Used whilst on holiday. Great frequency of buses. Good easy to follow time table No need to bother about parking as bus direct to city centre. Will always use park and rides in Norfolk

So easy, so cheap. Buses every 15 mins. Drop offs at town centre. Easy to find, really helpful chatty bus drivers. Would be silly to try to park in the city centre. Motorhome friendly, no height restrictions. (£5.50) per car load. (Although bus pass holders are only £2 each).

Bus ride in quick to Castle stop. But don't buy a city pass ticket. Didn't know two different bus companies. Waste of time as you can't use it on most buses. The timetable was far too complicated. Even at the main bus station they didn't seem to know what bus we needed to get to travel towards Eaton park and university or if we could get one back. Better of buying a standard return.

Excellent service, cost ~ £7 for a party of 6 including a 16 year old and an OAP. The journey to Norwich city centre takes about 10 minutes or so on a nice new clean double decker bus. Return journey buses at 15 minutes intervals. All good.

Can’t fault the service as it was regular and you get real time updates via the app as to where the bus is. Bear in mind though, that due to COVID, all the windows are opened, and the bus was effing freezing!

Nice and easy to get to and will use this P&R again. The bus fares are really good, my friend and I were charged £5.50 for an all day group ticket after 10AM. Much better to use P&R as the city centre can get really busy in Norwich. Was nice to watch helicopters from the airport coming and going too.

Great park and ride. Motorhome friendly, no height barriers. But no overnight parking either - which is fair enough. All Norwich park and rides are good for over sized vehicles. Well done to the local council. Some towns are impossible to park in - come on England let's make our country motorhome and tourist friendly.

Easy way to get to the city centre

Friendly driver can only get a return, which is unusual if you're flying out. But at least it's only £2.70. There is a McDonald's near the airport too.

It got us to town and back, but the drivers were obnoxious. The female driver we had going was very patronising. Both need more training in customer service.

If you need to shop in Norwich, this is the place to park. 15 minute bus ride. For three adults return we paid £5. Excellent value. Excellent service.
