Beware! I was charged £6 for under 3 hours parking because I arrived at 16.30 and left at 19.00 incurring the daily charge plus the evening charge together! I've been using this car park for 6 weeks now and have never had this happen before. Now I know why it's never full 😡 CHARGES DO NOT MATCH HOSPITAL CAR PARK AS HOSPITAL HAS NO CUT OFF TIME BETWEEN DAY AND EVENING RATES AND DO NOT CHARGE TWICE. (I have emailed about this but no reply to date 😡😡) Charges are not visible until you enter the car park and of course you have to pay to leave if you don't want to pay twice. There is no 30 minute free parking as in hospital car parks.

Used this car park for the first time last week for a hospital appointment. Spacious, great signposting to find your way to the hospital and very handy to be able to tap your card on entry to pay. Hassle free!

Had an appointment at Norwich hospital. Large multistorey NCP car park, when I arrived and left there was plenty of spaces. It is a few extra minutes walk to the main hospital but no queuing as in the main hospital car parks. Only problem is it will not accept validated tickets from the hospital so could be expensive for a long appointment.

Probably the best hospital car park I've ever used (and I've used dozens). Quite reasonable fees (about £3 for a couple of hours, or free in the ♿ car park). The hospital is excellent too!!!

Very easy to use. Plenty of spaces. Spaces for electric charging. Love the musical barriers. Any hope of ticket free and psy by phone options?

A great addition to hospital parking. Easy access and sign posted well. Came at peak time pm and loads of parking available. Very spacious car park with no pillars or posts so you won’t scrape your car. Pricing seems very reasonable. Well signposted to the hospital and less than a 5 min walk. It takes the hassle out of parking at the hospital. This is a must use. Modern looking pay machines with cash or card payments accepted. They’ve done a great work adding this multi story, happy days and well done.

If you are visiting the NNUH do not waste your time trying to find a space in the over crowded flat car parks use this multi storey - always plenty of spaces and just a short walk to the hospital -

Excellent car park and so convenient. Parking at the hospital, before this car park was built, was always a problem and finding a space used to be a lottery. This car park is so handy and staff are helpful too.
