5 stars easy. But, since there is food on site I had to lover my rating. The food is not that good although reasonably priced.
Apart from that, if you're a young family, there is no better place to stay than here. Studio rooms are spacious, they have their own kitchen area with microwave and kitchen sink. Kids goodie bags that you get at reception are brilliant and the hotel dollars for spending on ice cream and juice just make them even better.
The hotel is very close (5 min walk) to London Eye and other Merlin amusements.

Great location. Reasonably priced. Rooms were clean and modern. We opted for the breakfast included price which was well worth it. The breakfast was fantastic. The staff were very attentive to any questions. We were traveling with 2 children who were welcomed by staff as soon as we arrived. I would definitely stay here again.
L. F.
Amazing position, superb rooms but some of staff speak bad English also at the reception desk. We also had an issue with unpaid in advance breakfast. Although we assured them.we agreed paying for one more person's breakfast, literally they did not allow us to finish our meal and go down to the reception to pay for it afterwards but came 3 times to our table pushing ilus to pay there and then. Terrible stance. Last but not least, these days the hotel is going through a redo and one cannot easily find a place to sit for breakfast if it is after 09.00. The latter goes for the management. Please, do something about it...

One of my favourite hotels perfectly situated on the Southbank in close proximity to Westminster and local tube stations. Excellent full service hotel with a great team. Good quality bedrooms with high quality finishes. Restaurant is a good option for dinner as well as breakfast. Hotel includes internal facing and external facing rooms the latter with exceptional London views. I did have a small issue with a loud air system but other than than would highly recommend the hotel. Perfect for families as well as business customers.
M. O.
An Absolutely fabulous hotel in a brilliant location with the friendliest staff, from the chef to the the receptionists especially Petra and Jaan who ensured my families stay was wonderful. I will always stay here when I visit London in future
A. M.
Very nice hotel. Rooms were clean and spacious with large windows offering nice views. Service at the front desk was excellent, a concierge took our bags for us as soon as we arrived even though we came before our check in time, then they brought our bags to our room for us. Service at the restaurant was not as great, but the food was okay.
N. B.
Super clean, modern rooms. Friendly staff.
Only minus point was the breakfast. As a whole, the selection seemed small for a hotel of that size and the choice at the hot grill was poor compared to hotels of a similar size I have stayed at.
N. A.
Rooms weren’t cleaned during the day, staff were abit rude during breakfast services and waited 15mins
+ on average for a lift from level 5. Other then that, good experience with rooms, housekeeping & room service when ordering things. Location is pretty good, close to station.
H. J.
Great location, very handy to lots of attractions plus train/tube stations. Small things like not having any washcloths/flannels in the bathroom plus awkward layout of bath made it less than perfect. Very disappointed during my 5 day stay when I tried to access the guest laundry room on my last evening only to be told it was no longer an option despite the many signs directing me to a laundry. Did appreciate the bottle of wine in lieu of having my room cleaned for a day, an interesting perk!

