Reviews of The Regent's Park
C. F.
Beautiful park that I walk through so often. Glad to live locally as there is so much to see. It's very peaceful in the early mornings, love visiting during spring when the cherry blossoms are in full bloom. The rose garden is beautiful too!
T. B.
The beauty of the park itself is more than enough of a reason to visit. The natural splendour and gorgeous scenery provide a perfect place for couples to take romantic walks or families to enjoy a fun day out. With all kinds of local wildlife roaming the grounds, there is plenty to see at Regent's Park.
A. H.
Love walking around this park 💛
It's really well maintained and so close to central London. I spent quite a bit of time sat next to a pond and wrote a few emails was really productive.
If your visiting London or simply in the area for your lunch break I definitely recommend! 🤗
C. L.
The best park in London! What an amazing place to go to, if you want to enjoy the sun and relax for a few hours. Definitely recommended during spring to enjoy the cherry trees blossom, but also in summer to see the beauty of the Queen Mary's Rose Gardens. If you are visiting London, this is a must see
Y. M.
Amazing park, nice to just walk around and enjoy the greenery. Very well maintained too, I always see someone cleaning or gardening. There are some new sculptures that have been added recently, with their descriptions and artist names too. Great that they are always changing it up in park. Before there was always a change in the flowers and colours. Highly recommend visiting this place, either for a picnic or some time to chill or even for a stroll/run. Gets packed on hot days but very big spaces all around.
T. M.
Great park, very peaceful with lots of wildlife and very well maintained. Only a short walk from the centre of London but seams more like the countryside.
A good place to visit for people of all ages and a very friendly atmosphere.
H. Y. W.
My friends in London highly recommended us to visit the Regent’s Park if we would like to see the best city view.
The walk to the top where people can see the spectacular view wasn't too hard even though I was in my 7th month pregnancy. The arrangement & maintenance are well-planned and great.
I. A.
One of the best parks in central london. My daughter loved the kids play area. Absolutely amazing palcd to walk, sit or relax . The flowers bed in summer are treat to watch .
P. S.
One of best natural parks in London, very beautiful nature and views highly recommended to visit, take your snacks and enjoy your day. they have nice play ground for childrens.
P. L.
It's a nice little escape from the concrete jungle and a bit of a haven away from the hustle and bustle. There were a number of sculptures when we walked round and it was relaxing enough.
There was a very articulate description of one of the sculptures, very bourgeois, then you looked over and a couple of kids about 5 or 6 year old were snaking it with a stick! 🤣
k.
Stunning place - all places in the Park are Great but different in climate and style. Everywhere you can rest and relax - from paddling to live concerts - Roses .... you can admire and smell them all the time. Definitely one of the most beautiful parks not only in London but in the whole World.
s. m.
Wonderful place. Good paths, lots of different plants that are well tended. Plenty of seating, couple of cafés. A waterfall. Has some unusual art structures and plenty of shade. The rose gardens are beautiful. Also a zoo ( we didn't attend). A full afternoon to get around.
D. A. M.
It's one of the biggest park's in UK. Situated in central London it offers spacious open parts, flower garden, a lake, walk and bicycle paths. Better to visit in warm days to enjoy the flower gardens. Inside you'll find toilets, small coffee tea shops and even a tennis court and an open air theatre. Better to go with public transport..closest tube station Baker Street and Regent's Park. Depending when and with whom you go, you can spend a whole day here including the other places you can visit next to Regents Park like London ZSL Zoo, Madame Tussauds, The Sherlock Holmes Museum or Loddon Central Mosque.
I. R.
Really good day out. Loads of interesting animals in a compact area. They all looked happy and enclosures were clean. The restaurant had limited hot food, namely pizza or burgers. But this was an advantage as both were excellent and made freshly. Burger was of gourmet quality. Good range of soft drinks too. My only small niggles were the extensive building work which is cutting off quite a bit of the zoo and the absence of the famous aquarium.
A. M.
A joy to walk through this park and admire the well maintained flower borders & open parkland. So peaceful despite being in central London. We are so fortunate to have these green open spaces accessible for all to enjoy.
S.
Large park that allows for walking/ jogging/ cycling. Excellent space to go for long walks alone or with company. Benches are available if you wish to sit and relax and bins are available for garbage and dog poo disposal. Football field is also on the property along with a zoo and duck pond. Quite a scenic park.
E. H.
Wonderful place to go with anyone. very nicely laid out for an easy walk around to see everything. Not to tiring and took us about 3 hours and a brake for lunch and hot chocolate 😊 had a lovely day with the penguins feeding time talk and the free running monkeys round our feet 😊 all the big cats, reptiles and small creatures 🌏👏

Amazing park in the heart of London. I’ve lived near Regent’s Park pretty much most of my life and this place holds many good memories from childhood to the present. Lots of playgrounds for children, walking trails , open space for sports , tennis courts cafes , quiet spots , hidden treasures , rose gardens boating lake etc. This park has pretty much everything you would expect in a top tier royal park. Very well looked after and beautiful. Also check out primrose hill which is right across the road with great views of London from the top, as well as a workout park with lots of pull up bars dip bars for callisthenics and anyone who works out regularly. Unfortunately no cycling is allowed within the park however the perimeter of the park is a very popular cycling 🚴♀️ spot and you will see tons of cyclists going round the outer circle doing laps which is cool. Lots of nearby shops and underground stations nearby including Regent’s Park, Baker Street , Great Portland Street , Camden Town . Top park 5 stars enjoy
P. R.
A beautiful park to invest at least 2 hours getting to every corner of it. So many scenarios to portray! Loved it and the area it’s really nice as well!
T. f. s.
Awesome park for all. Beautiful flowers and gardens complete with fountains and exotic miniature palm trees. Loads of swings and slides and other adventures for kids as well as vast open lawns if you feel like sunbathing or playing football or frisbees!
Z. D.
Of all the big, London parks Regent's Park is my favorite. Well designed, lovely water space and great gardens that are well looked after. Overall I prefer more natural and wild parks than this but still hard to complain about this spot.
j. j.
A large and very lovely park, a 15 minute walk away from Euston Station - so really handy if you have a couple of hours to kill before your train. The gardens are beautifully laid out, containing seasonal flower beds, fountains and sculptures. There are a number of small cafés serving light refreshments and we'll maintained public toilets - 20p by card to use.
L. S.
Beautiful park, nice for long walk and has many playground for kids
F. K. (. a. F. K.
The gardens throughout track the seasons with the plants so whenever you go you'll get flower 'orchestras'. Wide open spaces and intimate corners. Every time I go, I discover another lake, avenue, mini orchard. One of my favourite parks in the world.
N. F.
Nice peaceful place! Amazing it's close to busy westerns London! So beautiful plants and water features. Lovely benches too! A must visit.
B.
I’ve been to the Regent’s Park on multiple separate occasions to see various bits of it including the Rose Garden, The Lake, the Cricket pitches, Primeose Hill and the London Zoo. I’ve never quite walked around the entire park at once. It’s huge and magnificent!!
M. G.
Love the zoo. Went early so a majority of the animals were snoozing or sone exhibits were empty. I would prefer to go to the 12 noon entry that way the animals would be a bit more awake, but saying that it was very busy and eventually we got to see animals awake after walking around for quite a while. No social distancing as its absolutely impossible as it was so busy, it was nice to be able to pet the smaller animals like the goats. Even though there are coloured routes at some parts it got a bit messy and somehow we missed out the zebras and giraffes but again will most likely go again on an inset day when there will be less crowds.
R. W.
The rose garden is amazing, with its wide variety and colours. There's plenty of seating and open space, so you'd can relax or play games with friends and family.
R. M.
Very beautiful gardens with variety of roses... Open feature, nice landscape and Lake. Few statues and fountains, the best park in London in my mind.
Z. A.
The park is lovely, loads of ducks🦆!! Play area has sand so good to bring a spade & bucket. Lots of seating area for elderly & young kids who want to snack. LOTS of walking.
Parking on Sunday £1.40 an hour on the outer circle. Parking right outside the park is 50p for 15 minutes!!!!
P. S.
Massive park with multipurpose spaces, with the jewel of the Rose Garden, Japanese island garden, The Broad Walk, and many fountains and water features. Beautiful space for summer activities
p. b.
Fantastic place to visit .. beautiful and peaceful .. you don't have to watch out for too many cylist .. the gardens were well maintained and clean, the atmosphere was so laid back families were talking photos of their children playing With the falling leafs it was a joy to watch
M. o. a.
What's not to love, one of London's many beautiful parks that seems to go on forever. So tranquil when you just sit and relax.
The garden are beautifully maintained and of course the the northern part of the park is home to London zoo another gem.
C. J.
We're lucky to have such a great park in the city. The waterfowl area is especially good. Mandarin and wood ducks for a lot of the year.
Just wish people would read the signs and stop feeding the birds! It's bad for the park!
A. N.
Lovely park. Very spacious with different zones. Plenty of resting areas and well maintained. Great for a family/couples trip.
O. M.
Not at its best at this time of year, but nonetheless a nice place for a stroll. Always strange to hear the roar of lions coming from London Zoo too!
The Queen Mary Gardens is my favourite part of the park, beautiful formal gardens and no dogs allowed meaning it’s a lovely sanctuary to picnic, lie on the grass and hangout just across the way from Marylebone and the pace of the city.
L. M.
What a day! Walked my little legs off but had such a brilliant time. Will definitely come here again and see some of the bits I missed. Also bring a picnic as it's too nice to hurry.
j. l.
Regent’s Park is one of my favourite London places to walk through, talk with friends, go for coffee/tea at the cafes inside the park and generally relax and breathe the air. 😌
K. K.
A park of many experiences. You can stumble upon art exhibitions, play sports, go to the zoo, rent a paddle boat and venture around the lake, visit the rose garden, and people watch all in a single day.
K. B.
Parked easily on road outside the park. Cost £11.00 for about 5 hours. Walked around rose garden which was lovely. The Japanese garden needed weeding and looked a bit sorry for itself but understandable. We had a takeaway coffee from the cafe which was ok and it's toilets were clean.
Lovely to see so many people out enjoying the warm weather. Fell in love with a beautiful smelling rose.
A. H. W.
Absolutely fantastic park there's something for everyone.
Beautiful gardens and a fantastic variety of plants well done to the gardening team for your hard work.
A few cafes which are a bit pricey and an ice cream stall .
A lake which hopefully will reopen soon then you can hire a pedalo or a row boat .
Beautiful place to exercise or chill out.
And it's even got an open air theatre
A. N.

