Nice and large Park to play football, run or walk the dog. The community members have been recently doing some works in the woods next to the park and you can even go inside easily. It´s a nice walk around the canal. Hopefully it´s not going to be long until the fair is back.

Spent a good few hours here on a sunny sat afternoon, a nice picnic on the grass, kids entertained with the park a little trip round the small garden centre and shops, a lovely day. And all free, except our picnic we brought with us obvs.

Very nice, great for walking the dog. But the litter bins near the play area on Tesco side need emptying. Been ramped for days.

Nice for a walk, weather with dog or not. Tree planted area's, football pitches, play area, leisure centre with pool. My only gripe is there aren't enough flowering plants, to give more seasonal colour.

Right on my doorstep. Great access. I have 2 dogs and we regularly meet friends in the park for dog walks. Lovely wooded area. Very spacious. Children's play area, exercise area, skate park. Not very good drainage though which is a nightmare when it has been raining and there are large muddy puddles which attract the dogs. Perfect place for hosting Irlam live which I have been to every year.

I just wish dog walkers would take more responsibility for their dogs. A couple walking two small terriers today allowed their dogs to go for me whilst riding my bike despite giving them a very wide berth. It seems its my fault for wearing a yellow conspicuity jacket. They didn't care and allowed them to do the same thing to a following cyclist. They seemed to think it was amusing. Well if they go for me again it will be far from amusing for them.

There are toilets there, a cafe, a charity shop and the garden centre. The garden centre is staffed by people with learning difficulties, All the staff are pleasant. The cafe is a portacabin type building, the food is really good and not too expensive. They have lovely home made cakes. The loos are outside of the cafe, which makes using them a bit chilly at this time of year. Overall good though. A children's park is adjacent to the garden centre and open land and trees where you could take your dog.

Excellent Park great if you want to take the kids out, go on a dog 🐶 walk, our even get a bite to eat and have a coffee ☕️ after a walk yourself. My dogs love it there’s 2 large football pitches, a wooded area, also a separate park for the kids to go radio rental on, the coffee shop sells excellent food, that is situated round the side near the outdoor garden area.also a gym if you feel like doing a bit, our taking a dip in the swimming pool 🏊‍♀️

This is a lovely park. We went with our 4 year old grandson. Lovely play area for all ages. Big parkland to walk round and community garden centre. Clean toilets and cafe. We didn't sample the cafe but will if we call again.skate board area for the more adventurous all in all I would recommend this park parking available on site
