My car broke down in this underground car park on Friday evening, clutch went and couldn't get it out. AA came and due to height restrictions had to leave it there until Monday. Hashim was on duty for Q Park and Charles was security at the hotel. They could not have been more helpful and are a credit to both companies. When i returned to the car park i was greeted by Hashim 'oh thank goodness, i was worried for you'. Thank you so much. And having had my car spend the weekend there unable to kove it, Hashim also managed to waive the parking fee. There are lovely people in this world. Thank you

Visited 17/7/21 and I’ve got to say the man on duty was brilliant. Super friendly and really helpful. The car park is very conveniently located. It is on the small side so if you’re going late in the day you might struggle to get a space. Well lit and seemed very safe.

If you have a small car and in need of parking centrally, this does the job. Paid £44 for 24hrs.

Plenty of room on Sunday @ 10 pound for the day. Same price on Saturday but more expensive during the week. The pay booths are a bit misleading regarding card payment and they don't take cash.

Very convenient parking for Covent Garden or Trafalgar Square. Tight spaces and entrance/exit so would need to be confident with driving skills. Expensive, but close to areas of interest.

Very small and a little dark, but had no choice as everywhere parking was suspended, would not be in a hurry to use again. Also must use a card payment machine as no cashier to pay cash.