I worked in Westminster for 6 months and had the good luck to stay here each week. The rooms were always very well equipped with separate bedroom, en-quite shower room and sitting room, with microwave, mini-bar and tea/coffee facilities. The beds were excellent and I always managed to get a good night's sleep on the first night of a 3 or 4 night stay.
The restaurant would often get busy so room service came in very useful. The service was always timely, polite and professional, with a good choice of food on offer.
Should I work in Westminster again in the future I would jump at the chance to stay here.
A. B.
Lovely hotel. Good location. Is a huge hotel. Some rooms are better than others. Cannot give 5 stars as the rooms vary enormously in size, facilities and prices. We travel with children and often end up with a bed and a sofa bed which is never comfortable and whoever ends up on it ends up rolling into the other person = no sleep. The rooms we've had often mean the bed is closest to the floor to ceiling windows but furthest from the bathroom. The rooms on the Thames side have some nice views but can't actually see the Thames because County Hall is in the way. Rooms facing waterloo station look at the old Eurostar glass roofed terminal - not pretty and tend to be dark. All rooms have fab bath/shower rooms.
J. “. M.
My first official trip out of the country and I couldnt have picked a better destination. From the time I stepped off the plane to the time I arrived at my hotel I experienced the warmest welcomes. The hotel staff was very helpful and extremely kind. I will definitely be returning for a future visit.
J. L.
Lovely hotel situated behind County Hall. Lovely staff, room was nice although no external view due to the windows facing into the mezzanine area, but a nice change. Good breakfast. Only issue was water didnt seem hot enough for a shower when checking in after a long day of travel. Everything else was wonderful.
E. E.
Make sure to have a room with daylight!
This is a great hotel, as you will have noticed from the other ratings but with several very poor ratings. The reason is that the hotel has some 10% very poor rooms that are located with the windows facing the central internal court yard. These rooms have no daylight whatsoever. The view consist of the diners in the central restaurant. I was allocated one of these rooms on my arrival with corroded bath interior, worn and torn carpet and bad odour of a former smokers room.
However, after conveying my utter disappointment, the very friendly receptionist Fatima allocated a great room with daylight and nice view. All fine there.
So when booking, ensure to request a room with daylight!
L. M.
Beautiful hotel and rooms. Friendly staff. Great location with a short walk to the london eye. Will definitely be staying again
T. C. S.
I stayed her for 2 night, amazing hotel great location in the heart of London and close to all attractions... The room was very clean and stay very friendly, I will definitely come back to this hotel. My daughter is 7yrs and she had a blast no complaints.
P. S.
The guards will check the key card of every person who enter the hotel after 9 pm. I found that it is safe measure but not a practical method, the automatic key card check inside the elevator need to be installed. Please note that each of your family members need to have key card with them all the time.
The room is spacious; however, the cleaning service need to be improved. Hairdryer is not prepared when I checked in.
Recommendation: Choose the cheapest room as you can, do not stupid enough to pay for larger room in higher price and get nothing better like me.
M. C.
I’ll be staying at this hotel twice in the same month and so far it’s been absolutely amazing. My room has a beautiful view of the London Eye, Big Ben, and Parliament. The hotel is also really close to a lot of great places to take photos around London. I’ll be staying here again in a week and can’t wait to return to see this view.
F. S.
Really liked our stay at this modern, centrally located hotel. The staff make this place exceptional.
Two gripes: Air-con wasn't properly cooling down our room and it can't be set in-room (although housekeeping was very helpful and friendly to sort it out, it reset every day and we had to call every time).
Secondly, bathroom only separated from rest of the room by loosely hanging barn style glass door - meaning zero privacy for couples.
Otherwise, great place.
L. O.
By far the best view I've had in London. The staff were fantastic. Will definitely be going back to stay.
S. D.
One of my favourite local hotels, great to get away with your partner for the night. Clean rooms great views lovely staff
A. A.
The hotel location is very close to Waterloo station London and this is a very good advantage. Room is not bad. But the hotel has issues with towels in term of cleaning and quantity. Me and my wife are two guest and in the bathroom there is only 2 bath towels.. and there is no bath robe and feet sleepers. I have asked for them and they provide them to my room. Second day house keeping took them without replacement.. so I just give up. Long story short ... I will chose this place just for its location.
S. P.
Decent hotel, quite strategic location, can walk to most tourist spots. Breakfast fare standard. Room spacious enough. Pillows very thin tho. Had a weird experience where the housekeeping staff took my husband's laundry bag when it was quite obvious it was not rubbish, and that it's got stuff inside. We called housekeeping and they returned it to us. The following days our room was made up but not as neatly as before the mysterious disappearance of hubby's laundry bag. Just a bizarre incident.
D. W.
Location is good and the rooms are bigger than most rooms of this category. Don't get this confused with the Park Plaza across the road which is nicer. Some rooms have Windows to the atrium inside only. Rooms were clean and modern my room 520 has an awful bathroom. Wi-Fi is really strong and fast which is surprising. Small lobby and an outdoor seating area.
A. C.
Had a studio room. It was well appointed, clean, quiet and spacious (the coffee machine was a great touch). The bed was almost as comfortable as my own. Really enjoyed my stay, and being so close to County Hall was an absolute bonus for what I needed to do.
M.
Conveniently located for Waterloo station and Westminster in general. Good sized rooms - well appointed with the usual stuff. Large screen TV. Good clean bathroom. Very decent free wifi. Breakfast service has an open kitchen for the chef to cook your eggs as you choose in front of you. The poached eggs were excellent! Check-in/check-out very efficient.
R. K.
We went to London on a family trip to take our 8year old granddaughter.
The hotel was in a great location staff professional and friendly making any contact welcoming.
We was in room 1331 and we couldn't have wished for a better room and view to match.
Food excellent hotel spotless.and will look forward to going again soon.
J. H.
Stayed here with work. Rooms are stunning, the in-house Italian did a fabulous tuna steak and the reception people were super helpful and attentive. The gym possibly needs a bit of investment but the sauna & steam room were first rate. Highly recommend it.
Y. Y.
It needs really renewing some systems are still old fashion. Dont stay in 304 room as you hear all hotel flashing and passing throughout this room like big bang noises, we kept waking up because of this during our 2 nights stay. When you enter hotel serious man waiting for you in front of the door asking for a door key , you feel that you did something wrong but no actually they do not have card system in the lift so this is the way that they keep us secure🤔👏!!!very old fashion. I am a traveler and i assure you that you stay in a better place than this hotel with this price.
A. E.
Great location, Abit disappointed as room was not ready for check in, had to wait 2 hours. Room average, could be cleaner and room service terrible, ordered 2 glasses of wine was told 15 minutes. One hour later still waiting for wine, rang room service afew times but no one picked up. Ended up having to go to reception to cancel only to be serviced by a member of staff who needs more customer service training. Will not be going back only great thing with this hotel is the view, if you get the right room. The hotel is very busy with tourist some of the staff are polite but alot quite abrupt making it feel like it's just an average hotel.
A. R.
The service at this hotel has been incredible. My children loved the welcome pack they received at check in and I was extremely pleased with the kind services at the concierge. Toby was so helpful in getting us theatre tickets and printing off vouchers from London attractions that we had in our email. Additionally, the location of this hotel is fabulous. We were able to easily access great restaurants on the South Bank, and visit the London Eye. Big Ben, parliament and Westminster Abbey were only about a 10 minute walk away. I would highly recommend Park Plaza County Hall to anyone visiting or working on London.
B. R.
This is a wonderful, if dated hotel with a great location. It's a ten minutes walk from the iconic Westminster Bridge in central London.
The rooms are very quiet but you have to pay for rooms with a view.
The food is also very good. However, for a 4 star hotel, there are better hotel including the Park Plaza Westminster Bridge
Still a great place.
P. S.
Great location and friendly staff. Room was spacious, comfortable and it had a great view. Breakfast selection was very good.
The only drawback was loud air condition and waiting time for warm water - took probably 2mins to get warm water running.
A. D.
Perfect location with Waterloo station a 2 min walk, London eye around the corner and only a short distance in a taxi to Covenant Gardens. Rooms were fantastic and excellent value for money with loads of channels on the TV. Would highly recommend
H. V.
Hotel was a bit tricky to find at first and we ended up at the Park Plaza Westminster Bridge hotel which is literally just down the road from this hotel - but when we found it we weren't disappointed.
Our first room smelt of smoke and was very small when we arrived, all the first floor rooms are all facing inside to each other with no real windows. The hotel were very helpful and upgraded us to a better room straight away overlooking London with a spacious lounge area.
The hotel restaurant served lovely Italian food & the staff were very helpful with our luggage.
Would definitely stay again! The tube was very easy to access and we had a great stay :)
J. K.
Excellent breakfast at L’Italiano, with a good range of food selection. There is a corner for little ones to get their cereal. Great service from the staff here. The front desk is also very friendly and helpful.
T. F.
I always stay it this hotel after having tried probably 40 hotels in london. This is central and has great people working here. They always help. Now the biggest bonus is Jonny working in the kitchen. Not only does he make the best omelette i have ever eaten he also loves his job. Try this hotel and do make sure to eat a omelette by Jonny
B.
I had a one night stay, in a twin room sharing. The room was an ok size looking inwards on the atrium. The twin beds were however pushed together, I would have preferred not to have to move the beds ourselves. We had room service in the early hours, the food was delivered quickly and was of very good quality.
E. L.
Very nice hotel at great location.
The hotel is located near the London Eye, and 2 min walk from the Waterloo station.
It's super easy to get to all London from the hotel, and the lovely crew will be happy to help.
We chose "Superior Room" with London Eye view, which was very disappointed - the room was not that big and the London eye view was far from what I expected from the pictures - we only saw a tiny top of it.
P. H.
Stayed there for 3 nights in Summer 2014.
The hotel is conveniently and perfectly located, right next to Waterloo station. It is therefore suitable for both, a business trip or a leisure and fun weekend in London.
The welcome by the staff was very warm and friendly, especially by the Concierge team and the reception team.
Rooms are very spacious and very clean, compared to other hotels in London at such a price.
The only downside of the hotel is the infrastructure for the breakfast. There are not enough tables and the buffet is way to small for such a big hotel (which should apparently change by 2015) But Mika made it all up by her super positive and extremely friendly energy ;-)
J. C.
Great hotel. Service was great. Breakfast was also good. Location was good also highly recommend price is slightly higher but London prices is expected here.
S. F.
The reception to check was excellent the staff very friendly even upgrading our room .
Will defo return here .
T. H.
Extremely comfortable and clean room, great shower, large TV. Very large for London. The room was dead silent all night and I got a great night's sleep. The location was extremely convinient. Breakfast was merely OK though the service was good.
s. c.
Having booked with hotels. Com via phone we had asked them to inform the hotel that my partner was registered disabled and we needed an accessible room. From the moment we arrived the entire hotel staff were very friendly, helpful and considerate. A hand written card was waiting for us in our room welcoming us. We were also allowed to park our car at the rear of the hotel. Thoroughly recommend this hotel.
A. A.
Excellent service. Awesome location! Close to bus and underground stations. We walked to Trafalgar Square and Leichester Sq. London Eye was visible from our window! Breakfast buffet had a good selection. On Saturday am there was a long line up close to the time breakfast was to end but everyone was seated and accommodated. Suggest getting there before 0900. We were very pleased with this hotel and I am not easy to please!
N. R.
Exquisite hotel! Enjoyed my one night stay in London. It’s very convenient to so many places at walking distance in London. The rooms were super clean, with a homely feel
H. W.
Very nice hotel, excellent room service on a great location. The beds are very soft and comfortable. The wifi is very bad this year unfortunately I don’t remember it being an issue last year but it just keeps stopping then you have to disconnect and connect back again regularly to make it work. Also the very tasty big brown portobello mushrooms in the breakfast last year are gone :(
T. M.
We stayed here as could not get reservations for the Westminster Bridge Park Plaza where we had had a previous great stay. Went for a walk and when we returned the room was ready. The location is excellent for seeing the sights in London. We stayed in a family suite which represented excellent value for money.
M. G.
Great hotel, friendly staff and nice clean rooms!
Didn't realise they had free motorbike parking around the back though or wouldn't have paid for the Waterloo car park one! :)
Happy with the hotel and will likely be back!
A. A.
Excellent place.
Highly recommended. Will be staying here again. Great customer service, beautiful rooms, walkable to all the tourist destinations
J. B.
This hotel is in a great central location close to Waterloo station. The room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was probably nice initially but now showed signs of wear, cracked tiles etc, and the partition was so useless the bathroom got soaked. If you are a private person in the bathroom this might not be the place for you. The sliding door blocked no sound and had a massive gap!
F. T.
It's a fantastic hotel. They have great rooms, great service, great food and it's close to everything in London. I know where to stay next time I'm coming here. I'm not easily impressed, but here I am. Impressed.
A. W.
Location? Check. Right next to Southbank. Price? Check. Very good value for money. Rooms? Check. Family room has separate sleeping quarters for adults and children, albeit without a closing door between them. Kids sleep on a sofa bed. Good large bathroom with shower and bath. Kitchenette with sink, microwave and mini fridge. Great hotel for exploring London
M. H.
Nicest hotel I have ever stayed in. Friendly staff throughout the hotel. One person who I think deserves recognition is the new girl at the reception desk, I can't remember her name, Katrine maybe? She wore a badge saying she was new. She helped my partner & I when we had an issue with the booking & not only us but everytime I passed reception, she was always going out of her way to help the guests at the hotel & always with a smile on her face.
Will definitely stay there again & recommend.

