Will definitely use again. Booking was very easy and Adel was very responsive. Access is excellent for wide / tall vehicles, location is ideal for the west end. As mentioned elsewhere you have to leave your keys to enable cars to be moved around, but plenty of high end vehicles parked up so no worries there.

Great position. Felt very safe to leave the car there and will do again. We were however told it was full when we arrived and had to point out that we had pre booked. I can only assume that they are still having computer problems as they had no record of our booking and I was asked to pay again when picking up my car 48 hours later. Both occasions were quickly resolved as I could show my booking and record of payment on my phone.

Good location, very easy to find. We drove in and the attendant told us where to park. We then had another attendant (both friendly) come out to us to give us a ticket. He told us to keep it safe otherwise there would be an extra charge. When we returned everything seemed okay and our car was waiting almost where we had left it. Handed the ticket over however the attendant said we owed more money as we had over stayed by one hour. Luckily I had my booking confirmation which clearly showed we had paid for 9 hours and still had an hour and a half left. I noticed on the ticket I was given it had written 12PM however we arrived at 3PM. The attendant was quite pushy and kept coming back and didn't seem to understand there was no issue. I felt like he was pushing for further payment. I think Urban Parking could do with a registration recognition system to avoid this in future as it soured what was on the whole a good experience.

Very convenient parking in a great location. Safe and secure. I had been recommended an other well known chain of car parks close to this for an over night stay but checked reviews before staying and glad I did. Very friendly staff, clean and well lit. Will use again! Thanks.

Booked this space after seeing the shock/horror pictures of some of the other parking lots, what a nice surprise it was, valet parking, safe & bright, and not over the top with the pricing. The staff were very polite and looked after my car perfectly. I will defiantly be using this company again.

Thank you to the amazing team at Urban Parking in Shelton Street. I parked there a couple of weeks ago aiming to be there all day. Within an hour had an emergency call that my mother was desperately ill. They got my car out for me in record time so I was able to get to her in hospital in time. Thank you everyone there.

When we arrived we were told by a rather unhelpful member of staff that the car park was full. When I told him that we had pre-booked a space he said that it didn't matter, the car park was full and we'd have to drive around the block and hope that someone leaves. Whilst driving round the block my wife phoned to find out what was going on, she was told that there were spaces. When I returned there were indeed spaces. The unhelpful guy then wanted to know why we had phoned after her told me to drive round the block. This wasn't a great start after I'd just finished a rather stressful 4 hour drive. That aside, everyone else there seemed friendly and helpful and I would recommend this car park as it seemed very secure and I wasn't put off by the valet parking. It's just a shame when one person's attitude can give such a bad first impression to an otherwise good company.

Great location , clean tidy and helpful staff It’s a valet style carpark so you need to leave your keys as they move the cars around Wasn’t really a problem had a move a few cars around to get us out on returning , just felt sorry for the 1 man doing it could’ve done with another member of staff to help but didn’t take long The car park was safe and secure which was the most important to us and will use again

Parked a standard VW Transporter without height issues. Excellent service from Adel. Booked over the phone and all admin was dealt with efficiently. We didn't use all the time for which we booked, so a proportionate refund was processed without hassle. Will highly recommend. Thank you Adel.

Was a little nervous as this was our first trip to London. I must of emailed 5 times asking questions and every time I got a prompt answer reassuring me. Booked on line for 24 hours turned up a little earlier than planned but that didn't matter. We left our car and the valets parked it up. We have a mercades viano so it was good to find somewhere that had plenty of space for bigger vehicles! When we returned to collect it it had been blocked in by a few other cars but we all made a joke of it. We wasn't in a rush the staff moved the other cars and then guided us out if our spot and sent us on our way. We will definitely use these guys again and highly recommend to anyone else looking for safe parking in London. P.s read the ncp car park reviews to put your mind at rest. Thanks guys for all your help 🙂

Great car park in London's popular theatre district. They provide an extremely convenient valet service, that helps when you are in a rush. The staff are always present (24h) and very attentive. I have been using this place for years without any problems. Highly recommended. Also, no height issues for any car or van.