Next to the park is the King Square Bakery. Go there first, grab an awesome sandwich and sit in the park. Just be careful, the squirrels and pigeons are organised. They act all friendly at first to distract you, then BOOM SNATCHED SANDWICH!!!

The park is well kept, well tended and cared for. It is less busy than other London parks, so gives a more peaceful setting and atmosphere for visitors. You might not find a shady spot with ease on summery and sunshine filled days though.

One of my person favourites. Very well manicured park with loads of possibilities, walking, picnicking, playing games, all that and more. But the one reason I love it is the fauna. Feeding squirrels out of your hand is an amazing experience, so is making friends with magpies or occasional robin taking seed out of your palm. Priceless restoring experience.
A. C.
Was surprised by how clean and relaxing the park was
G. M.
A very large and extensive park, will take about two hours with a brisk wander. Occasionally the are events and art installations on the A40 end, close the the US ambassador residence. There is a very nice coffee and dining area near the middle section where a road intercepts. A good selection of choices for all.
J. T.
Beautiful royal Park just west of the centre of London.
Landscaped with flowerbeds and big open spaces and also houses London Zoo.
The park is well used but is huge. Great place to escape to. It has a few cafes and in summer ice-cream vans.
N. D.
Such a lovely day out for the kids, from playgrounds to gardens and lakes. Can't forget to mention the array of cafes all around the park varied from takeaway to sit in.
R. W.

A nice walk to the zoo
T. ..
Loved this park the most of all the ones I did in London, really big. I was sorta wandering and reading whenever I found a good spot. Easily spend a big day in this park and ended up finishing reading a book in it.
The amount of peeps walking their dogs (that I could pet) really made me like it even more
A. W.
Wide park for sports and for relaxing. You'll have more than enough space for yourself or for your dearest ones.
P. L.
After 3 stroms, finally we can enjoy a bit of sunshire in the evening. Hello Sunshire good to see you again!
C.
One of the good parks where you can finally get away from business of Central London. Stay awhile and listen...
D. H.
Regents is my favourite park in London. Walking by the lake is so relaxing and the landscape is stunning. The boating lake and Rose Garden are must see locations and the café has a great selection of sandwiches, cakes and hot drinks - their hot chocolate is very good.
Highly recommended for walking your dog, playing football or baseball with friends or picnics with the kids
A. C.

Very stunning royal Park in the heart of London close to Baker Street Station and central 🕌 Mosque. Good for day walk and outdoor picnic. It has a a long and serene canal walk and biking. Sport fields, lakes and biking lanes.
P. M.
Very big park with animals and water to break up what could be just a huge patch of green.
Different types of geese, squirrels and heron seen at the time. Boards around the park tell you what other animals to keep an eye out for.
Tennis courts and university buildings also there.
R. W.
Beautiful park. Lots of lovely areas to explore, a rose garden ( amazing around May-June), a promenade of cherry blossoms in spring, playing fields, huge boating lake with weeping willows and ducks to keep your kids and dogs entertained, a small pond with peddalos for kids, cafes and an outdoor theatre. Perfect place for a picnic in the summer and great for lockdown and walks!
V. P.
Very beautiful, especially on a sunny day.
J. T.
The grounds of the park are beautiful. The small chunk of the park that I walked through was immaculately kept; I'm so impressed! The Japanese Garden Island is especially pretty, and no doubt the rose garden when all the flowers are in bloom. It's the perfect place to go for a picnic, run, catch up with friends.
s. s.
On Saturday morning is full of football pitches on top of the park Leagues and the kiosk is right in the middle of the pitches. Beautiful park! Complete of everything! I love it! Especially in the summer time!
B.
Great park, so much to see!! Loved Queen Mary's Rose Garden and the Japanese Garden Island! 🤩 Will definitely return!!
C. W. V. H.
London is a City of wonderful parks and this is one of them. I’ve known it down so many years as a neighbour. Today we wandered past the lake in the photos in a circular route. There are so many different aspects to this park.. large sports greens , flower beds and huge trees.
L. F.
This has always been my favourite park in London, but in these dull and tough timess, Regent's Park brings some colour and happiness to your life. It is full of flowers and really well looked after.
It can get a bit crowded but being so big, you can always stay away of people!
S. A.
This is a beautiful park right in the city centre! Awesome for a walk or a bike ride. Wood carving. Take your picnic basket or watch a show at their Open Theatre! And if you fancy boat riding near regents canal. You can easily spend a day here at leisure or 2 hours depending on your travel plans.
P. S. (.
Amazing park. You can have friends and families together to spend sometime. Bring in your kids and spend sometime. Take a walk around the park. Lots of things. Its good
S. J.
Wonderful park for jogging, chill, and relax. I enjoy the lake, animals, green & beautiful flowers. My mom loves these flowers so much that she said she would love to have them plant at home.
Y. K. P.
The Regent’s Park is one of London’s best parks with well maintained playing fields, fantastically open green park with nice cafes and beautifully landscaped gardens. Regents Park hosts a wide category of sports with cricket, football and rugby being played across the seasons. The park has some of the most decorated gardens. There is a great selection of small cafes from grabbing a coffee on to go to having a full burger and chips. I usually come here for a game of football or for a jog. This place is a great location to meet up and hide away from the hustle of central London. But at the time it is conveniently located to central London, only circa 20 minutes walk to Oxford Circus Station.
S. v.
The park is so big and well maintained. Lot of trees and full greenery. Best place to spend time in the evenings. Kids and pets would love this place.
a. s.
Lots to see and do, my favourites being the rose garden and the japanese garden. So peaceful and the fact that it is all free is a bonus!
B. x.
Didn't experience the full beauty of this place as I went at dusk and was going to the open air theatre but the parts I did were nice.
J. A.
If you want to visit a London Park then this is the 3rd best behind Holland and St James. But way ahead of Hyde and Kensington Gardens.
The rose gardens are lovely in the season, rugby pitch 3 is one of the worst to play on in London with huge holes.
S. E.
A favourite park since childhood. Ideal for a stroll and catch up, the varied landscaping and plentiful benches are handy to allow for long strolls. The boating pond is great for a wee spin. Pedalos for 4 as well as row boats are available.
M. A.
My favourite park in London. Make sure to visit the rose gardens in the spring/summer. The outer circles has some fantastic old fig trees. Use your camera 📸- it’s a photographer heaven!
G. M.
Stunning, it has all you need for a walk, or for a picnic, for fresh air, for loners, for families, for walking your dog, its place for everybody. Lovely trees, lakes, green space, loads of tulips everywhere, a nice café with good food, wild birds, pigeons, wide long paths , few small bridges over water, it is across the road from Primrose Hill, they are both there together for you to enjoy. Beautiful 💛💚
H. R.
Gorgeous park, never crowded despite the location in London
K. G.
Beautiful park. I love the rose garden, there's roses of every colour. There's a nice pond and area for events. It has so many different parts to it, so it's a great place for a walk.
A. K.
Probably my favourite park in London. It's bigger than you expect it to be when you look on the map and there are relaxing quieter areas if you wish. There is on-street parking nearby but it's quite expensive.
S. D.
Next to the park is the King Square Bakery. Go there first, grab an awesome sandwich and sit in the park. Just be careful, the squirrels and pigeons are organised. They act all friendly at first to distract you, then BOOM SNATCHED SANDWICH!!!

Wonderful park and surroundings...
Wonderful zoo if you wish to go...

L. Q.
Lovely park visiting now is beautiful with leaves falling just amazing
T. N.
Big pàrks with green area..pay for toilet 20 p with the card.. there are boat arrangements.
J. L.
Huge park with sports fields and large "pasture" to relax, exercise, picnic, etc. You do have a lot of room to run and jog and even bike ride. There are gardens on the perimeter, which can be really pretty. The only thing, is that since it is quite big, I felt like it had no securities for all of it. But that could've have been the day I went and time. Not that it was unsafe, because overall it was pleasant. It was just a feeling. If you check your map right, you are within walking distance from Camden and the British Museum. So overall it's a nice park to visit and check it out.
S. E.
Gorgeous park to visit start your journey from the Money 🤑💰 Fountain and just get lost in the beauty of this park. Add 4hrs to visit this circle 🔴🤪🤭😉
m. n.
Walk into a garden somewhere in a dream of greenery, pleasantness and soft glows: Regent park is really a masterful place to meander away your day and enjoy whatever the season is; in autumn it is an amazing collection of browns and moss greens, and in summer it is shiny green pasture.
A most delightful way of maximizing your visit is to get a bicycle for yourself: several places where this can be done: a splendid place to partake a cup of tea in one of the cafes
M. A.
Great park whether you want to take leisurely stroll with the family, go for a run or just sit and watch the ducks and geese. The beautiful Central London Mosque with its golden dome, located just outside the park adds a great backdrop to the already serene setting.
j. b.
April visit and plenty of tulips are in full bloom, lovely colours. Regent's Park is always a great place for walking around. Big open spaces for games, etc. Gardens to walk around and plenty of trails to follow. It is one of my favourite parks to visit.
D. O.
Very nice Park, 2 minutes walking from Baker Street Station. Lots of flowers 🌹 some wild life, boats, very enjoyable to walk around.
N. T.
Beautiful flowers amazing park for exercise walking, picnic, lovely ice cream and coffee.