Nice hotel. Nothing fancy about it but I dont go traveling to check out nice hotels I go for sightseeing, food, experience, and so on. Breakfast was but 16 pounds an adult. Kind of expensive but kids ate free. Great to do if you're in a hurry. Fyi as big and busy London is,most attraction open around 10ish and close around 530 ish, with the exception for a few. Si breakfast here may be a good option when traveling with kids. There is a gym here but no pool. Hotel is close to underground (subway) station which also have trains there too. Very key since that is the best way to get around. This hotel is also close to a lot of attractions and the bus line. Staff was real friendly and very helpful. I would stay here again.
L.
We have had an excellent stay at Park Plaza County Hall in London. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, there is everything you may want to eat for breakfast. It is also very centrally- located across the bridge from the House of Parliament.
D. C.
Very slow check-in. Had to wait 30mins as well due to the room not being ready. Modern rooms, well appointed. Very comfortable bed. Had to request to things by calling guest services which were brought up pretty quickly. Not a fan of the follow up phonecall after any request though. Seems a bit intrusive and not trusting their staff to do it.
Had an 'interior' room with a pretty depressing view, but I just closed the electric-powered curtains.
K. F.
Very convenient hotel for sightseeing. City view rooms small but well finished. However view was over Waterloo Station. Staff all very helpful. Breakfast can be an issue to find table due to small restaurant however.
M. K.
Staff is friendly and breakfast is more than a continental in many hotels. The rooms are clean and I have not heard any neighbors through the wall. Points lost in the bathroom with a low flow shower that is hard to calibrate the temperature and sink rattles when on. The price is right and the location is perfect for tourists and the Internet is fast. Overall good
M. B.
Room was upgraded free of charge, free pizza in the lobby, these were both plusses. Check in staff were slow and didn't have the correct details for our booking and bar service was also under staffed. Overall a good stay.
A. C.
Had a pleasant stay here when we got married. Room was large and had a good view of the London eye. Centrally located and convenient for all the London tourist sites. Breakfast buffet was ok, although would have expected a wider selection of foods for this class of hotel, and also some of the hot food was cold. They have limited seating in the dining area, so unless you go early, expect long queues at breakfast time. Another let down is that there is no guest car park, and parking on the street there is expensive. There is an independent car park next door but it's expensive and very very narrow and awkward, I don't ever want to park there again.
M. L.
Pros: service throughout the hotel is excellent; comfortable rooms, especially the suite for families.
Cons: soundproofing could be better. Too much gurgling from plumbing made the room sound like we were underwater or in a boiling cauldron of soup.
T. M.
Excellent location for a meeting at the House of Commons. I had booked a double room but was pleasantly surprised to enter a spotless modern studio on the 10th floor. The hotel has no parking but you can pull around the back and drop off your bags if travelling by car.
J. M.
Rooms are renovated, comfortable and soundproof. It was perfect for a quick visit to London as we were taking a train from Waterloo. There are a number of attractions nearby such as London Eye, Globe Theatre and Tate Modern, but take your good walking shoes. It isn't the best location for tourists however as there aren't many interesting restaurants nearby.
F. S.
Nice hotel, clean and new. Elevators took too long, looks like a sofware issue (from 3 elevators, it always let the occupied elevator stop and pass the 2 empty ones). Configuration of the living area in the studio seemed odd; sitting on the couch, you look directly into the bathroom, with only a glass door in between.
J. T.
As a family we enjoyed staying at park plaza county. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is great. It has big size rooms equipped with almost everything we need. We really liked it lot. It will be my choice in the future.
R.
Helpful staff. Great location. Large room with microwave. Nice shower.
Long queue to be seated for breakfast, computers in business centre very slow and printer not working.
m. l.
Really friendly staff, amazing room and great location close to tubes. London eye is a stone throw away just a really lovely homely hotel! Would defo be staying again soon!
C. L.
I highly recommend this hotel especial for tourist as the location is perfect for families (step out of the hotel and you are in the heart of London, no transport needed).
As for the rooms they are very clean and well kept and they are good value for money too.
J. A.
Amazing location, especially considering the decent price. Clean and friendly.
While the breakfast had a long queue, it was well worth the wait with chefs that cooked omelettes etc on order. All for coffee to get your own pot at the table.
J. H.
I chose this hotel purely because of the layout of their studio rooms; nice big bed at one end and a confortable couch at the other, separated by the bathroom and kitchenette which divides the room beautifully and makes it feel more like a small suite. The couch also folds out into a second bed, so the room is excellent when sharing with another person as you each end up with a queen-size bed in what is effectively separate rooms (most hotels will have both beds next to each other, offering zero privacy). While the "City View" isn't much to look at (I stayed in room 611), the large window doesn't face any other rooms, and provides excellent natural light. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchenette was well appointed, even including a small microwave oven. The bathroom was spacious with separate bathroom and shower, though I must say the water pressure in the shower was pretty underwhelming. The rest of the hotel amenities are excellent. Guests get access to basic wifi, the 24hr fitness centre, sauna, steam room and small business centre (two internet-enabled computers with a printer) free of charge. In addition to the usual paid laundry service, the hotel also offers guests the option of doing their own washing in the guest laundry (comprising two washing machines and three dryers). Use of the machines is free, you just need to provide your own laundry detergent or purchase some from the onsite vending machine. The buffet breakfast is also excellent - great variety and all very fresh. Location-wise, the hotel is just a stone's throw from Westminster Bridge, and within a 5 minute walk of two stations: Westminster and Waterloo. So easy to get anywhere. Above all, I have always found the staff at Park Plaza County Hall to be exceptionally friendly and helpful. Even when corresponding via email, they provided quick and helpful responses. This is a 4-star hotel that operates much better than some 5-star alternatives. I will definitely return here again.
j. p.
Great helpful staff. V clean and tidy. Nice rooms but compact. Breakfast a bit chaotic...needs a queing system in place and I hate those slow toasters...everyone gets annoyed with them! Apart from that a great 2 night stay
M. d. H.
Okay hotel but nothing special. When I visited they were busy refurbishing the rooms. Mine was not done yet and it really needed one. Breakfast not included and very expensive, good quality however.
A. J.
Good Central London location. Nice buffet breakfast. Bedrooms very well laid out. But feels a bit sterile in terms of character.
I. H.
Friendly staff and very clean .could not fault it.
T. M.
The location was great as we could just walk from the train station and to the centre. Perfectly placed to explore London by bus, train or just walking. All staff were lovely. The automated answer machine of the hotel claims the lowest …
K. K.
Nice rooms, but no king size beds, if you want 2 beds its a pull out couch. The pull out had an awful bar going through it. Great breakfast, made to order eggs.
R. C.
Room was comfortable, clean and quiet. Breakfast was good.
No health club in this hotel. I was told that I could use the one in the other Park Plaza hotel over the road - at £35 a go - which is a bit of a joke.
I'd arranged to meet a friend in the hotel, but he ended up in the bar of this other hotel and was charged extra for taking the caps off bottles of beer, which is just cheeky. This put us off bothering to try the bar in the County Hall hotel, so we went to Vaulty Towers, a pub about a five minute walk away, which was quirky but excellent.
Probably wouldn't stay here again, there's no view, it's not in what used to be County Hall anyway, and whilst it was ok I know there's better to be had for the money.
F. O.
Great hotel, great view of London eye. Good facilities in room (Nespresso coffee machine etc). Great little bag of goodies given to my toddler on check in with vouchers for a free drink and ice cream 😁
G. a.
I stayed at park plaza county hall london on july for 3 days with my family.
The hotel is nice, really spacious, the rooms are modern and the breakfast is varied and tasty.
The staff is globally welcoming but on our arrival we waited 1h45 more than the scheduled time because the room wasn’t clean yet, but we were offered a drink,
My sheets were not changed while I bled from the nose in the night, i was surprised,
the more surprising thing was that I forgot my swimsuit (a Hipanema one 100e) in the bathroom, I called the Hotel 30 min after leaving it so that they send me back as soon as possible.
I was not recalled right away, it was under the understanding that I could lie, and my property was never found: what a coincidence,
I will not go back to these hotels because for the standing that we are promised I found this misunderstanding unacceptable,
R. S.
Spacious rooms, good service. Location of the hotel is convenient to some tourist attractions. Riverside is beautiful for walking in the evening. Overall great experience. Will stay there again.
N. A.
Location is amazing. You will queue for breakfast depending on time you go. Earlier the better. Bar way over priced so go elsewhere. When rooms were cleaned not everything was stocked properly like bog roll and coffee.
J. B.
Great stay, I appeared to be upgraded for free which was a pleasant surprise. Lovely views over London and I could see Big Ben from my balcony. Hotel was clean and all amenities were modern and useful l.
S. B.
We stayed here whilst seeing a show. Lovely hotel and service until we had a problem. There was no hot water for a shower which you do not expect for a hotel In London. When we reported it to reception she just wasn’t bothered and offered no incentive to come back and stay. Sent engineer after we checked out and after we had heard other people complaining about the water too. Would have been ok if the staff had actually apologised and been a bit more understanding.
T. M.
Accommodation, service and staff all excellent. Staff were very friendly and helpful. On the Just Park website, you can book and pay for good priced parking at the Novotel about 10 minutes walk away on Lambeth Road. The location makes it ideal to travel by Underground to anywhere you want in London.
T. M.
All staff really do go the extra mile. Our room was on the 8th floor but it faced the middle of the hotel so I could hear constant noise from the restaurant on the Mezzanine floor being that the bed is right by door. It's not exactly value for money even with a free upgrade to a junior suite.
N. K.
Fabulous stay fabulous location I was greeted with a bottle of complimentary wine discount card cooling for his birthday - first class hotel & staff especially from Rebecca at reception. I have been to all the park plaza chains but this is by far the BEST. Thank you for making my stay so special.

