There are always enough taxis available.

T. C.Much improved ticket office area and information. Area around the ticket office has been landscaped and includes a dinosaur statue. An additional ticket machine has also been provided.
A. R.England is something different from everything, it is a unique experience. Maidstone is also full of history

A. S.Decent station opens out onto a nice park and pretty council building.
J. C.A good station. Conveniently location and a decent size. Little café is good when it's open. Newly refurbished inside part is nice.

R. S.Handy town centre location and connections to London and other places and looking so much better thanks to the recent facelift. However the platforms which aren't easily connected unlike most stations meaning if you cycle you will have a lengthy walk to retrieve a bike. Also train journey time to Victoria is an absolute joke
C. H.No lift at his station, for those with a push chair or wheelchair allow an extra 5-10 minutes to cross the line which you do by exiting the station, crossing the road bridge then re-enteting the station.
Toilets and cafe at station and self service ticket machine for when sales office is closed. Large car park.
A. B.It is a decent enough station. It has recently been updated. Really like the new Maidstone -> Charing Cross service, a massive improvement over the Victoria service. I just wish the station would advertise it more and also call it 'London Charing Cross' service, I just wonder if people know it exists and goes to London with less stops and is right in the centre of town instead of Victoria. Information boards are always useful. The machine generally works fine (there are two of them) but the office is often closed when I go to the station. Found the service generally fine from the station (other than on strike days), just wish the Charing Cross service was also on Sundays
R. P.It is very nice, it has places to sit. On plataform 1 there is a little shop with snacks, drinks and news papers. You can buy the ticket at the station with card and cash.