Absolutely lovely park with beautiful views and relaxing environment. Excellent place for walking 😎👌🏻
J. W.
It's my favourite large park in London - so much to explore, so many different aspects to it from the boating lake, to the gardens, to the unusual ducks that inhabit the lakes. Can happily spend hours in here.
A. A.
One of the most beautiful parks in London. Actually Regent Park and St James Park are two of my favourites. Quite large in size, open places, wildlife in it, it’s quite spectacular.
G. G.
Beautiful parks and flowers. Love the fountains too!
D. M.
I only went to Queen Mary's Rose Garden, still beautiful even if the rose season might be coming to an end.
T. T.
Great place for all enjoy feeding the wild parakeets take some seed and apples with you and they will come feed from you sitting on you whilst they feed. The Diana memorial children park is open.
Disappointed that the Diana memorial fountain wash closed and no water.
There is boating lake alot of walking but plenty seating and shade. You can visit the out side of Kensington palace and have refreshments great place.
C. T.
Fun Park next to the London Zoo and Madame toussades. Lots of room to roam, walk, or get some activities in. The gardens are really nice to look at too.
H. N.
Very beautiful to visit any season!
G. R.
One of the biggest parks in London, the Flower Gardens are the best of any other park, it has a River flowing through it, a Zoo and Tennis Courts.
M. J.
One of my favs in London! I live relatively close and go here often. Big park with lots of space for everybody and although threre might be alot of people, nobody bothers you.
P. W.
Lovely park, extensive grounds, wonderful surroundings, kept beautifully. Wish We had seen the roses earlier in the year!
Z. F.
Such a lovely park with beautiful gardens. It’s massive and has so many different elements so there really is something for everyone
A. M.