Lovely hotel staff helpful and friendly rooms clean and tidy expensive but you get what you paid for . Easy access to tube and buses and short distance from the city of london would definitely stay here again
M. H.
GREAT LOCATION in central London. The room was very clean and updated. The bed was very comfortable but the pullout couch was not comfortable at all. I would recommend this hotel if you're planning on walking to some of the cities attractions.
T. k.
Stayed here for one night and couldn’t really fault the hotel, best one we have stayed in yet, staff were so helpful, room excellent and breakfast perfect, my only complaint was that we upgraded to a city view but when we got to our room the only view was of Waterloo station, still a good hotel though.
E. V.
Rooms are quite nice and clean also front desk staff friendly and professional! walking distance to Waterloo station,Coca Cola Eye, Big Ben,Westminister Hall less the 10 minutes and much more!
R. M.
Overall this was an ok experience. After 11 days of travel (5 in London) my expectation for sevice is ... much less than in Canadian cities. The rooms are comfortable and offer an ok view if you are high enough. Believe it or not the hot water was gone by 830am every morning... the hotel just couldn't fix the problem. The Bellmen and front office staff were very helpful with directions.
C. P.
Stayed here from saturday to monday with my husband and 3 month old daughter briiliant location staff super friendly welcoming and helpfull only down fall was i booked a superior room with the impression it was a room with a view which was stated on my booking confirmation it wasnt untill i got to my room and realised that wasnt the case i called down to reception and was told my room is a room with a view i wouldnt call a room with a view
Looking at a hotel acroos the road i was then told if i want a room with a view i had to pay an extra 100 pound on top of the 400 pound i orginally payed was very dissappinted but didnt let that spoil our family break away. Would stay here again
T. M.
Terrific location,we visited Westminster Abbey and had only a short walk across Westminster bridge to our hotel. Hotel was very clean. Rooms a little small so book a suite as not much difference in price. Breakfast on the Sunday morning was extremely busy and a little chaotic but to be expected I guess.
J. H.
Stayed here a few times. Nice location my waterloo station. Easy access to the underground and walking distance to great pubs. Long walk to soho or the British Museum
Staff friendly and nice rooms
T. M.
How can I not say a big thanks to the team at Park Plaza when you put me in the Penthouse suite unasked. The kitchen facilities in the studio rooms are perfect and add an extra flexibility, especially when travelling with my young son. I've reviewed it separately on here and it is definitely worth visiting if you're staying in the hotel.
D. C.
This is an excellent location to use as a home base for a visit to London. The receptionist was great and the Concierge was excellent. The rooms are a good size and the beds were comfortable. I would recommend without hesitation.
J. D.
Great hotel in the Southbank area.
Perfect service from all the staff, congratulations guys.
Bedrooms quality is very good, well furnished rooms and high quality WIFI. If you have the chance to get the view on the Tamise, it's even better.
Did not try the restaurant for diner since from my opinion it's more enjoyable to dine oustide. However, the breakfast has a good quality / price ratio and again, the service is excellent.
Definitively would recommend for business trips & tourism
A. D.
Loved it great rooms and staff right alongside London Eye highly recommend
H. H.
Great stay, apart from breakfast is a bit of a let down and wouldn't pay the £20 per person they charge for it. Everything else was top notch, they are also more than happy to keep your bags on your last day till you have your flight/train which is an added bonus.
H. R.
Excellent hotel with nice suited rooms. The food was good on the restaurant and the spa massage enjoyable. Very well placed for the train station and underground also very close to the London Eye.
M. F.
Great location and reasonable price. Very close to Waterloo trains, buses and tube. Rooms clean and modern with good TV system. Bathrooms in room and communal areas good with nice handwashes. Few minutes to London eye, aquarium and London dungeons.
H. R.
Just had a drink at the bar. Staff were nice although assumed the man in our party was paying, rather than my female friend. Atmosphere was lovely, drinks reasonably priced and the seats were comfortable.
C. M.
Very nice hotel. Convenient location for most sights in London. The rooms are well appointed and very comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful. The food on offer is excellent!
T. M.
Th floor no noise. The breakfast buffet was decent enough but just felt rushed as they tried to move the queue through. The view from the hotel room was good as you could see the London eye and the Houses of Parliament. Unfortunately we had very loud arguing and swearing neighbours.
E. T.
Very nice hotell with all that you need! I stay'd there with my kids and had a lovely 2 days stay! Very friendly staff that will and can help you with everything you might wish for. The breakefast and dinner was very good. The room was excellent! I could'nt have asked for more.. 👍😊🇬🇧

