The centre is well run, with helpful and friendly staff who guide you through each step of the process. Results are returned quickly from this centre.
R. P.The business of this location is no longer a park and ride. The site is being used as a COVID drive-in testing MEDICAL FACILITY.

G.Used this park and ride a few days ago during a family day out to Newcastle, busses was clean and modern (we purchased a day pass so that we could make use of the busses in the city centre to save on some leg work). The car park itself was easy to find and well signposted off of the A1, it was almost completely empty which was a surprise.
P. M.This Park & Ride car park is about 5.5 miles north of Newcastle. The Q3 bus service takes you into city centre, and on to the Quayside and Wallsend. Passes through busy suburbs and commuter route, so allow plenty time for journey during peak times.
W. R.If you're travelling from the north, this is the best option to avoid traffic. Free parking, massive car park and the bus is less than £4 return to Elton Square/Haymarket (city centre)
