It’s a car park… But it is good and never really too busy, even if you have to queue to wait it isn’t usually for long.
Will use again :-)

Parking bays very close. Also narrow lanes around the floor. I won't be going back

Very tight spaces, especially around supporting ironwork.

Very handy, but a bit hard to locate, so make sure the sat-nav takes you to the Ber Street entrance. Always feels very cold, so don't hang about. Discounts for John Lewis shoppers, so get you ticket validated when you make a purchase. Number plate recognition means you often don't use the ticket as you exit by car.

Always spaces as I think people don't realise there's a car park there and it's not to pricey, plus if you have a coffee they validate your ticket to get £1 off.....

We always use this car par when visiting Norwich, the only downside is the area around your car is limited in space getting in and out of the car, and the offer of a reduced price is available if you use John Lewis shop.

Has many end bay spaces that aren't even big enough for my Smart car to park! Well I can park it but I can't get out of the car. Apart from that it's a well maintained car park and prices are typical Norwich city centre rates (i.e. high!)

Great car park. Lots of spaces. Quite expensive and closes at 17.15 on Sundays - they lock the doors, so make sure you have left before then, or else you will need to get a taxi home. It is one of those multi storey car parks where the spaces are in threes, where the middle space is fine, but the two edge ones are hard up against concrete posts designed to stop you opening your door.

What an amazing car park 😍