My stay at the Park Plaza County Hall Hotel was incredible! From the friendly staff to the luscious food, there was nothing more you could ask for.
To start, arrival and check-in gets 5 stars from me. The men handling the doors opened a separate door to allow us to skip the rotating doors with our suitcases. The receptionists were polite and friendly.
Our room, 930, was wonderful. There was a big, spacious living area with a decently big TV adorning a desk area. There was also a creme coloured couch that could pull out into a bed. Next you have the kitchenette with a microwave, kettle, coffee machine, sink and the minibar. Opposite the kitchenette, you have the bathroom. The main feature here is the bath. There is also a shower that is separate to the bath. Both are nice and spacious. The bedroom also has a TV, a large wardrobe with a safe inside, and there are plenty of drawers for storage. There was a brilliant view of the London Eye to enjoy.
The food was spectacular. Out of all the courses I tried, the BLT, Margarita Pizza (with ham and chicken added) and the BBQ burger (with aged cheddar cheese and a fried egg added), all left me satisfied.
To add to the positivity of this review, we got free gifts on New year's Eve. Thank you!
And that's why they get 5 stars from me! There are a few things worth mentioning. Firstly, the TVs are quite quiet, even on full volume. Secondly, it would be nice to be able to open the balcony doors, instead of having them sealed behind a second pane of glass. Thirdly, the mattress on the sofa bed is a little thin, allowing you to feel the frame beneath it. However, none of those take away from my experience there.
In conclusion, if you have the money and are looking for a friendly, good quality hotel, Park Plaza is the place to go or at least consider going.
J. Y.
Whilst our stay was OK breakfast was not a good experience. It was something akin to a fast food chain in a sardine tin. Will have in my room in future. But even that would have been a problem as an executive room doesn't have a table.
A. B.
Hotel is above average , however when eating in the restraunt at breakfest be aware of a rude chef on the live egg cooking station .
Rooms were of a great standard with the rooms cleaned and maintained to a great standard.
H. S.
This is so for the best place I have stayed in London not gonna lie the only thing I’m not happy about is when I have to leave
A. T.
Located in very close proximity to Waterloo station and london eye. All the main attractions are very close, walking distance. There are good variety of restaurants coffe shops around the location, Mediterranean, Italian, starbucks.
The hotel has helpful and friendly staff and the rooms are clean and spacious. There is a Spa and a gym as well.
Great place, highly recommended for solo, couples and families.
M. G.
Fantastic and central hotel with very friendly staff who takes care of you at all times. Special thanks to our front desk man, Brad, who gave us an amazing room with great view. Now it's time to head back to Sweden but Park Plaza Country Hall and London is always a great idea. Thank you all!!
f. G.
Good location. Outer Chambers are ok but inner chambers (patio) are dark ( no view of outside) and noisy (external lift mecanism bang bang all night....). Only bath with not so clean shower in it. This chamber has the same price than other...
Breakfast for 9h30 To 10h30 can queue from 5 min To 30 min ...personnal are helpfull & sympatic .
So not reallly a 4 stars hotel standing even for thé price.
A. W.
Second time we have stayed here, very friendly and helpful staff. We had a great view of the London eye from the 14th floor. Would recommend this place.
R. C.
I came into the hotel while in London recently and the guys who work here were lovely! Ivayle from behind the bar and Marlene (plus the trainee lady, sorry for not getting/remembering her name) from reception were very helpful to me during what was a stressful day.
Thank you for your time - I appreciated it!
Raza =)

