I stumbled on PMC Telecom and made a call not knowing if they could help. Garry is a top man. Even knowing that he could not confirm a sale, as It turned out I would not be buying the accessory we were looking for, he still spent time trying to help me sort the issue I was experiencing even though it was not directly or indirectly connected to a purchase from PMC Telecom. He was so helpful and professional, thorough and knowledgeable, and went out of his way to help when he need not have, I will definitely be signposting him and his company for any related products or services we may need and would definitely recommend him to any of my partners, clients or suppliers. Outstanding customer service, PMC Telecom is a company that always puts the customer first. They even sent a replacement phone out to me even though it was my fault that I had not set it up correctly! As well as this they talked me through how to set the phone up correctly and were extremely helpful. I have used phones from PMC Telecom for over a year now and have always found their phones to be both reliable and affordable.

Alex could not have been more helpful and when the first 2 phones had issues with the handsfree (partly as it turned out to do with our line and not the phone) happily allowed us to try again at no cost to us. Customer service pat excellence! Have already added a headset and if I need another phone in the future will definitely use PMC. It helps that they are very price competitive too! :-)

I recently purchased a Plantronics headset from PMC. The order was delivered promptly but I had to return the product as it was no longer required. Their Sales Director authorised a full refund, in addition to postage cost which they didn’t have to. I was impressed by that simple but unexpected goodwill gesture.
