B. J.Great place to park, they park it within the multistory so no mystery speeding tickets whilst away. Staff were there for our arrival around 3am and happy to help. Just don't lose your ticket as you need it to pick your key up. Would 100% use again. Only thing I could comment on was the bus taking us back to the car park took about 10/15 minutes to pick us up but not really that much of a problem.
S. H.Great service. Not as near as the other valet parking service which we have always used previously, but the shuttle bus goes frequently and you are at the airport in 5-10 minutes. A simple terminal registers your car key, add the label and drop it in the appointed box.
When you return, scan your receipt and a little drawer lights up and you can collect your key. No queues, no fuss.
J. B.Fairly straightforward experience, no real problems. Follow the D&G signs, park your car then enter your registration number on a screen to get a tag, which you pass on to an assistant along with your ignition key, you then get a bar coded receipt. Then catch bus to your terminal. Then on your return to car park, you scan the receipt at the relevant returns locker (A, B, C, D) which opens one with your keys inside and lets you know which coloured zone to find your car.
That's about it, load your car and drive out of the car park!

F.Was very nervous about driving to Manchester Airports Terminal 1 departure drop off for the first time to drop off my daughter and her friend for their holiday flight, however it is far easier to navigate in and out than i expected. I was pleased at how well placed and the amount of sign posts and direction signage, making it a far easier to find where to go both in and out. All round excellent experience.
S.Great easy experience. Car left just round the corner from T2. Was on the bus less than 10 minutes. It was lovely that this company isn't over subscribed as it made it much easier to get straight on the bus when being picked up from T2. There were big queues waiting for another bus which had already picked up one load. Not what you want when you're tired after a long flight so really pleased we got on the bus straight away. Parking and picking up your car is all self service. Just make sure you keep your ticket safe!
B. G.I’ve used these guys probably five times at least, and it’s always a professional setup. Easy to drop off the vehicle, and the staff always friendly and offering advice. We recently had our flight cancelled the day before travel, and they were very happy to help amend the booking to the new flight details.
F. L.Fantastic car park. Paid a reasonable price but easy to find and use. Staff on hand to help also which is great. Just a word of advice, double check all information on your collection ticket, so you can find your car easy enough!
O. O.Used this when I couldn't book self-park at the T2 multi-storey for some reason. Sat-nav got me straight there (unlike some of the off-site car parks) and drop off was quick and easy - just scan your bar code, give your keys to one of the staff and get your pick-up ticket.
Buses run to the terminals every 10 mins and only take a few minutes.
Pick up was equally easy, although signage to the pick-up point could have been better. Just make sure you don't lose your key collection ticket!
The car park itself felt safe and the car was exactly where the system said it would be. Very happy.
S. H.Good, but not great. On our return the signage for the bus from T2 is at 90 degrees to the terminal exit,so you miss it. Ended up walking to the other end only to realise we were already there (stop B)
The automated key collection is great, but relies on a human writing the car collection zone on a tag. If they write it on the wrong side, it looks like its blank and you have to walk around randomly trying to find your car.
Overall a good experience let down by the detail.
P. D.Brilliant place to park your car. Staff friendly and very helpful. The only thing I would like to point out is signage to get there from arrivals could be clearer. Apart from that, we will use this again.
P. P.This carpark is on site located by terminal 3. Efficient and timely parking. Your park your car in a lane remember that lane then go drop your keys. Your given a tag and then you hand in your keys. You then get a shuttle bus to your terminal. On return you collect your keys by scanning the ticket given when parked and collect your car from zone. I would of given a 5 star but my car is never in a disabled bay on my return.

