Security staff are friendly and helpful. My better half mistyped the car reg in the pay by phone app. She notified staff and all was good. We'll come back and park again.

Dean Street Car Park proved a good location for parking up and heading to the nearby Theatre Royal. In a world of eye-watering price rises the fact that it's free to use on evenings helps make Newcastle our preferred option for dining out and shows. I hope that won't change anytime soon.

Excellent place to park for Theatre Royal. Currently free after 5 but may be changing soon sadly. Lift was quick and clean

Nice carpark is pretty tight if you drive a large car. Location is great, paid about £7.50 from around 12.10pm. While I was here you could only pay by phone all the machines where out of service. Only downside for me was you can only buy until 8am the next day with free parking from 5pm till 8am.

Deceptively big car park in walking distance to main Street Newcastle. Good prices and easy to get in and out of (Larger vehicles may have some troubles getting in and out, but a vauxhall Astra fits well enough)

If you manage to get here early in the day. This is a good location and short walk uphill to greys monument. Park & pay with app on phone. £3 To park all day Sunday.

Free after 5pm. Pay by phone is my preferred method. Spaces are a little small, but there's worse out there. The pedestrian walking is a little odd if you park on one side but want to use the entrance/exit on the other side. You have to use the car ramps - which are tight for cars anyway, so don't want to be on them when one is coming!

Large centrally located carpark. Well lit, and manned during opening hours. Free to park from 5pm to 8am. Can pay at machine or “pay to park” app. Carpark locked from midnight to 7am. Not expensive. Only downside is spaces are a bit small.

As inner city car parks go this one is quite good. Good clean lifts, well signed and lots of payment meters available, You can pay using the app or other traditional ways. Its relatively bright and quite close to the shops once you have navigated the big hill back up into the city centre. If you know you are going to park there, drop your companions off first at the top of the hill if you can to save them the long walk back up, failing that let them out before you entre as space between cars is as you would expect quite small. I often use this car park and have never had to wait more than a minute or two in order to find a space. But l might just be lucky.

It makes car parking a pain. Pay at the entrance and tap when you leave to pay with your card. No machines take cash.

Seeing as it's the only carpark around town I guess it's pretty decent. Tightly packed and many reserved bays, but fear not! If you forget to pay for parking the fine is only £25 if you pay i Within the first 7 days. so you can't complain really! Managed to fit a LWB transit in and up to the top floor so anything fits in that regard

Lucky if you get a space, a very busy car park, a little tight on the bends just be sure you are lined up right to not scuff your bumbers or wheels. Free after 5pm

It's a car park. Not much really to review except have the paybyphone mobile app downloaded and set up with a payment method before you go in, will save loads of faffing about. Just enter the code at the ticket machine. Done!

It is beautiful park but have some problem like it is so narrow, it's payment method is not good too if you go you have to pay with mobile payments so i don't like this thing. Otherwise it's everything good. And I hope in future it will solve it's problem. Thank you🙏