Perfect location for accessing the Southbank such as Tate Modern as weĺl as Houses of Parliment. It's very close to Waterloo station. The hotel is very well presented with decent facilities. Quite a lot of the rooms face into the Atrium which is fine if you are not interested in a view.
D. D.
Park Plaza County Mall London. We had a fantastic stay with them and the way they looked after us was just so lovely. Gary the concierge was so helpful & thanks to him our stay there was ever so much more enjoyable, nothing was too much effort. Agatha in the dining room was very helpful & lovely ready to get whatever we needed. Fantastic time, we would go back again in a heart beat. Thanks Park Plaza.
P. A.
Nowt special, expensive for what it is. Stayed here for the challenge cup final, room ok but no view unless you are a train spotter and want to overlook Waterloo station. For breakfast we were bundled into a meeting room where only half of the food was available and trying to find any staff a nightmare. Other than at breakfast the staff were friendly and the service was ok.
A. S.
I made a last minute secret reservation at the hotel for a special occassion (proposal) without let my fiancee knows we will stay in the hotel. (We have booked a table at The Shard for dinner) I met with Magda at the reception and I have asked her advise and recommendation. She have seen I was quite nerveous because nothing went well all day (bad weather, raining all day, no sunset, traffic jam, car accident, etc) She took over all hassles from my shoulders and arranged everything in a very professional way to make more special for us! I couldn't imagine best arrangement even if I would arrange this event with an event managment company. All the staffs are giving 5☆ services and the room and the view where very spectacular. She arranged upgrade for us because of the special occassion what I really appreciate for her and for the management. This hotel is an great example for a hotel who is delivering 8☆ services even they are 4☆ hotel! Highly recommended for special occassion, for families, for couples, for special events (birthday, anniversary, any celebrations) Finally I also would like to say thank you for Vasil, the night concierge from Bulgaria who helped us to make some great photos and assisted for us with every request!
Thank you very much for everyone! Love you guys! Narisara & Attila
S. L.
Great stay here. Location is excellent. Room was very nicely sized. Staff was friendly. Breakfast had great selection. No complaints here.
a. c.
Very disappointing the room was very clean but we asked for a room on a higher level as we pre booked we got the first floor. Went down to reception and got no help at all
The room had a window but it looked on to the dinning room and did not open
We will never go back to this hotel
A. R.
Very nice atmosphere, clean rooms. The stuff was there to help.
H. H.
The hotels location is perfect for tourists as there are a lot of things to do near by, such as the London eye, and visit big ben. The rooms are nice, service is great. The hotell has a spa, a gym, as well as a restaurant and bar.
M. “. D. D.
Nice and spacious room. Super clean in a wonderful area. Nice breakfast and staff always ready to help. Recommended
E. W.
Very pleasant reception staff. The superior double room was very spacious with all necessary amenities. The bar was a relaxing and quiet place to have an evening drink.
M. A.
This hotel is lovely, the staff are friendly and welcoming, I was stuck in London due to the bad snow and transport cancellations and this hotel was so helpful, I stayed on the 8th floor and had a fantastic view of London, my room was very clean and tidy, I had a lovely living room/dressing room which was simplistic but lovely with a TV, sofa, dressing table, wardrobe and side tables, in the hallway from the living room to the bedroom is the bathroom and the mini kitchen, the bathroom had a deep bath and also a walk in shower, the mini kitchen has a mini bar, wine glasses, tumblers, ice bucket, mugs, espresso cups, bowls, cutlery etc it also has a microwave, coffee machine, kettle and a sink, very well equipped, the bedroom was lovely, nice big TV, double bed, beautiful view of London, office chair and desk and air-conditioning. The breakfast was nice it was buffet style, they had a range of cereal, fruits, pasties, meats, cheese, yoghurts, toast and cooked breakfast, if you required something that they didn't offer on the buffet the chef would personally cook you what you wanted for example eggs benedict or omelette. Coffee and tea is brought to your table if you want it. Over all I'd highly recommended this hotel to all, it is very close to the London Eye, Westminster Bridge, the underground and St Thomas's hospital.
A. P.
The location of the hotel offers easy access to the London eye, Westminester, upscale and budget eateries, hospital (if needed) and train stations (Waterloo and Westminester). Now the downside. Take an inventory of the mini bar when you enter your room. They will charge you for items you never consumed. One item was never available during my stay and they charged me for the item at the end. For the ridiculous price, now I wish I did consume the beverage. The mini bar is digital therefore you would think they knew it was missing before my stay but no. The breakfast is okay not spectacular. If you want items such as an omelette or a smoked salmon bagel (which is an items normally available on a self service bar) it is extra in addition to the 19.50 pounds for breakfast. The maids NEVER replace wash clothes no matter how many times you ask. Every day I had to go downstairs after a long tiring day to get the right towels. I thought being an English speaker in London would help but definitely not. The room door is thin as paper. My room door was facing the interior courtyard. You can hear the elevators move all day, neighbors entering and leaving their room, and the smell of anything cooking in the kitchen downstairs. Will I stay in this hotel again, probably not. There are others in the area for the same price with better quality items and service.
G. M.
Great hotel, good location. Hotel is nearly identical to the the Park Plaza Westminster Bridge next door, but without the views, pool and gym. Studio rooms are excellent for families, at very reasonable prices.
A. G.
Stayed here for a couple of nights. Westminster - great place to be and a very friendly hotel. The only drawback was breakfast: you had to queue up to get in and the pace was sloooow. Otherwise, great all round.
A. A.
Great location, 5 minutes walk to London Eye and the attractions on river Thames, also 5 mins walk Waterloo Tube which connects you quickly to London's top attractions. As a hotel, very nice, spacious, family friendly, and affordable.
m. C.
Ideal location so visiting the southbank. Friendly, helpful staff, very welcoming and clean. Breakfast was also very good, will definitely be staying here again.
A. D. L.
Friendly staff, great facilities, fair priced restarant and bar. Just tucked away behind Waterloo station, rooms are quiet so you can't hear the hustle and bustle of outside. Would defiantly we again.
V. P.
Suite on the 10th floor. Had a baby with us so the microwace and kettle was beyond amazing and the coffee machine was a nice little treat for us adults. The living room was cosy and the bedroom comfy. My oh my wat a fabulous bathroom!
I. B.
Very posh and smart. Part glass lift to all 14 floors which overlooks the mezzane floor (restaurant). Double shower and bath! Mini bar in room with sink, tap etc.
P. S.
A very nice hotel, easily accessible from Waterloo station. The rooms were well decoated and equipped and very clean. The staff were extremely helpful. Food in the restaurant was very good.
C. S.
Very convenient location to access Waterloo station. Reception staff were very friendly, room was comfy and bed especially so.
J. D.
Great location, quality hotel, but a bit pricy all the same. We were excited about having a room on the 11th floor, as we assumed this would mean a spectacular view of the city, but instead our room faces inward, toward the atrium: no city view, and a bit of a lack of privacy.
S. E.
Very nice stay! Good breakfast and open to 10.30 that we liked. The beds were a bit to hard for me but still good. Nice location and close to several touristattractions.
J. T.
Nice hotel with a large breakfast buffé ,,and the good thing about this hotel is that 5 minutes walk to the England eye and Waterloo train station , I didn't need to walk around to find things or places! Really really recommended
J. F.
Everything seems dated, carpets are ripped and have a weird odor, beds are somewhat comfortable. Breakfast is a nice plus and the hotel is within walking distance of all the tourist attractions
T. M.
It's a very well localed hotel, very confortable with all the things you requiere for a family or bussines visit. There are several stores inside the main concourse of Waterloo train station and outside next to Sainsbury's. Hotel is about a 10 minute walk from Waterloo station and near the London eye.
W. F.
Loved this place. Location is amazing. short walk to London Eye, Waterloo Station and Westminster Bridge. rooms are great and staff are very friendly.
B. E.
Great hotel. Good view from the room. Breakfast was good too the following morning. Staff all very polite.
S. D.
Junior Double room had a lovely view of the London eye, the room was a bit little, but not to little that you get claustrophobic or anything.
R. C.
Great location excellent service and a decent (for central London) price make this a great option. Located in hip southbank and steps to many of the mainstay tourist attractions this is a great option for first or even 10th timers to England's biggest burg
P. E.
Excellent Service. Lovely rooms
Perfect for tourist
A. H.
Location was good, big-bin was close to the hotel and London eye, Waterloo station as well,
But for next visit I will prefer to stay somewhere next to haydepark and / or oxford street as there are a lot of things to do,,.
H. M.
Brilliant Italian restaurant. We all loved our food. Good authentic food. Peaceful atmosphere - no horrendous loud background music. Fantastic service.
T. S.
Room is quite nice, but the views from the room are not very good. Location is excellent. Rooms are a bit noisy, be but are large. Service staff are very helpful and friendly
S. L.
Location is really grade. London's Eye just a min away. Hotel facilities superb. I choose the Executive Room which has microwave and living room.