g. u.really easy to use. drive up one level following signs & a man helps you to park tight up like on ferries. get bags , lock car ,go to key drop off where you need to remember & type in your vrm. your ticket is printed ( KEEP SAFE & HANDY for end of hols ) ,give park guy your key. go to terminal.
on return go to level 1. put receipt in scanner near to lockers. once scanning you then need to press screen & it will flash one of the boxes with your key in. then walk to coloured zone that the ticket says your car has been placed.
SUGGESTION to staff , once ticket scans , let it open locker remove need to touch screen
G. S.I was travelling for work and have used the jet parks before. For only a few pounds extra I could park here. Well worth it in my opinion.
Make sure you follow the sign’s for Drop & Go on your way there. Then on entry your vehicle reg allows you entry and they have cameras taking pictures off the outside for any damage. You drive up to park in line, there will be someone to help point you in to the correct place. Simply remember the lane number, grab your thing’s and on over to the office. They have a few machines to input your car and flight details. The pop in your keys and grab a ticket and jump on the free bus right to the terminals.
When you arrive back again jump on the bus back to the car park. Take the lift or walk up to level 1, scan your ticket and grab your keys from one of the boxes. They will have the location where your car is parked. Walk to your car, jump in and head home.
Everything is under cover and there is lots of parking. I would definitely recommend parking here it is only a few minutes for the terminals.
L. H.Booked through a third party website which offered the best price. Always prefer parking options immediate to the terminal with no shuttle and most importantly can keep your own keys (you hear the horror stories). Car park very busy but was the October break. Lost a star as relatively expensive for less than 3 days parking, unfortunately typical at UK airports now, admittedly I did book later than I usually would.
M. T.Yeah I will use again. Simple to drop off, hand key over. When picking up it couldn't have been simpler. Cheaper than other parking and there's a frequent bus to take you and pick you up from the terminal you're flying from.
M. S.Very easy to find and close to the terminals. Shuttle bus to the terminals every 10 - 15 minutes. When you book, book as per the flight times. If you book for longer then your flight time, the car keys may not be readily available and you may have to wait for the staff to get your car. Take the picture of the car collection code, just in case you lose it. Staff were helpful.
J. M.It was straightforward and easy. Drop car off, put keys in a box, get bud to terminal then repeat in reverse when you come home. Car was not taken on a secret trip by staff as they sometimes are from Manchester airport. I would do it again.

M. F.Easy and reasonable prices, but note that depending on which way you arrive the post code may take you to the Crowne Plaza carpark. Take the next exit off the roundabout and the car park is on your right. A second point is that the car park is signed as D&G. At 3am it was not obvious to me that this meant Drop&Go! The process itself was very easy although I was not too impressed that the car was parked as far away as possible from the lobby, nor that the heating controls had all been altered. In my view the only acceptable alteration is to the seating position so that the car can be driven safely.
E.Great service and easy to use. Parked car in the designated area, dropped the keys with the reception and went off for my flight. Short bus journey to the terminal, busses run every 10~minutes. On the arrival, scan your barcode, pick up the key from the box and get your car from the parking zone, easy and quick.
i. m.Recently got back from a ten night holiday to Tenerife and I as usual had left my car at drop and go. However when I got back my car battery was as flat as hell due to the recent freezing conditions in the UK. We managed to locate a drop and go worker and within 15 minutes a recovery car had had arrived and got my car running so that we could get hom (no charge). I cannot thank them enough as it was very late at night and was freezing, could not recommend there help and efficiency highly enough. A massive thank you Drop and Go.
A. M.Easy to access, directed to a drop off lane by onsite person following ANPR at entrance. Deposited car key & was receipted for return.
On return, scanned receipt & collected key, however no indication of where the car was so had to walk around & press unlock on key fob to flash lights on car & find it. Bit of a lottery on return as the car is moved once dropped off but there is no detail on collection of where it was parked.
A. B.This was our first experience using the Drop & Go facility at Manchester Airport. The storage is well lit and clear to find our parking slot. A quick check-in and our keys were handed over and a receipt given. Outside was a short walk to the bus stop for the free bus to our departure terminal. Our return from outside our arrival terminal was a free bus to the D&G multistorage a few minutes away. Here there is an automatic service. There is a bar code on your receipt, so you go to the specified machine, scan the barcode then the machine shows you which storage locker your key is in. Light shows whete this is and following pressing a response key on the machine, your key box opens to reveal your car key. A label attached to it states exactly where your car is parked.
This is an excellent service that I can recommend. The car was parked in a clean, well lit area and clear signs for the exit.
We will definitely use D&G again for parking at the airport.
m. h.Ab fab, so simple to drop off and recover vehicle, really well organised and structured. Bus service to all terminals is regular and the bus driver from D&G to our terminal was a really happy chappy, which started our day off well.
c.Our EV broke down an hour after we left it with them . On our return they were brilliant , saw that we were stressed out after our flight and hearing the news . They made us hot drinks , arranged for a contact number for the RAC and then went totally above and beyond by taking up home in one of their cars . Special thanks to a chap called Steve who was so helpful . I would not hesitate to use this company again . Thank you to all concerned Anthony & Averil Goodier
L. S.Height restrictions should be made more clear when booking. We leave our roof box on and didn't realise there was a limit. Luckily we had the tools needed to get it off and squashed it into the car... removing car seats and flattening the seats in the back.