I liked the area with roses and the waterfalls, and I totally loved that squirrels are happy in there😁
F. M.
Beautifully maintained. Good atmosphere. Kids enjoyed. Good for picnic not sure about rest rooms
K. a.
The park was absolutely gorgeous. Lots of places to sit and cafes to grab a coffee
S. G.
Great day out with my friends. Lovely stroll seeing all the different flowers arranged. Beautiful site!
J. G.
The park is a great place to escape from the busy city streets and is only a short walk away from the West End of London.
The gardens and flower beds are continously maintained and replanted, and it's a joy to see the variety of plants throughout the seasons.
Many people will have visited London and been so close to Regents Park without ever having known and they will have missed out on having a wonderful experience.
R. G.
So much to see if you have the energy.. Rose garden and boating lake are stunning 😍. A must visit for every summer!!
K. Y. L. (.
Nice place for a walk in the heart of london. Not much to do though on weekdays apart from a nice open space for some fresh air. (unless you planned on visiting the ZSL zoo after)
D. B.
My friends celebrated their wedding with a picnic in Regents Park. Delightful.
O. D.
So beautiful place, amazing view, one of the best places for enjoying and relaxing 🥰🥰🥰
l. g.
One of the many green gems in London. Beautiful planting and always a great place to escape
H. s. H.
Absolute Beautiful,
The lake and birds 🐦 there make this park more gorgeous 😻
Lovely place to walk or sit and enjoy your chat with friends 😅
C. M.
Huge park that’s great for a walk, running or just enjoying the beauty of the park. On our case, we can’t have picnic since it’s cold season 😅
You can see plenty of birds and hedgehogs around.
To get there via underground is Regent’s Park and just pretty walking distance from there.
If you’ll visit same timing as us, make sure to wear multiple layers If you’re not up to running or jogging. And there’s great coffee shop on this area, so you can always stop by there and have a sip of coffee or tea.
Great place to visit when you’re nature lover like me.
M. S.
It really depends on what you're looking for when you come to a park. This is a smallish open space you can walk around, it has some water and flowers etc. .. and because it's based in the centre, there's not much more you can expect from it.
It's tidy, quite safe, there's places to sit, you have London Zoo close by, the parking's not overly expensive and it's just outside the central congestion charge.
It's nothing special but i cycle through occasionally and as i don't live far, it's fine for me. For many it would probably be only a 3 star rating but for what i want it's a 4!
H. S.
Very nice park. Lots of places to picnic, play and walk. There is a lake there as well with some ducks. Cycling is not allowed but still people are cycling and riding the electric scooters so have to constantly watch out of you have young kids. Don't understand why people don't follow rules.
S. C.
A much calmer park in comparison to the main ones in Central. I recommend a Sunday morning here, best time to appreciate the fresh air and get away from the city hussle and bustle
H. M.
One of the many royal parks, very well kept, nice and tranquil and busy at the same time. A weird juxtaposition in a busy city, well worth a visit just to take a break and clear the head. Events are often based here so keep a look out.
P. M.
Fabulous!
Lovely formal planted areas, ponds with wild birds and large artworks to admire.
Cafes and restaurants, too!
An absolute oasis in the middle of central London.
M. J.
Recently visited for Frieze arts in the park. Part of the park will guide you all the way to the London Zoo. You can enter from the back of Baker Street or GREAT Portland st for example.
By the water you can see a little bit of nature . In the past the Park has offered some free live music. A more contained park than Hyde Park, but always a pleasant experience.
R. G.
Beautiful place to take a walk and bring your camera with.
I. K.
Regent's Park and Primrose Hill is one of the best Parks here in London. If you are lover of elegant flowers, and widely open green areas visit this park. You can also wive sun rise and sun set from the beautiful Primerose Hill.
F. V.
Best Park in London for a chill walk. Have been there twice a week during for the past 6 months. Recommend catching the sunset from the central area, near the football fields!
P. V.
Loving the Autumn look/feel in the park!! Lots of people but not to many that it feels cluttered! The beds are so beautiful! Not sure whats going on with the sculptures.
k. c.
A nice walk to the zoo
T. S.
One of the best parks in London.
R. S.
Gates locked, but a pleasant enough place nonetheless. Residents made us feel a little uncomfortable, watching us from windows and shouting down to us, but again, a good walking area.
R. M.
Stunning most peaceful
And beautiful
Place in London
C. L.
Regents Park is one of those parks that has surprises around every corner. Queen Mary's Rose Garden has been my Sanctuary
T. H.
The park is extremely beautiful. Had a great time with my friends in spring time. Lowkey best time to go as all the cherries are flowering🤭
K. N.
A great city centre park. Big lawn, well-managed rose and Japenese gardens.
C. T.
Always a lovely park for a varied walk. I have spent so many happy hours with my grandchildren playing and picnicking here. Lovely play parks, lots of space, tactile wood sculptures (they love the lion and the fox), long grass to spot pollinators in. More long grass and wild flowers would be even better.
s. b.
Love Regent's park and surrounding areas. Though it's crowded but never disappoints. Street side parking free on weekends and in plenty. The lake, the boathouse, children's play area, football pitches, restaurant etc are all lovely.. it is a good area to park and explore Camden and baker Street or walk towards Oxford Street..
I. R.
it was a really nice visit and i really enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere walking around with my boyfriend until we got locked in the park after dark and we were forced to hop the 1.5 metre tall fence in hopes that any police officers or security cameras didn’t see us.
F. K.
Was very busy for a Sunday due to weather, but everyone seemed to enjoy themselves wheather picnic or playing. The cafe has great friendly staff and be sure to have fun on the peddle boats. A great experience for the kids. Great view of Central Mosque.
A. N.
One of the royal park. Great for a wander and seeing the huge London billionaire houses. Mind out for cyclists doing 40 mph around the park ring road.
S. B.
Outstanding beautiful park. Very clean and perfectly well-kept. Many little fountains, pretty flowers, benches, shadow-giving trees and always free places to sit down and enjoy the open atmosphere. Offers as well a playground and space to play football and other outdoor activities.
И. I.
Love this place. The park is very spacious, has different zones and things to do
R. K.
Hunting for cherry blossoms but whole park is beautiful made me almost forget cherry blossoms. Too less toilet for this huge park.
N. R.
After visiting London for many years this was my first visit (that I can remember, being a child visitor doesn't count!) I had a lovely time wandering through this park, the floral displays are truly beautiful. I was amazed when I came to the part of the park where the zoo is situated, I was able to see very clearly the penguins in their enclosure! This made my visit to the park even better! I made this trip alone as my partner was in London working but next time we visit I'll be taking him through the park as it was a great experience!
A. A.
Lovely place with beautiful flower arrangements.
We also found a few trees with cherry blossom...overall amazing!
B. P.
It is HUGE. So wear comfortable shoes, as you would love to know every corner of it.
N. C.
Second time here and it's such a beautiful setting. Great seating means you can see wherever you sit. Sets are normally minimal but impressive as is the lighting.
Have seen The Tempest and Carousel here.
L. B.
Lovely retreat from the hustle and bustle of busy Baker st, lots of wildlife and quiet, perfect to unwind and just stretch your legs. There's a little lake you can paddle boat on, cafe with plenty of outdoor space and great coffee. What more could you want on a sunny Saturday in September?
S. M.
Very nice place to visit in London, quite and full of things to see (also the squirrels like it)!
At the English Gardens there was an exhibition by Frietze, a lot of modern sculptures. Really nice.
A. B.
A lovely and 2nd large park in London. Great place to spend an entire day. Good located and easy to reach. You can find public toilets, Open Air Theatre, Zoo, The Roses Garden and many more. Is a quite park, ideally for those who like to walk or read sitting on a bench. You can feed the ducks but be aware what will you give them for goods.
d. b.
Such a beautiful place, gorgeous gardens and flowers.
Just perfect to walk and take it all in.
M. V.
It's so lovely place, so peaceful, and as you know this is an area near the University gate which you can feed the squirrels by nuts. Enjoy your season, be safe and healthy!
S.
What a lovely park it is! Autumn season is the best time to visit this park. It has a cafe inside and there is even a live theater which isn't operating at the moment i guess due to Covid.
P. T.
One of my favourite London parks. The sculptures currently on display are definitely worth a gander though some might leave you more puzzled than anything. As a macho wannabe I must say the flower beds are outstanding and some of the best kempt landscapes I've seen anywhere else in London.
Great afternoon out for the family and plenty of shade should we have a repeat summer as we did last week.
Love it!
A. H.
Regent park is very beautiful.it has big grassy grounds and water lake. There are alot of swans and ducks.you can get really close to nature.park is well mantained
A. H.
The Regents always has the most beautiful light.
J.
Lovely Park. Lots of benches and openspace where you can relax and enjoy a picnic.
Some areas are no dog zones, like Queen Mary's Garden, which is great if you want the peace and serenity without having dogs circling around you whilst eating.
London Zoo is situated inside the park.
There is a boating lake which is quite popular, especially in the height of Summer.
Wear comfortable shoes as you will be doing a lot of walking.
A. B.
Beautiful place, lots of space. I would recommend not going there on Bank Holidays though - gets overcrowded 😅
O. M.
Very relaxing, tranquil place with plenty greenery, statues, water fountains and wild life to see. A little peace of heaven in the city. Very easy to get to by public transport and other sites are near by to visit too. Perfect for family picnic, romantic day out or walking around. Playground for kids , a coffe shop with ice cream and public toilets on site.Dogs allowed. ♿ Accessible
V. K.
Beautiful places ❤️❤️❤️🥰 you can have nice walk or kids playing around 😌 Caffe around too
A. M.
Amazing zoo , some animals i have never seen. Price worth its money. VERY WELL MADE paths , you do not lost re do ing same roads or being lost, good path design, you can see they take care of their animals and they are very well taken care of (i used to boycott zoos bcs of bad treatment ), cafes and everything great. The only small comment is that in the cafe they had for pick up coffee etc the service was soooooo slow they were people and people waiting inwaited a good 15 mns bcs the young girl is literally soooo slow to take order that she is not efficient everyone was complaining in the back for waiting... and they were right.
K. H.
The Regent's park is a wonderful clean and tidy , thanks all the stuff to keep it clean and tidy . If somebody wants to get rid of anxiety I recommend to go there. Moreover it is great place for the picnic with friends and family .If somebody wants to properly enjoy this beautiful place I will recommend to come with family and friends .I really appreciate it.
L. F.
Very spacious park. Many elements and section to explore or relax. The rose garden will be lovely when in full bloom. But there are plenty other flowers to look at. Park staff were friendly and helpful. Maps around the park was very good. Easy to get around.
C. C.
What can I say it’s Regents Park. The Boathouse Cafe is pricey though but they gotta pay the rent. Paddle boat is a must!
A. G.
A wonderful spot! The park of the regent back in the day.
Has a boating lake and several playgrounds to enjoy.
Super easily accessible and is a great walk when going from Westminster to Camden and on to other places north, south, east of west.
Great nature and many many plant and bird life.
Bring some seed to feed the birds appropriately please.
Great sunsets and one of my fa our it spots in town.
S. J.
Beautiful and a very big park just in the heart of city...Part of royal parks London ..
Pets are allowed and you could see them enjoying their free time at these parks.. Cycles are not allowed on some specific tracks .. it could be windy and cold depending on the weather if you plan to spend more time outside in the park.
Long walk and be prepared with lots of energy or calories to be burnt.
Another great thing about London is these 8 Royal parks which are not utilised for turning into concrete jungles but maintained so beautifully.
s. j.
Close to home with natural greenery which shines whenever the sun is out. An amazing place to sit down kick back and enjoy the sun. Suitable for picnics and lunches with family or just a day out. A few activities also available in this location such as a boat trip in the pond!
m. c. h.
Beautiful, clean and nicely landscaped. Will bring my friends from Scotland in the next summer
come here relax and catch-up. I didn't take enough pictures but I recommend 👌
S. L.
Very nice park to roam around in , and there are plenty of pretty gardens and features to have a look at . There are plentiful maps located all around so it's nearly impossible to get lost. There are a lot of small cafes and restaurants dotted around too , so you can buy some snacks if you feel hungry.
D. N.
Had a lovely walk around the park, its huge 😍
R. H.
The ground of regents Park is lovely. It is clean, vast, well maintained and great for all ages. I didn't see any dog poo and the café is nice to have a brief rest. The zoo on the other hand wasn't anything spectacular. Taking a boat out in the lake in the park will set you back £20 for two which seems a bit steep.
r. j. r.
Absolutely wonderful. Beautifully
maintained, as are all the London
Parks. Stunning trees, plants and
shrubs. A fabulous Rose Garden.
Great for families, fun, picnics.and
sports. Cafes and toilets. Boating
on the lake. Easy access.
Y. C.
Nice park with a great boating pond, lovely flower gardens, and it's central to many good parts of London including Camden.
F. C. D.
An elegant park in Zone 2, surrounded by many activities, walking, paddling, zoo, birdwatching, rose gardens all included. The boat experience is ridiculously priced. They host 'A Midsummer Night's Dream' on summer days in a special stage. Rose gardens should be in anyone's bucket list.
S. W.
Great outdoor space with playing fields, children's play areas, great cafes (coffee is amazing) and plenty of space for picnics or to relax on a bench.
M. F.
Nice park worth to visit. You can spend nice evening here for a picnic or just a walk. This is also a good park for a running because it is not so crowded. There are various birds to watch or you can also feed the squirrels, BUT only with the natural nuts not the salted ones!
S. B.
Great park for cycling running, or walking .
London zoo is here and a must visit, there's a great boating pond aswell, plus events go on here regularly 😀
L. M.
Glorious day at Regents Park after visiting Frieze London.
S. A.
Large open spaces as well as nice walk ways for a relaxing stroll. Sitting on a bench and looking at the flowers and greenery is very relaxing.
Also goals and rugby posts available to have a game with mates. Good running paths, too
Park goes right next to London Zoo too so you can get a quick look at the camels, too!!
My favourite park in London!!
M. B.
Lovely quiet gardens. Dog friendly with lots of places to walk through. Some wild, some gardened into beautiful rose bushes. Fountains and cafes peppered throughout. While here I try to walk through every morning.
A. C.
Aah, Beautiful Regents Park. Compact, pretty and so pleasant for a quiet peaceful stroll throughout the year. Come and enjoy this often overlooked haven of tranquility and interesting nature at its best.
N. M.
Very neat and tidy
Nice assortment of brightly coloured flowers and well groomed lawn giving a pleasure to look on.
Large, not crowded.
Enough space for anyone to choose their own relaxing area, which provides that much needed peace and tranquility.
For those who want to sit on chairs, there is enough to do that.
Last but not least, well arranged trees adding to the beauty of the scenery.
Excellent work!
I. B.
Regent's Park is beautiful & very well looked after...it's designed to serve the needs of all age groups for outdoor activities...it was my front garden for 14 years & a sanctuary where I studied psychology & theology...there is a secret... Secret Garden as well for privacy.
l came to know it very well & treasure the time spent admireing the beauty of God's creation.
I thank Her Majesty the Queen for opening the gates for us !
God bless & be with you!
A. M.
For me it is one of the most beautiful park in London. If you are in London you have to visit that one.
G. K.
One of the most popular parks in London. Attracts a lot of tourists and locals every day. Bit busy over the weekends and when the sun is out. We are having our annual Party in the Park from work and every year there is so much space to accommodate many people for their friends or families gatherings. If you are interested in the creative industry, I highly recommend the Frieze Sculpture Fair which is free to the public.
H. C.
Lovely walk ways, The whole park is beautifully manicured and the flowers are magnificent. All the birds appear happy in their habitat.
R. A. D. o. V.
It'd be 5 stars and, I believe, in the Top 5 of Best of English Parks but I find the herds of tourists disruptive and at times the crowds congregating just way too much. Given this, it is even a greater miracle how staff taking care of this vast Royal Park maintain tidiness, cleanliness and such fabulous-looking lawn... 👌 😀
T.
Beautiful Royal Gardens. So much to explore and absorb.
The scenery is beautiful and tranquil, superbly maintained. Deck chairs are available for hire throughout the day.
I urge anyone and everyone to spend an afternoon here.
The park is within easy reach of Regent's Park Tube station as well as Great Portland Street, St. John's Wood, Camden Town and Baker Street.
a.
Beautiful scenery, well cared for.
S. A.
I absolutely love this park and walk around the perimeter almost every day. There is a boating lake and some really beautiful ducks who seem to be very happy.
B.
What a different the weather makes when it comes to visits to Regent's Park. Not that we have any problem with the winter when you can find more solitude at this Royal Park, but Regent's Park really comes alive and shows its best stuff during the warmer months.
During the summer, the lake is full of waterfowl, young chicks and paddle-boaters casually enjoying their time on the water. Another benefit to summer visits is that the Open Air Theatre is in session so you can enjoy outdoor performances in the evening.
Further, if you visit during early June, you can see the excellent Queen Mary Rose Garden in full bloom. This is a treat in an of itself and something that we greatly miss when passing through Regent's park during winter visits.
Overall, we highly rate Regent's Park during the summer when the Open Air Theatre and Queen Mary Rose Garden able to be seen and enjoyed. This is one of the Royal Parks that is well worth spending time during summer visits to London.
O. S.
Escape the busy city through this wonderful park. From the gaggle of geese to the romantic rose gardens. The famous Regents Park has a lot to offer. If you are lucky enough to be there on a sunny day, prepare to be stunned by the rose gardens, or simply sit back on one of the benches and witness the shenanigans of the wildlife.
Regents park is the perfect city retreat.
T. D.
My Favorite park in London. It's beautiful with a bit of everything. It has garden with cherry blossom during Spring time. Good place to run. Have small lake and a lot of ducks and gooses. Best place for kids and dogs to run arounds.
P. V.
Lovely park, always inspiring
R. T.
What a beautiful park. Lovely restaurant and amazing views of flowers and the lake Highly recommend
H. K.
My favourite park, so many memories and meaning To my family and I. I love the English gardens and open air theatre.
J. A.
Picturesque, perfect place to spend a relaxing Sunday afternoon. Lots to see you won’t be bored here!
G. H.
Great park with great play areas. Rose garden must be lovely when they're in bloom
C. O.
Lovely place to walk, have a picnic or just hang out with friends very spacious. However the park gates close at a certain time and people are not aware so they have to jump a gate with spikes. They should make people more aware of closing times.
S. G.
Lovely city park. Very well and kept. Lots of spring flowers about to open
S.
My favourite park in London. The lakes are breathtaking and views are amazing. Don’t forget to check out the rose gardens. The restaurant has good food and my favourite is the soups and pizzas. The ice cream close to the big lake is really tasty.
Negatives: I don’t like air conditioning as they make the restaurant too cold at times. The restaurant toilet is far too hot and no Ventilation. The benches around the lake are too uncomfortable and give you backaches!
S.
The Regent’s Park is named after Prince Regent, sometimes known as the playboy prince, who later became King George IV (1762-1830).
The Regent’s Park is one of London’s eight Royal Parks and covers an area of 395 acres.
The Regent’s Park combines large open spaces with tree-lined pathways, formal gardens, and four children’s playgrounds. It has excellent sports facilities, and contains central London’s largest outdoor sports area.
Walk through the elegant flowerbeds in the Avenue Gardens, see more than 12,000 roses in Queen Mary’s Gardens, or hire a rowing boat and join the ducks on the boating lake. Visit the Open Air Theatre and London Zoo.
The park also provides a warm welcome for wildlife. It has a large wetland area and is home to around 100 species of wild bird and a breeding population of hedgehogs.

