H. R.Plenty of spaces available and reasonable prices, especially for shorter stays. However, be cautious if you have a lower suspension than average - there are lots of very firm speed bumps, I bottomed out and scraped my car on one despite having an average height suspension. You should be able to avoid them by parking close to the entrance, if spaces are available.
S. S.Easy access to Friars Walk shopping centre. Always find plenty of car spaces to park. Usually leave within an hour and pay £1.
M. J.It's and underground carpark with reasonable sized spaces but rubbish entrance and exit for larger vehicles. I have a large estate car and risk damaging it every time I go in or out of the car park.
a. p.Central location within Newport with access to many Restaurants. Unfortunately unlike Cwmbran (which has free car parks) charges are made to park here. First hour is £1, 2-3 = £2 40, 3-4 = £ 3 60, 4-6 =£6 00, 6-10 = £8, 10 - £24 = £15
A. J.Decent enough car park, can be tricky to get in and out of at times depending on traffic. Not enough parent and child bays available though.
J. P.Convenient for the Riverfront across the road. Typical of most NCP places - of zero aesthetic value but somewhere relatively safe to park in the city centre. Was manned and loads of cctv. As a lone woman felt quire safe there in the daytime.
K. B.Newport needs free parking to breathe life back into the shops. Come on councillors sort it out.The locals are going into Cardiff to shop because of no free parking. Wise up and sort it out.
D. J.It's a nice clean, airy, open car park. Good lighting, good visibility, easy to see the spaces, just follow the arrows.
Downside is the entrance being a tiny slip off the main road so traffic can back up at busy times.

r. p.Clean well lit car park with facilities on hand ,prices excellent ,we come from the Plymouth area and you won't parking as reasonable as this in Plymouth.
S. C.Contactless "wave" to get your ticket on entry is a good feature during these times. Only improvement would be number plate recognition meaning you didn't need to put your ticket in the exit barrier.
