A. C.The car park could do with having the pot holes filling in, but the heath itself is a fantastic location.
A great place to get lost and have a wander, although watch out for the gradients, you'll find yourself hiking if you pick the wrong path!!
N. I.Nice public space, good for dog walking and jogging. Lots of different routes to explore and go towards the centre and you feel nice and far enough away from the noise from nearby roads. Went on a trial run which was hard due to the difficult terrain, but was a good challenge and would recommend for trial runners.
R. T.Ok so the car park is a car park, and it's free, lovely. More importantly the heath it is in connection with is a very nice place to run/walk/bike around. Lots of hills and things to run/ride down so it's not just a flat boring walk. However not really wheelchair friendly. The odd tree swing which is entertaining. Yeah nice place to go.
L. H.Great place to walk the dogs and just get away from the city without having to go far. If you want to go for a run on something other than tarmac or pavement Mousehold will keep you entertained for hours. The Heath and the woods is public property so it will stay as is for years to come which means no worries of it being turned into housing! Mousehold also has a Pitch and Putt if you fancy something a little different, there's Zaks for food, the bandstand and football pitches over the road and if you're careful you can see into parts of Norwich prison. If you don't want to see inside you can park up at St James Hill and get amazing views of the entire city, you'll also get to see the prison face which was constructed in 1887.
J. R.A little haven to visit for a walk or just to enjoy a bit of peace and quiet to sit and contemplate. Great view down onto the city of Norwich. Adequate car parking and a couple of cafes with great views.