Lucky to have Regent's park at our doorstep, it is beautiful and well maintained specially the rose garden. Perfect for walks/running and good cycling routes around the park.

It is grand and beautiful visiting park
There is amazing land scap and flowering area all around park.
Quite and calmed atmosphere for studying book
lot of birds crimping around which relaxes you more then anything
Good food , fantastic coffee and other drinks available in cafe
Both season have a different look of park which is amazing.
All over it a place to love and see
C. H.
Lovely big park with plenty of space to walk around or sit and enjoy the scenery. Have had a couple runs through and they've always been very enjoyable. Also a nice big field to play some games with friends
N. G.
Right in the middle of the city and next to Baker street is this beautiful park. It is lush green with beautiful flora and a gorgeous lake in the middle of it. There are beautiful birds all along the lake. It has great tracks for walking and running and places to rest. The Regents park Bar and kitchen is very conveniently located and serves some great snack food and drinks. I loved the cappuccino there. great photo ops as well.
P. M.
Lovely well kept park, bustling with dog-walkers and people playing various sports - lacrosse, football, rugby.
M. J.
:Even midweek its amazing how full of every kind of activity the park is. On my last visit I saw, rounders, volleyball, rollerskating, rugby, cricket in the nets and on the field, five a side eleven a side and women's football along with jogging bird watching dog walking and of course the zoo! It's beautifully kept:part parkland part wild meadow with lakes and ornamental gardens too along with the open air theatre.
R. M.
Very beautiful, neat and peaceful place. Enjoyed a lot.
A. C. A.
The kids enjoyed the play area, which had good variety of slides, climbing areas, swings.
Child only toilets
Places to sit and picnic
We'd been able to park easily as visited another attraction.
B. 8.
Large picturesque park with impressive gardens, sports fields and a playground. Takes 30-45 mins to walk around this park, although allow a lot longer if you want to take in the sights.
The northern end is dog friendly and also plenty of benches or spots for a picnic. The south end doesn't allow dogs. There are squirrels and plenty of fountains, along with a cafe.
For pictures, head to the Queens Garden area. You'll find a lake, waterfall and lots of rose gardens. I imagine it would be quite stunning in the summer.

It’s nice park to visit. It’s a big park with different kinds of plants and flowers during the year. You can enjoy for a walk and picnic with friends and family.
A.
Amazing park with a zoo and SO much to explore with Primose Hill not far from it!
P. K. L.
Beautiful park that’s actually worth a visit if you’re on holiday or wanting to spend a time taking photos or even a stroll.
One of the best parks where you can relax and people atmosphere are generally relaxed.
S. L.
A beautiful park with pretty plants, flowers, huge areas of well-maintained grass for having a nice picnic with your gorgeous girlfriend who you love the most! ❤️
You can even feed squirrels, they love black pepper-peanuts, trust me! 😂
A. C.
Was surprised by how clean and relaxing the park was
K. L.
Not quite the park in my pics, but Primrose Hill and Regents Canal. The park itself is great and more natural than Hyde Park, so more rugged, which is not a criticism. It's lovely.
N. M.
The Regent's Park is a great place to visit if you want to take a break from city life. The people are friendly, and it's always a pleasure to visit.
C.
Came here specifically to see herons and other waterfowls in the boating lake. It's a beautiful park as always, lots of people come here to stretch their legs, especially after long restrictions. Well managed by staff and volunteers. Takeout cafe near one of the entrances and pay toilets (20p via contactless payment only) also available.
A. D.
Very nice to many flowers everywhere and lovely trees white white flowers lake 🐦🦜🦢🦚🐦 birds willow's on the lake just lovely to walk over there now
T. B.
It's a lovely park especially on sunny days. It's perfect to walk, run or chilli out. I can wait to see it on Spring. Probably, it will be even more beautiful. There is a gorgeous lake at the park with lots of ducks and swans.😍😍😍😍
Y. G.
This is perhaps the prettiest public parks in London. Only about ten minutes walk from the Baker Street Station, you enter this park spread over acres. Gorgeous grass banks to soak in the views of the canal, resident ducks, colourful flowers and even tastefully designed bridges, this park has all that and more. We enter there to play a game of Cricket and we're bowled over by the facilities for the players as well as spectators. There are some football pitches too. This park is adjacent to the London Zoo and the Primrose Hill, two other tourist attractions. Whilst on the park you can hear the roars of the zoo animals-- ask your children to guess whom they hear :)
D. P.
Spacious green park with beautiful gardens and several walking routes. It can be really busy,
Be aware there’s no way through the main circle gardens, the hedges are high and solid. Toilets available for 20p.
Big green areas for sport activities, group picnics, yoga sessions, etc.
A very nice playground for the kids to explore water and sand. A break for the little ones for a bit of free play.
Easy access to the public transport.
A. R.
Great for a walk, don't miss the English gardens and the Rose garden!
J. O.
Who doesn’t love Regent’s Park? It’s my absolute top 3 favorite parks in London. I get lost there, do a bit of Sunday meander from time to time with a coffee in the hand watching the world go by especially in the summer. It’s a stunning park to walk, have a picnic, canal, have romantic dates and just chill alone if you are into that. Watching the birds is one of my favorite things to do there after walking and having lunch on the park bench. I can’t rate it enough. But of course I love nature and I love parks, especially clean and safe ones
A. L.
The park itself was lovely. Very well maintained and nice to stroll in. On the way in there were about 50 cyclist's on the road in front of the entrance zipping past. 2 almost hit my children and they were stood on the path. Otherwise a nice experience
M. M.
Beautiful park, perfect place to enjoy a nice day out with the family or friends. The rose collection it's a must to see in June - July, also the lake with the birds. Watch out for the geese, if you feed one, then all from that area will flock on you and it can be scary for kids and dogs. Plus check if there is a band performing on the Bandstand. Today they were singing Bossa nova and Jazz
D. C.
Lovely ambiance and delicious food. Definitely going to check this out again soon. Got to be stunning in the summer.
J. M.
I'm not familiar with the park and only saw a part of it. It seems to be a great open place for people. We were there on a fine Saturday and it was busy but there was still plenty of seating. The planting was very formal. It was spectacular but not to my taste. We did see an area that was wilder.
I was going to the outside theatre. We were a bit early and had a walk around but I don't think we saw much.
A. G.
Thoroughly enjoyed our trip. It's easy to be happy without spending fortune on long distance travel, with this type of local nature beauty. It's small things that count.
D. W.
A very nice park, you can spend a few hours just to chill out there, there is paddling boats to hire in the lake, the London zoo is right in the park, suitable for all ages, it’s a nice place to take photos too. Love it !
A. P.
Ah such a lovely place for a walk. You can see all sorts of weird ducks and other bird related creatures you probably haven't seen before. If London weather is kind and you manage to be in the park in a sunny day it will definitely feel like a wonderful oasis in such a busy city.
L.
I really love this park! It’s really nice to take a walk out here! Especially the rose garden in this park in summer!
S. P.
Beautiful park! We went on a cloudy and cold day but still enjoyed the long walk. The cherry blossoms, tulips and fountains within the park add to its charm. They are preparing the park for the summer (lots of rose and other flower plants) which I believe would look amazing in a month or so. There is a lake within the park where people can hire a boat and go around. Ducks and swans can be seen as well. The Queen Mary's garden has been beautifully designed and is a must visit. There are sports fields in a section of the park and another section does not allow dogs in (except guide dogs) but the whole park is huge enough to cater to every crowd. The nearby primrose hill is recommended as well for the view it gives from the top.
M. O.
It is one of the camel gardens, it is like a noble lady wearing the most beautiful dresses with jewelry. A large garden with the most beautiful places to relax and spend time with family or lover and friends, I saw in it different types of flowers of different colors, do not hesitate to visit it
N. h. V. n. S. K. f. J. J.
Very very pretty! Thankfully I went on a really sunny day, and the views were absolutely stunning. It's a breathtaking scenery. This park is great for if you want to go for a run, a walk or just sit with friends and have a catch up.
L. H.
Very pretty park, going to visit again as didn't have enough time to see all of it. The rose garden is definitely worth a visit around may-july when they are flowering. Lovely ornamental lake area in the centre and a nice cafe with a good range of hot and cold food.
T. C.
Really pleased that I took my grandchildren to Regents Park zoo.
Gives them a better understanding of animals shown in Children's books. Entrance charges reasonable but prices in cafeterias over the top. £11 for a pizza !!.
Shame that numbers of animals were limited. Zoo's always prone to weather.
Staff very knowledgeable and caring. Giraffes were fantastic!
Would visit again
S. L.
Spectacular park as always. I’ve been coming here for over 40 years and love it. Water features appeared to be switched off for the winter.
N. A.
When in London, I was staying at Eamont Street and to one side of my stay was Primrose Hill and the other side was The Regent's Park. Two great spots not to be missed as a tourist.
Visiting during March, the trees were all bare without any leaves here, but it was a great landscape. I'd want to visit this place when the trees are full and I'm sure it will be a more better view then. It was pleasing to see the green grass all around and the best part was the cleanliness within the park. It has huge playgrounds where a lot of people come to play cricket, football, rugby etc. There are a couple of cafes inside the park as well.
Coming to my favorite part of the park -the Ducks and Swans and many other such birds. The lake is filled with many such birds and I just love ducks (a result of the sitcom F.R.I.E.N.D.S). Agreeing to the part that they create a lot of dirt with the feces, if you love them, then you love them :P
You can always visit The Regent's Park to play or a simple walk or run or just spend some peaceful time sitting on a bench and watching the landscape and letting the time pass.