Had an amazing stay here this weekend for our anniversary
Would especially like to thank Petra who really looked after us and was so kind!
Great job!

we had a great stay here for one of my sons birthdays we had the thames and the london eye on our doorstep the room however the room was rather hot at times and we needed to step outside so not to over heat we may visit again as the breakfast was good with great service

Beautiful view and clean room!
But we couldn’t find bathrobe and slippers...
Stuff were very nice and helpful )
N. B.
The room was very large, with lounge area, kitchen area and bathroom with bath and separate shower. Staff were friendly, and I was impressed with the hotel as a whole. I will stay again

Good location and nice rooms. Gym equipment limited. The person who makes the omelettes (recommended) is excellent at his work!
K. B.
Room was nice and the bed was comfy. Had room service brought to the room, and the food was lovely. Only issue was our room wasn't fully cleaned from previous guests
L. S.
Nice room, good size and features. Microwave is a good thing to have! Staff were always friendly and the hotel has loads of stuff around
C. W.
Room is too small, service is as expected, wished room was ready tad earlier than promised. Breakfast was good, location is decent. 3/5 star hotel at best
C. A.
Gorgeous room with great view. Jaan made us feel extremely welcome. Would highly recommend
d. v.
Nice rooms and excellent location. Breakfast a bit chaotic: queueing and understaffing problem. Not enough tables to serve everyone in peak hours. Missing plates, cutlery and glasses.
R. Z.
Pros: large comfortable rooms with kitchen and plenty of storage. Murphy bed was convenient and comfortable.
Cons: gym is tiny and only good for cardio.
C. C.
Good location, very close to the Thames, London eye, Big Ben and Waterloo station. Great room with a good view. Delicious breakfast with a wide range
R. O.
Really nice place to stay. Warm, clean rooms. Excellent customer service. Food is fantastic with plenty on offer. Highly recommended!!

