Wormwood Scrubs is a vast inner London country park (170 acres). It has wide open spaces, scrubland, woodland, and recreational areas. It can be accessed via Scrubs Lane, Hammersmith Hospital, or via several points of egress in East Acton. Great for walking your dog(s), playing with your kids, playing football, rugby or hurling. They're is a dedicated area for flooring remote control planes/drones. They're are two car parks at Hammersmith hospital and on Scrubs Lane. Buses 220, 283, 70, 7, 72 will drop you nearby. Check it out.

Lovely big open space. Great for family walks / walking family dog / jog / exercise / picnics. It's strange and a little worrying to see quite large piece of land gated off, a number of trees cut down and heavy duty plastic boars covering some of the grass. Also a little unsettling seeing guard dogs and workmen / security at night in said area. The rest of wormwood scrubs is a beautiful place, I hope that it remains a nice green area

Lovely warders here, rooms a little bit small with minimal amenities, curiously no key to exit room.? Neighbours a little bit tough looking, so I will try to avoid them. Great canteen, but only plastic cutlery.

Heatwave oasis. Found shaded bench on East side. Lots of dog walkers, some rubbish yet quiet

This is a great place for a workout, run or to find a spot to chilax with a picnic and a good book. The dog walkers, while most are decent, picking up their dogs mess, there are some that are just allow their dogs to foul and run, they leave it, this let's the place down, it would be a nicer place e if all would be more responsible owner.

I went there with Crazy Dog Lady London dogwalker and it is an amazing park, huge, with a massive open green area perfect for dogs but also really nice for anyone that needs some calm and breathe out the busy with environment.