G.Excellent staff couldn't ask for a better service. On entering the carpark our car was scanned we parked up where the staff asked us to on the upper level in the meantime of emptying the luggage out the car i couldn't find my car keys. The manager allowed us to leave the car parked in the bay without leaving the keys, I was about to arrange for BMW emergency assistance, 5 minute walk across to the airport then checking in my daughters wheelchair the keys was there she was sat on them! Phew i phoned the office 2 members of staff from the carpark office kindly came down to the terminal to collect our car keys. Massive thankyou to the customer service we received on using drop & go. On return our keys was waiting in the locked up safety box with a code to open, Will always use them in the future when flying from Manchester airport.
J. G.Drop & Go is the future of parking, but be very careful when picking up your car. The staff seem to be having a laugh changing every setting in the car. The car seat and mirrors were easy but we were on the motorway when we realised the fog lights, sat nav, wifi, heating, everything had been changed. It was quite dangerous getting back to normal while in motorway traffic.

j. b.We were to fly from Manchester at 6.15 am. Accordingly we had to check in 3 hours earlier and there's no public transport at that time. Also upon our return there are no trains so the decito drive to drive to the airport was a given as there was no public transport transfer public.
I'm pleased to say our experience was a good one. The gates opened when our registration plate was identified. On entry the car was photographed automatically. Next we left the car on a parking lane and surrendered the key. A ticket with a barcode was printed for use on our return. We were then taken straight away to our terminal.
Upon return we caught the bus back to the carpark and using the barcode recovered the key from a locker, found the key and drove off. All the people we came into contact with were friendly and helpful. The man who helped us drop off the key and those drivithe buses.
We will use this facility again depending on flights.

d. s.Excellent method. Only problem I had was finding it. Can't believe how thick I was but directions didn't mention D&G signage so when I saw that I thought I don't care where Dolce & Gabbana is I'm looking for a car park. Went round the roundabout 3 times before I cottoned on.🤔

Park up on one level in a drop zone, then leave your keys with the helpful staff. You’ll get a little barcode receipt which you keep for your return - take a picture of it on your phone just in case you lose it!
The bus to the terminal takes a few minutes and runs around every 10 minutes.
You can walk if you want to and is only about 5 mins walk to Terminal 1.
The bus also runs back to Drop & Go too from the terminal.
On your return scan the barcode in the Drop & Go area and the locker with your car keys will open.
Walk to where your car is parked and exit. Simple. 👍

M. E.Very quick and easy service. A touch screen with instructions guides you with what to do. Also, there was a nice member of staff to help available if required. You get a small print out with a bar code on it to scan upon your return. I would take a photo with your smart phone so you don't need to worry about finding it
A. C.Managed to park OK so 2 stars. BUT now my flight has been cancelled and I need to let them know, it took 4 attempts before I got an answer. Finally got back one day late. Every thing then worked fine with help from the D&G office on 2nd floor. So 2 more stars but needs to improve customer communications with either an answer machine or an email address.
a. m.Like the rest of the airport pickup points very expensive parking, so make sure who ever your picking up has arrived and waiting for you, before entering carpark, £6.00 for 30mins wait!

On return, get the bus from stop C , at key collection scan your ticket and box opens with your key and location of the car. Definitely recommend 👌
G. T.A very efficient, secure and trustworthy car parking service. Book ahead for your flight from Manchester airport, turn up, park and drop off your keys. When you return your receipt has a barcode which, when scanned releases the safe door which houses your keys. Pick them up and off you pop.
I've used them twice and in the last 12 months and wouldn't consider anyone else now. So easy. Just the peace of mind you need when holidaying.