Regent's Park is a sprawling huge park in Central London, with lawns, majestic trees, a rose garden, water fowl and more. There are no keep off the grass signs and you can really play, jump, run do whatever over here...
When we went there was this Frieze Art Fair on ... And apart from one or two exhibits, which were quite funny, the others at least to my untrained eye looked like abominations on the natural beauty of the place.
The fair is over now, and things are back to normal. Will go walking there again today. It's really a lovely place!
The rose garden is especially lovely! And I love the waterfall.
A.
Beautiful park located in London. Extremely green during the summers. A water body is also located in the middle of the parking and the option of boating is also available. A good place to spend time during the day and rhe evening. The Primerose hill which is a 10 minutes walk from the Regent's Park is known is also a beautiful place to click the photos of central London and beautiful sunset.
A. B.
A great space of calm and fresh air in the midst of the busyness of the city, with beautiful planting, even in January.
T. A.
Loved the place, it features lot of variation, near rose garden; a hub with cafe; must visit place
З. Я.
Great park. You can go there for free and enjoy the great selection between playgrounds open spaces (for a walk) and a lot of interesting plants and small forests. The paths are also amazing because they are wide enough to have a walk in the pandemic without worrying if you'll get sick.
S. R. i. G.
It's a park where people go to do sports, however it's still relaxing and beauriful. It's next to Primrose Hill which has the most beautiful sights of London. It also has the oldest zoo in the world.
F. M.
Beautiful gardens and park. Huge area. Kids friendly place and family friendly place too.
M. R.
Great day out. Plenty of empty space for picnics, sitting on the grass or playing around.
Kids can bring scooters etc. To play with, would be very fun for them.
Also, they have 'little boats' which you can go on - looks like a lot of fun.
Wonderful day out, would recommend it to everyone.
P.s. I would recommend you bring a book, a blanket, some sandwiches, some drinks, sunglasses and sun cream.
f. E.
Love place and peace area
N.
It one of the most beautiful parks in London. Great for Sunday walks 'en Amoureux' or with a young family. It is also a venue for 10k runs so be careful.
P. K.
The Regent's Park is a large and wonderful place. It is a mix of formal gardens and wild areas. There are lakes and boating areas. It is a relaxing place with something for locals and visitors alike in all seasons.
I. K.
Was such a beautiful place to walk with a nice cup of tea/coffee enjoying the views. Looking at the geese and different types of ducks. Very lovely
Y. K.
The regent's park is one of my favorites. It is big enough to run more than 10k without backtracking. It is beautifully designed with trees, grass, fountains and flowers. You can even stop for coffee in the middle of the park if you forgot your picnic kit.
The animals are diverse and supply enjoyment for kids and grown ups alike.
J. M.
Amazing park with its wide variety and colours. There's plenty of seating and open space, so you can relax or play games with friends and family. 15 years ago we used to visit almost everyday. oh...days..
T. F.
Really big park with lots of green space to play sports, eat a meal with friends or just enjoy nature and chill. There are squirrels and different bird species around the park in case you want some company. So much explore.
M.
Wonderful environment, enchanting gardens. The waterfalls are mind blowing. The Japanese garden a wonderful cultural experience. I will go back again and again. Loved it!!
K. Y.
The most regal park in London. Summer time here is magical. There are bands playing in the pavilion. There are art sculptures near St. Andrews gate. Flowers are everywhere and bees too. Everything is very well-kept and the Queen must have some excellent groundskeepers really.
G. C.
I love the zoo, gran kids coming with us next time, now we know how much it has improved over the years... a great day out. We spent 5 hours there and it flew past, great day out.
H.
My favorite park in London. The gardens are beautiful. There are rose gardens with different colors and good smelling roses. It is a huge park with an Open Air Theater. They also have a lake where you can rent a paddle boats and rowing boats. I really like the nature gardens where they have the ducks and duckling just waddle by the small lake with waterlilies.
M. D.
Gorgeous gardens with reasonably priced cafes and restrooms.
A. A.
One of the must go parks in central London. It's quite nice to not listen the traffic but being at the same time in the heart of the city.
A. S.
Best park in London. Beautiful in any season
R. P.
Really nice park for a stroll, jog, run you name it! It has different types of gardens and they all look beautiful. The park is staffed and there are public toilets available during the opening hours
A. C.
A lovely green space with lots of interesting flowers and trees to look at, and a lot of flat land too for relaxing/reading/exercising in. Particularly enjoyed the rose garden.
C. C.
London is congested - yes. But London has the famous Hyde park Green Park St James park at the Centre of the city. Yes but what about other places outside the center? Well there is Richmond park and ah ahem the heaths or commons ..
The conversation around the city revolves around mostly along these lines. How many times one heard about Regent's park, mentioned in particular? Pointed as an example of a great place to spend some family time ? Alas it's such a loss to the teeming millions of this great city who have steered clear of this park not knowing what to expect.
Well if you want to go for a time out with kids, with balls badminton rackets in tow and may be with a plan for boating , you will have everything sorted here. Kids love to feed the ducks and swans. And this visit need not be an extension of a day at the London zoo situated adjacent to the park, which you can combine but enjoy on its own as well. There are rides for the tots. And ample play space for the not so young ones.
Some people enjoy relaxing on the deck chairs provided, with a book in hand. Some others prefer to just laze on the benches under the chestnut trees or on the grass, with daisies and buttercups in bloom all around.
For a leisurely walk visit the Japanese gardens. Walk by one of the many lakes that shimmer with reflections of the daffodils and weeping willows bordering the shoreline. Enjoy the huge variety of roses on display. Or just relax by one of the water fountains.
For a romantic evening walk into the open air movie show. Cap it with a barbecue dinner in the garden restaurant.
Loved that one trip to Amsterdam? Revisit those memories by taking a canal boat trip down by the Regents canal that runs all around from Camden lock till Little Venice.
In short it's full of facilitues for a variety of activities, or a place to get away from it all, being such a vast space with so many facets . Give it a go you will not regret.
R. K.
It was nice and clean, good space for families to relax, play and rest.
G. P.
Very nice place to walk and to relax.
D. O.
The best park I've been to in London. Great to practice tour photography, enjoy the beauty of the blooming flowers and if you like ducks, there are plenty to feed...And the art is beautiful.
G. K.
Probably the most beautiful park in London. Rose Garden is particularly beautiful from May until October. Great for picnics. Lots of flora, birds, colourful flowers and generally great food in the cafes.
M. W.
St John's Lodge garden. An oasis os peace opposite the Rose Garden in Regent's Park
M. M.
A stunning, inner city park, all year round. I particularly enjoy the roses in May and June, however.
Regents Park hosts a variety of events throughout the year including Frieze Sculpture(a free outdoor event in July and August), an outdoor cinema and theatre and A Taste of London ( a foodies delight in June) to name a few.
The changing colours of Autumn in October are also worth a visit to see.
K.
Just perfect for a walk at any time of year, but particularly in Autumn
Lots of cute dogs and fashionably dressed people to look at
Also great for skateboarding, cycling and rollerblading in the nearby roads…but within the bike it’s a cycle free zone.
A must visit in London!
S. R.
I like taking nice slow walks in the park, fresh air, relaxing but sometimes pets of some people are a bit out of control and they spoil the fun of it but other than that, park was good.
G. L.
Beautiful park in London.
I think the park is good for kids.
There are some activities in the garden!
There is a cafe and public toilets.
But bring your tissues!
Have a lovely experience in Lovely park :)
V. c.
Regent's park is one of the most beautiful parks in London. It has several fields to play sport, huge green spaces for pic nic and enjoy the nice weather.
There are a lot of fountains, there's a very nice lake and a garden with flowers.
Equipped with toilets and also Café and bars/restaurant.
London zoo is inside the park (from the north side)
D. S.
What can you say. A glorious space. It was busy when I was walking through with families and runners. It houses London Zoo in one corner also. A nice place to sit and eat my food.
S. A.
Sooperrrrr dooooper place of enjoyment for all age of people...
W. V.
Best park in central London in my opinion. I might be biased though because I live close to it. I walk or jog here every week and I like how close it is to the city but is big enough to make you forget from time to time that you are in the middle of London. Very clean and well maintained. I wish there were more trees here like in Hyde Park but I still love this place to bits.
F. Z.
One of the best parks in the UK. Regents Park has everything you could want from a city park. There are vast picnic areas, public football pitches, tennis courts, flower formations, loads of benches, and a zoo to boot. There is a café in the middle of the park, as well as a large lake with rowing and pedaling boats. There are calem and quiet areas, as well as some packed and ones. Highly recommended.
E. O.
Lovely place. Quiet morning
D. J. M. L.
Amazing park with gorgeous flowers arrangements and sculptures and other artistic exhibitions in summer. The rose garden is a-must seen and the fringe art exhibition in summer is really interesting
E. S.
Really quiet place, a lot of flowers and squirrels.
B. A.
A beautiful expanse of green right in the middle of the city, beautifully laid out with diverse plants and trees including a large water body. A breath of fresh air, ideal for a walk, peaceful place. A must visit
K. A.
Of all London's great parks, this is one of the best. Beautifully landscaped and maintained. It lovely to walk around or just sit an watch life go by
n. a.
One if my favourite parks and the rose garden is beautiful
V. G.
Regent's park is my favourite one (after Holland park) in London. Very beautiful with lots of colourful flowers and nice spots to chill. Ideally for everyone (families, couples, singles, whatever). It is definitely worth a visit and you can combine it with a zoo visit which is inside the park
E. R.
One of the must go parks in central London. It's quite nice to not listen the traffic but being at the same time in the heart of the city.
S. S.
Amazing place! Nice lake! Ducks! Regent Park is a nice place to walk, run, play and just laze around in the sun! There's a exercise section where you can do various freestyle athletics. Regent Park also has a great open air theatre. It also has the Regent's Canal where people can do boating. There are vast open Grounds where one can play cricket, hockey and football.
M. N.
Bright colourful park full of families and friends enjoying a casual Sunday in the park. Great place for a picnic or just to recover from a Saturday night under the sun. Lovely place and a must visit as a tourist.
M. P. d. C.
In my opinion, the most beautiful park in Central London. Make sure you visit the rose garden and the small 'island". It is always a delight to be in Regent's Park on a sunny afternoon!
K. S.
Lovely fresh air with sounds of birds and seagirls.
S. A.
Been going to this park since I was a teenager and now I take my children there. A very peaceful, beautiful and we'll maintained park, it is diverse and very friendly. Can't think of any negative thing to say about it apart from parking issues for me. There are so many areas to choose from, you can go there as a family and have picnics or as a couple and take a stroll in rose garden or with a bunch of friends to hang about or play sports and do activities etc. They have a lake where you can hire boats and a few coffee shops. They have a sport centre, water fall, children play area, football area etc etc the list can go on. It's also has the famous London zoo inside as well as regents park mosque right next door and primrose hill park across the road. It's in a great location all walking distance from Camden, marylebone, primrose hill, st Johns woods and lisson grove. If you have never visited this park I highly recommend it, in my opinion one of the best parks in London.
S. B.
such a beautiful park ,loads of open spaces, walking zone full of green and meadows..has a beautiful boating lake ..sitting beside the lake while enjoying sun and picnic is the best feeling.
A. S.
Very clean, and nicely arranged. Great for long walks or running. The roses garden must be visited in their season. It is big so you need a lot of time to see it all.
J. D.
Interesting to see so many gardeners at it, preparing for the spring. A great London park!
J. H.
Very nice place to walk, relax or have a picnic. It is good for wheelchair users. There is a playground for kids. A lot of birds around lake. Parking is very difficult around and there are charges even on Sunday if you park inside park. There is also a coffee shop.
H. R.
This is the main mosque in London. It has a book shop and a nice café downstairs. The prayer hall is large and there is space for women upstairs, though not so large. There is also a courtyard for when the mosque is full on Fridays and Eid. The people who run it are generally quite welcoming.
M. L.
Very beautiful park, next to regent’s canal, next to the Zoo, super vibrant, with coffee shops, toilets(which are not for free, all of them to pay by card), lakes, waterfalls, gardens, very well maintained. Lovely to spend the day, connect with nature and relax.
r. s.
Great Park. The gardener job is totally awesome. Beautiful combination of colours with flowers, plants and trees. The ROSES garden (queen Elizabeth garden) is a roundabout in the Center that you cannot lost!!!
i.
Where animals and humans live together in harmony.
Great great experience and amazingly neat. Don't forget Primrose hill and Queen's gardens.
J. E.
Although it was sunny today, real feel was one. And yet, we managed to have a great walk around.
M. M.
Great park for a lovely walk and have lunch or a coffee truly a Royal Park.
B.
Beautiful gardens. The wildfowl ponds are a great place to see a variety of ducks. It is always a great place to have a nice walk and unwind
B. C.
One of my favorite parks in London, not so crowded. Nice lake in the park, and water is clear, and so many birds here. Many benches beside the lake and good for a little sunbath in the afternoon here.
F.
Really nice and beautiful park situated in the centre of London very close to Madame Tussauds.
There is a very beautiful pond in the middle where you can also go for a boat ride, they have paddle boats and rowing boat. There are plenty of wildlife, mainly pigeons and ducks. You can go for a stroll and explore the sprawling natural beauty or sit beneath the trees and have a picnic.
You can also find few cafe's around the park. There is also a children playing ground and ZSL London zoo is located on the northern part of the park. A visit is a must on a nice sunny day.
C. G.
Great place, very big and great vibes.
C. B.
Beautiful, historic park with lots to see and do. The London Zoo is here, Queen Mary's Garden, Regents Canal, tons of sport fields, interesting sculptures. Definitely work a walk through.
d. p.
This really is one of the best open spaces in London. So much quieter than Hyde or Green Park. Lots to do and see and beautiful flowers and greenery which have been well maintained. Loads of toilets and coffee huts dotted around. Great place for family walks.
F. M. M.
The park has an outer ring road called the Outer Circle (4.45 km) and an inner ring road called the Inner Circle (1 km), which surrounds the most carefully tended section of the park, Queen Mary's Gardens. Apart from two link roads between these two, the park is reserved for pedestrians. The south, east and most of the west side of the park are lined with elegant white stucco terraces of houses designed by John Nash and Decimus Burton. Running through the northern end of the park is Regent's Canal, which connects the Grand Union Canal to London's historic docks.
G. B.
Very nice, especially the Queen Mary's rose garden. Be ready for some walking, lovely lakes/ponds and lots of seating lovely place for a picnic.
T. S.
Big park full of gardens, beautiful views, people having fun with their families and friends, for sure a great option if you're looking for a relaxing afternoon. Make sure to see every corner of this place, there are lots os sculptures and art expressions in the park.
M. C.
Wonderful parck, my favorite in central london. Definetly a place for families and young.
Love the walk through the canal to Camden town.
Oops, almost forgot, London zoo is located right in this park 😉
K. D.
One of my favourite places in London. Beautiful park with great paths for walking, lake, theatre, tennis, Padel, etc. Great gardens as well. Would definitely recommend taking the day to explore and visit nearby restaurants (especially Thai place on west side of park). Great place for a run, walk and just chilling out. Also has water boats for cruising around which is fun on a hot day.
S. V. D. V.
Hey this park is super chill and clean... lovely people, non judging(except for the public toilet cleaning ladies) had a good time chillin with my friend who I did not see for 6 years having 420...absolute top on a hot day..🦄🥳🎉🥵❤❤💋👌✌
D. P. (.
Lovely park, gorgeous flowers and grounds. Very busy in the summer but when your there you can see why.
Lacks places to get drinks but not the end of the world.
T. R.
Took the twins to Regent's Park to see the ducks. Parked on the outer circular in front of the Hanover Place. Parking is pay and display, Sunday 9 AM to 6.30PM. No return and max 4 hours stay. We parked for 2 hours, cost £4.00. Oct '21. Payment machine takes coins and Card/Contact less.
C. W.
True beauty of the park can be seen in the summer, with lots of colorful flowers blooming as well as the trees. Definitely bring your family for picnic or pets out for a walk. Lots of swans and ducks around the area and a very good track to walk since it is leading to Primrose hill. This would be the second best park from Hyde Park.
R. N.
Great big green space in the middle of the city. Very nicely kept with plenty space for activities for people of all ages. From manicured gardens to open grass or woody areas. It's got it all. And it's slightly less crowded that Hyde park. Brilliant.
A. W.
Beautiful royal park especially in spring with the blossom and in summer with all the roses.
G. S.
One of the loveliest Park in London, beautiful in every season. Definately the quintessential English style Park. There's a Japanese garden, a beautiful rose garden and plenty more.
S. C.
Green breathing space in the midst of surrounding concrete. Well maintained, well used by both people and animals alike. Must visit. There are open air exhibitions and events held here from time to time.
M. H.
Beautifully planted out bedding & the rose gardens are huge. Everyone was enjoying the weather picnicking, and as someone visiting from Manchester, it was delightful not to see any evidence of antisocial behaviour!
E. D.
Amazing park to go for a walk, run, play and also see gardens. One of my London's favorite. The Queen's Mary garden is just splendid!
A. M.
Beautiful large park with plenty to see when the weather is good. An Absolute must in the summer!

