Huge car park with very good bike facilities.

Ticket office, wow what a transformation, you wont recognise the place from a few years ago.

Much improved ticket office area and information. Area around the ticket office has been landscaped and includes a dinosaur statue. An additional ticket machine has also been provided.

Handy town centre location and connections to London and other places and looking so much better thanks to the recent facelift. However the platforms which aren't easily connected unlike most stations meaning if you cycle you will have a lengthy walk to retrieve a bike. Also train journey time to Victoria is an absolute joke

No lift at his station, for those with a push chair or wheelchair allow an extra 5-10 minutes to cross the line which you do by exiting the station, crossing the road bridge then re-enteting the station. Toilets and cafe at station and self service ticket machine for when sales office is closed. Large car park.

It is OK but could do with a big overhaul. The key thing for me would be the Thameslink service to London Bridge (most of the trains are for London Victoria / Canterbury / Ashford etc) and hopefully we will have that for 2020. Staff are very good and it has the usual amenities such as paper shop and cafe. A little windswept on a cold and rainy and windy night though if you get off the train at the wrong end of the platform.

It is very nice, it has places to sit. On plataform 1 there is a little shop with snacks, drinks and news papers. You can buy the ticket at the station with card and cash.

Staff are friendly, train service is a regular half hour service to London Victoria, which takes 65 minutes and also half hourly to Canterbury West and Ashford