So convenient for T1 and T3 I wouldn't park anywhere else.
M. T.I could not believe how much this has gone up in price. Jan 2022 I paid £55.99 for 8 days, then June 2022 it had risen to £92.69 for 8 days.
They had improved the ticket you need on your return, it was bigger than Januarys which I lost, they were very helpful on that occasion. But the price increase isn’t justified.
S. P.A staff member was extremely helpful at 2.30am this morning. After a delayed flight back to Manchester, the Drop and Go machine told us we needed to pay due to overstaying. A free phone was available to call reception & the staff member immediately overrode this charge so that we didn’t need to pay any extra due to the delayed flight. The operational difficulties at Manchester Airport must make the Drop and Go staff’s job extremely difficult at present but I was so impressed with this staff member’s friendly, helpful and efficient manner.

R. W.Can't believe I'm reviewing car parking but.. The staff here are professional, helpful and generally great to deal with. We parked and left the keys with them. The check in staff of a well known Irish based bulk carrier airline refused our boarding. We had to return home. The car parking staff had our car back with us in 5 minutes. Well done. R. J.Parking experience was great. They have thought about the customer experience when designing the process for the car park well. Love the key drop in and collection process. Staff is helpful and is around all the time. The bus frequency can be hit and miss, an digital bus arrival time will definitely help. Also, they can improve the signs to find the place in the roundabouts and junctions.

Don't get caught out by driving into drop off area at terminal, if you do don't pay to get out just press help button at barrier and they will let you out. Once in drop & go there were plenty of staff to talk you through what to do, however on return no one there at all but between us all that had just arrived we managed to work out what to do. Now that I've used this car park and now know how it works will definitely use again
A. K.Used T3 Drop & Go in Manchester for a recent holiday. Parking and drop-off experience was quick and easy, and the price was decent value too.
However, the Key Collection was very poorly signposted upon exit of the terminal on arrival, and took us about 20 minutes to find. Once we got to the right place, was simple to find our car and drive away.
Although the arrival experience was not great, would probably use them again.
G. B.I was flying out of T2 so when I arrived to fly out the coach journey was fine. The return was total chaos and when you've travelled for 6 hours it's an add on stress which maybe could be avoided by more coaches available if they know of pending flights. The parking and key situation was good.

I found it a bit confusing to find the location and as I got back late to pick up my car, again had trouble navigating the building as there was no staff available. But it's good value for money, my vehicle was fine, so would definitely use it again.

P. I.This facility is so straight forward and stress free, drove to barrier, recognised my vehicle and barrier lifted. Was directed where to leave vehicle and pointed in direction where to check in and leave key. Returned today 5 min walk to car park. Scanned barcode and told which locker my key was in, and finally member of staff pointed out my car. So very easy, and helpful staff. Would highly recommend to anyone 😁✌

b.Brilliant service provided. Due to a plane issue we had a days delay after I had dropped the car off. They pulled my car form the lines of cars and let me take my car and rescheduled for the next day with no hassle at all. Needs better signage due to the on going works around the terminals. K. I.We parked at Manchester d and g in March and after a terrible journey to the airport because of closures on the M 56, we were so glad to be greeted by a lovely lady called Helen. She was so helpful and pleasant we couldn't have asked for more. Unfortunately we had to cut our holiday short due to a bereavement and we contacted d and g parking from abroad and miraculously got through to Helen thankfully , who organised our car to be ready early with no problems. We would like to thank her very much and we wouldn't hesitate to use this company again.

This was a simple guided drop off, put you keys in a locker, get a receipt and GO. On you return scan the receipt and you locker opens, showing where your car is parked (same multi storey). You can walk across the sky bridge or catch a regular dedicated shuttle bus outside.

J. B.I have been wary of "Meet and Great" services following press reports of cars being parked in residential areas around the airport.
However, this service is different in that you drive to a very modern multistorey car park located within the airport. Access is via number plate recognition and the car is photographed automatically to record condition. You then drive to the drop off location within the car park.
Post drop off you take your car keys and fill out some details on a terminal. A sticker is produced which you attach to the keys before posting through a slot. You get a receipt as well as pickup details.
Whole process from entry to standing at the airport shuttle bus stop was 10 minutes. Another 10 got me to the terminal.