A. W.
A gorgeous urban park that has something for everyone: sports area, rose garden, allotment garden, outdoor theatre, paddle boats, zoo, cafes and restaurants, outdoor sculptures, and wide open spaces for everything else.
Tip: My favourite spot is the St. John's Lodge Garden, a very private and serene garden. And, the rose garden. For a special treat, have French toast on an early Sunday at the Regent's Bar & Kitchen.
A. A.
Spent time exploring the park with friends and absolutely loved it. Will recommend it to anyone.
V. V.
It's a wonderful park for walk, make a picnic or play with the children! There are a beautiful lake where you can to ride a water wheel. You can see many different birds who living there.

Huge park, which would take quite a while to walk around. Didn't have much time otherwise we would have seen more. Lovely colour for the plants even in Winter. Would love to visit again. Lots of benches to sit on which is handy.
S. H.
Beautifully kept gardens. Very busy though. Cafe has a wide selection of good food at reasonable prices. Something for everyone and every pocket. Clean public toilets too
K. P.
British Summer at its best! The magnificent story of Eva Peron is brought to life in the open air theatre at Regent's Park. My second visit over three years and I just wish I could've spent more time in the park! One of the best in the world for sure!
S. W.
Big well kept park which is a lot quieter than some of the other large parks in London with a ton of seating available and coffee shops, ice cream Van's on site for a treat. There are lots of sections to explore and currently displaying Frieze sculptures in the English Garden portion.
P. W.
it was very beautiful this summer!!! lots of blooming flowers, perfect weather for picnic.. dont forget to always keep distancing 2m away with other ppl
G. D.
Nice and spacious dinning area with outdoor dining
A. R.
Absolutely amazing park, I love walk around Regents and of course enjoy the colours and all the green around.
P. J. H.
I took time to stop here, whilst passing through to sightsee another place
The first thing that hits you, is the size of the place. It's spread out, so that you can take time to notice nature. They have different named roses growing there in a selection of beds; yet to fully mature.
There's also a a cafe and open air theatre, roundabouts, and I was surprised to see blue pedalos on the lake.
This is a great place to relax.
L.
Beautiful park. Always looks immaculate and it's very pretty. Lovely walk and reasonable quiet.
S. F.
Its such a nice place to just stroll around on a good sunny day (went there few weeks ago). The park is huge and consist of several parks which offer different activity (boating lake, zoo, etc). There is also a mosque near to the park. Definitely an awesome park!
S. S.
Very large open green park space so no need to be in a crowd. Beutiful scenery and wildlife. Easy for public transport.
We visit often.
A. P.
Love the rose garden! It is beautiful and smells divine. Perfect place to tuck into a corner and read a book.