Got free upgrade to a suite. Very nice room and friendly good service. Only problem was that the bed was too soft due to topper.
M. T.
Decent place to stay. Clean. Excellent service. Good location. Maybe only the choice of tv channels and breakfast could be a little better.
K. H.
Fantastic location. Withing walking distance to most London attractions. Our room had a massive balcony with really good views!
J. S.
Happy. Clean rooms. Staff friendly and attentive. Great location. Have stayed many times and will stay again
F. M.
Started our Christmas meal at 7.30pm and finally got our dessert at 11pm. Took too long to serve our different courses. Used to be better than this!!!

I am a silver service driver and often pick up or drop off client's to the park plaza group of hotels . From a drivers point of view access is limited what would be amazing is it the two buildings wear connected via a bridge and all clients wear picked up from park plaza Westminster Bridge this would make it in of the best hotels in London the service and staff are amazing and very helpful
C. V. P. H.
Really nice hotel, very well located for tourism or business. The only problem were the mattresses... noisy and quite uncomfortable... hope they upgrade them soon.
S. W.
This place is a bit tired, the rooms are clean enough, but some broken items in my room. Well situated too, although it’s quite a walk to the Waterloo entrance, even though it seems next door!
P. W.
Great hotel! Brilliant location ... Super staff and cool design. Well worth a visit.
M. K.
Some rooms have good views of the London Eye, others have no view at all. Extra roll out bed is very uncomfortable, standard beds are adequate.
S. T.
Nice hotel! Fast check in, great breakfast with lots of choice. Well located to give access to the underground
S. P.
Really good hotel, staff were so helpful throughout our whole visit. Restaurant for breakfast and dinner was great.
W. L.
Nice room and breakfast, very close to Waterloo Station and Westminster, plus there’s microwave in the room, very helpful when I visit London in 2015!

Really great... Spacious rooms, great location, awesome decor....would give 5 stars but bathroom sink was clogged.
H. K.
Excellent hotel with clean and spacious room. Very close to London eye and Aquarium. Good choice for tourist visiting London for sight seeing. Loved it
K. R.
This is an actual chill bar for the most part and never gets too crowded even though it is so small. They have somebody playing live guitar a couple times per week and the bartenders will plug in their iPods, which typically turns out to be beautiful decent music.
J. J.
First time visit, booked via my company. I got upgraded to a lovely, spacious studio room. No complaints, very classy!
A. B.
Lovely room good location and a very comfortable bed and pillows 👌
f. c.
My experiencience at this hotel was very good,I only have good things to say, especially to the chef Dione, who was always very cheerful to serve us at breakfast with their local delicius! Thankyou!
M. H.
Love this hotel, bright interior made me feel comfortable. Room and facilities were nice and clean.
K. K.
We loved our stay at the hotel, our only problem was a long walk to metro, 8-10minutes . 5 minutes walk from london coca cola eye. 8 minutes to Big Ben and wistmaster.
T. T.
Hotel is clean. Staff are professional and helpful. Hotel location is very within walking distance to popular places and underground subway.
S. D.
Very nice accommodations. Small, European style rooms. Close to Big Ben and Parliament, and very close to Waterloo tube station.
M. M.
Ideally located close to Waterloo station. Friendly staff and quick service for breakfast, with a variety of choices. Disappointed by the lack of power in the shower!
J.
A 4 star hotel with a great location and great service! The rooms are bigger than expected and very comfortable.
D. F.
We just arrived today to this modern hotel. Staff is very friendly and the accomodation is superb.
Free wifi at medium speed.
J. A.
The room was lovely and we got upgraded to a suite. Wow!
The only downside was I got back and realised I have been charged twice for the one night...so watch this space.
A. E.
Fantastic hotel, lovely rooms and a great location.
Staff are extremely helpful and polite.

Very nice accommodations. A little pricey but great location. So you get what you pay for. Also great breakfast and staff.
A. C.
Great place, enjoyed my stay here. Food and service were very good.
Nice restaurant and bar
A. S.
Location is fantastic, and stuff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are big by London standards, but are a little worn, and the Internet is slower than ideal.
M. H.
Great rooms, we got upgraded to an executive room with views of the London eye and houses of parliament. Staff are really friendly.
O. A.
Very much in the center, yet very quiet, nice rooms, good breakfast, but on the high price side. Location is perfect.

One of the best park Plaza hotels in the area. Great staff, great service, hotel is in the middle of renovation so the rooms are better.
J. S.
Great place good room nice view great location and good food only downside was a very small duvet on the bed - just covered the top of the mattress...
S. E. C.
Great Staff, delicious food. They can make gluten free, wich also tastes really good. Overall great experience

Good location near 2 urban stations, friendly staff, nice and clean rooms and finally you feel safe inside this hotel!!!
A. M.
Nice rooms, bar was nice aswell, only problem was the sofa bed wasn't flat so caused some back pain
C. A.
The room was clean and modern style. A kids friendly hotel. Perfect location near the london eye.
J. D.
Nice hotel in good location - perfect for Waterloo, Westminster & the Eye. Pricey but that's London for you.
J. M.
My food was fine and we ordered from a set menu which was well priced. My partner had the steak and was very unwell the next day.
T. R.
Overall excellent, only negatives being too few lifts, waited 5mins for lift in morning for breakfast, and the outside windows are well in need of a clean (Waterloo Station side anyway)
C. S.
Clean, tidy, modern rooms. Hotel bar is pricey, but that's to be expected.
S. M.
Room was nice and restaurant food was good, but there could have been more choice at breakfast.