Very close to the airport with regular 10 min shuttle buses, its maybe a 8 - 10 min walk. Arrive, park up. Register and drop off keys, file away your code number. It's that simple. Shuttle back to the carpark. Enter code number and you're given your colour code to find your car. Will definitely use again.
M. K.Helpful staff, although when I scanned my barcode, it suggested contacting reception, no display where is reception. I went out of the building, and a lovely gentleman guided me to the second floor.
The car was not starting, and a thought battery was flat. I went inside again, and the reception guy came along to check if the battery was down, but eventually, he managed to start it without that.
I would recommend using this to suit your plan and budget with current changing circumstances.

E. W.What a great way to start your holiday by just following the great directions drop off your car, hand over your keys and off you go. You ate handed a receipt with a barcode on it for tour return. Following the signs for key collection you scan your barcode on the ticket and it asks you to confirm its the right car reg and it tells you the location number of your key in one of the numbered boxes, and for added help it even illuminates the box aswell opens up and off you go. There is a location number and colour zone attached to your key out he door and you locate your car. Brilliant easy and shall use it again.

C.Absolutely brilliant experience using Manchester Airports drop & go, this was our first time using this and we payed to use the "on Airport parking" which was the cheapest option and our car was kept in a secure covered multistorey car park, the other option was leaving your car in an "off airport" car park in the open air car park and was double the price so it didn't make sense to pay more and leave our car in the open air for 14 nights....it was very easy to use as you drive in to the drop & go entrance you park in an area where your surrounded by cameras and sensors that read your numberplate and scan your car to record it's current condition and there's a screen to the right that displays your name and car details and then opens the barrier and you follow directions to where a car park attendant tells you where to park up and drop your keys off, you then come to a room full of touchscreen computers for you to use and this is where it asks you to enter your booking reference number it then confirms your booking and return date and prints out a key sticker with a slot number and a barcode which you stick to your key and there's a wall with about 30 numbered slots to post your car keys into and you should also get a receipt that you need to keep safe because you need this to scan when you return to get your key back, and when you return you follow signs to drop & go simply scan your barcode receipt you should have kept at one of the machines again and next to you there is a load of numbered boxes and a box should immediately light up in blue and pop open with your car key 🙌🏻 All In all a very good system and will definitely be using this everytime I go away from now on 👍🏻

Why on earth would anyone want to use any other car parking at Manchester Airport when you have such a service as this.
The over stay fee was graciously waved by the duty manager. I would have happily paid it as JET 2 are paying for the next holiday. Lol.

We went to reception and immediately someone came to our car and started it using jump leads (this was exceptional customer service with no charge). Out side to the car park.. as the lights turn on you realise how good remote locking is as you try an find a small car in a big parking lot with no clue where someone else has parked it... (Bigger taller cars hid it!)

As a driver with disabilities, I had been told that my car would be parked nearby. It was in area 7. When you exit the building, the cars opposite you are in area 1, the neighbouring area is 2, then 3 etc. I walked past the areas but couldn't find area 7 as the areas end at 6. By this point I was breathless and exhausted. I went back to the reception and was told area 7 was completely separate on the left! I saw a poorly designed poster that was difficult to read was inadequate. Blue Badge holder's cars should be parked in the front of area 1.

J.Used this for the first time recently and have to say I'm impressed - first off, the directions actually took you where they were supposed to, the drop-off process was a doddle (park up, walk a few yards to the key deposit area (where a chap tells you what to do) and that's it. The collection process 2 weeks later was also mostly smooth - take the receipt you got when depositing your key, scan it and a box pops open with your key inside. The location of your car is written on the label attached to your key....this was where ours went slightly awry- the person parking our car ready for collection wrote the wrong location on the label (red 4 when it was actually blue 4) an easy mistake to make and one which cost us a few minutes to resolve but no big deal. We will defo use this again.
P. S.First timer experience, but so simple to use, everthing went smoothly from drop off to collection. The shuttle bus stops outside and only takes a few minutes. Will definitely use again.