I was at Taste Of London food fest at Regents Park on Sunday 23 June. I came away with mixed feelings on the experience.
You have to laugh at an organisation that charges a hefty ticket price, then vendors to sell their products, them products sold at premium prices and to add injury to insult only for part of the day [circa 5 hours].
There were good salient features compared to the many other food festivals I’ve been to. The wide spaces between product stalls vis-à-vis the ridiculously cramped, elbow-jostling, be-as-rude-as-you-like conditions of rival food fairs. Aesthetically very pleasing with many creative mobile selling qualities – black taxis converted, horse box adapted, land rovers dispensing beer and kombucha. Lots of eye-catching design features. The artisan producers merchandise. The freebies - special plaudits to Halo Ice Cream merchant as they gave very generous samples of various flavours and it tasted good to boot. Plenty of clean toilets. The weather stayed dry and good and people were determined to enjoy themselves. Metal walkways if it rained and turned the ground into a quagmire. What’s not to like?
The cruel food prices for starters. Frankly a number of guest restaurants put a brazen face on giving customers the skimpiest servings of their limited menu food with prices mainly ranging between £6 to £8. If the guest restaurant did not have samples of their food on counters then I’d be very chary about what I would buy. I saw a lot of people dismayed and in stunned silence when given dishes of food with no more than a 2 tablespoon serving. Don’t be a mug and shop around and see what the food is like before parting with your hard earned.
I went to a talk by Tom Hunt eco-chef, sustainability campaigner, ‘waste not’ evangelist from nose to tail and from root to fruit not forgetting Guardian food writer hosted by Steven Lamb the River Cottage curing and smoking consultant. It was an interesting talk and food waste is something I am passionate about as I have an allotment were I grow a variety of fruit and veg. Steven Lamb was interesting about smoking and curing and not buying meat from toxic factory farms. Agri-business is violating the countryside with obscene animal welfare and a lethal cocktail of pesticides, insecticides and herbicides sending insect and bird populations into a catastrophic nose dive. Eat less but better ethically sourced meat.
Tom was something of a letdown. He had brought some leaves and flowers people do not associate with food as considering most weeds – plantain/dandelion/clover/daisy leaves, stalks and flowers as well as a sprig of Cleaver ‘stickyback’ weed and dainty yellow brassica flowers. I was fascinated to see what chefy food alchemy Tom would transform these drab plants into. He demonstrated superb knife skills [ in London, akin to shouting 'fire' in a cinema at the mo] finely dicing the leaves and flowers. He then placed the ‘minced’ veg in a bowl and slathered it with olive oil. This weedy tapenade was the spread on some thinly cut bread with a dried cricket [supplied by Steven proselytising about this future staple food commodity] on top.
The cricket tasted like a bland Scandinavian crispbread sliver and the weedy tapenade tasted mainly of olive oil with a hint of bitterness [presumably form the dandelion]. Of course if you are going to slather anything in olive oil it is going to taste good but the veg flavours were totally smothered. Frankly I found the activity dispiriting and smacking of 'cutting edge' fakery and I will not be rushing to my allotment to garner these 'salad' weeds.

One of London's best parks.
Full of beauty, glorious gardens and memorable moments.
A. M.
Some of the beautiful flowers of regent's park, we've been blessed to visit this park for many year's, love summer time, can't get enough of taking pictures of those beautiful flowers and sun bathing
D. S.
Beautiful park. Really lush and green with tons of birds including the rare Mandarin. Awesome place to go to.
L. M.
I love taking photos and being London the best place to capture the sunsets is here, I like to come with my children and be able to rest from work some afternoons together with them.
S. D.
Stunning beauty! So many roses with amazing names.
Beautiful park!

The park has an outer ring road called the Outer Circle (4.45 km) and an inner ring road called the Inner Circle (1 km), which surrounds the most carefully tended section of the park, Queen Mary's Gardens. Apart from two link roads between these two, the park is reserved for pedestrians (with the exception of The Broad Walk between Chester Road and the Outer Circle, which is a shared use path). The south, east and most of the west side of the park are lined with elegant white stucco terraces of houses designed by John Nash and Decimus Burton. Running through the northern end of the park is Regent's Canal, which connects the Grand Union Canal to London's historic docks.
C. W.
Absolutely beautiful. Took a walk around on a sunny Sunday afternoon, had a lovely lunch and strolled through the gardens. The park is extremely well maintained.
B. “. W.
I really like Regents park, I normally cycle around it. Regents also have a cafe which is alright Benugo I believe. It's a massive park and lovely place to take the kids too.
O. L.
Love this park. There are always lot of pretty flowers and big trees. Birds and water. Rose garden. Cafes and a zoo. A lot of thing happening all year round. Enjoy visiting this park any time of the year.
T. C.
The London Zoo in the park is great. Good for a day out with the family. Tube station is 15 to 20 minutes walk away which is a little far for kids. Bus station is right outside the zoo. During weekdays, best to drive over.
P. L.
London zoo. Had a great day out. Enjoyed everything in there. Will go again.
A. S.
Another massive hidden gem in Central London. A wonderful, massive greenery space to escape from the busy London life. There are pre reserved outdoor cricket nets if you like to watch youngsters / kids playing practicing cricket. Not only that there is a Rugby ground as well. The walking trails are lovely. I highly recommend Regent's park to anyone. Thanks.
J. L.
Great place for a gentle stroll. Sit and have coffee at one of the many cafes and watch the world go by, enjoy the fountains and flower beds in Queen Mary's garden and many more activities to enjoy
C. D.
It’s always amazing find a park where to relax and Regent’s Park it’s the best place.
A. P.
Superb, spacious place to visit with many different gardens
L.
My absolute favourite park in central London. I’m fortunate enough to work nearby, and spend most of my lunch breaks strolling here.
The area around the southeastern entrance gardens and the boating lake can be a little busy between 1-3pm during the summer, but the majority of other areas are significantly quieter. There are bookable sports pitches and a sports hub in the top section, a children’s playground in the northeastern corner, and the Open Air Theatre sits near the middle accessible via the bridge near the York Gate entrance, near Baker Street. There’s a toilet block near the boating lake; entrance to the facilities costs 20p.
Towards the north end of the park there are numerous charming wooden sculptures and a lot of tree cover, and if you walk along the top pathway, you can see camels and other animals in the zoo. If you’re feeling energetic you can also extend your walk up to Primrose Hill by taking the path over the bridge at the north end.
Like all the royal parks, the park is extremely well maintained, and there are are plenty of benches around the entire park to have a rest, bins to throw your rubbish, and there’s a water fountain in the top section. Watch out for dogs running around without leashes and people who ignore the no cycling/skating signs though, as these are sadly frequent, inconsiderate occurrences.
M. I.
Beautiful park, tulips at this time of year are extraordinarily pretty
y. s.
Canal Brahma In its beauty near the Camden Market you can stroll along the canal and watch spectacular boat houses. The place is quiet and allows time off from the hustle and bustle of the city. There are a few benches along the path and you can stop and rest.
R. T.
Lovely to walk across regent's park from Baker street to Camden. If you get good weather it's stunning. Also download the app for a musical experience with the trees. Even in early February Rose's are starting to bud and show.
P. D.
Very spacious, lovely plants and flower arrangements on the main path. Many people were out and about in the park enjoying them selves. Would definitely recommend going as I hope to revisit the park again, next time I go back to London.

Beautiful park with well thought out landscaped areas, including a boating lake, ornamental lake and planted areas. Lots of birds you wouldn't normally find wild in a city.

One of the most beautiful parks in London, Regent's Park has a lot to offer ; from walkers & cyclists to theatre goers, you can find a bit of everything here and easily spend a day walking around the beautiful gardens, lakes and ponds. The London Zoo is also worth a visit.

Very beautiful and relaxing place. It is a good place to go taking a break from normal routine. The park has lots of benches where we can sit and enjoy. Also a good place to go for a walk or jogging.

We visited London zoo today it was a great day out with the family in the pouring rain!
Dont come here and expect to see a whole variety of zoo animals because unless we have managed to overlook them we did not see any giraffes, elephants or hippos all of which I have seen at London zoo in the past however I am going back up to 4 decades as I'm in my fortys!
They had polar and panda bears back in the 1980's
This is still an amazing place with alot of history I do believe it was the first ever breeding Zoo, that bread the current endangered species like panda bears London Zoo bred the first in captivity Panda.

Always a favourite for us. Can get very very busy and crowded on nice weekend days, but lots of room to spread out on weekdays or cooler/overcast/rainy weather.

Beautiful park. Gorgeous wildlife, flowers and just an all-round tranquil feel throughout.

A Nice park but too much of the park is taken over by sports (mainly football) and cars should be banned from the outer and inner circles as they ruin the peace and quite of the park.

Always a beautiful place. As a student in nearby halls, I used to wander it often, especially with funds next to extinct. So much to it on the quiet including Primrose Hill.

A really clean, nice park. Has some cafes and assorted shops to check out or sit down in. My one complaint was the massive amount of algae in the fountain. It really took away from my artistic picture.

One of the best Royal Parks in the heart of London. It's a beautiful getaway from the bustling streets of camden and bakers street. Walking through you may see glimpses of animals from the London zoo too.
A must visit for all tourists and londoners alike!

like so many parks in london, beautiful. would like to see a little police presence now and again, I have walked through 5 or 6 times in the past few days and haven't seen any.

Loverly quiet walk through the park today. Trees are just beginning to turn their autumn colours. Good pictures against the clear blue sky. Saw pigeons basking in the late afternoon sun.

We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves in this beautiful beautiful park in the sun!! It has wonderful spots to sit down and picnic at and we just happened to find one near the lake. One just relaxes when they enter this park, lots of happiness around, lots of greenery, beautiful lakes and even some activities, such as boat pedaling. Right in the the city centre, yet, you forget about the craziness of the city upon entering

Love this big beautiful park

One of the most relaxing parks out there, with multiple discipline sports fields in the park. My kids absolutely loved the spaces. The is a lovely little canal with boats for families and a little tea pavilion.

Arguably the best amongst all London parks, Regents park has got it all - European landscaping, lakes with bridges, cafeterias, huge green spaces to let young or not so young play in abandon, a children's park, boating facilities, swans and ducks ever so friendly as to come stand patiently for that selfie.

Many areas to explore and 🚶♀️

Really nice park in central London. It has the Zoo and Camden market and Primrose Hill at one end. The mosque in another corner, baker street tube in the other. lakes and circular walks, football pitches etc cafes. You may even hear a lion roar!
