Inexpensive, fairly priced. Handly location if only visiting this part of city, although very busy on match days. Tight spaces and ramps - ideal for small cars. Not many parent and child spaces. MUST choose correct ticket upon entry (blue for leisure, Red for rail - get this validated if you can). MUST get in the correct lane when exiting (left for city, right for ring road).

Expensive - Agree; £20 for +5hours, that's too much. Tight space on ramps - Disagree; The space on the ramps are wide enough. Those who say that the space is too tight, check your mirrors, do your observations and climb the ramp, or don't bring your trucks in a carpark.

Great priced car park for going to Riverside, only downside is the tight level ramps, especially the one to get to the exit, always anxious I'll scratch my car but spaces aren't overly small so that's a bonus

It's location is decent. However, the parking spaces can be very narrow. Awkward when you have children or shopping to put in back seats. The ramps up and down are tight and evidence of alot of people scrapping their cars. I still use it. But only put of convenience/availability not really choice.

Good spot near the train station and only costs £12 with a ticket. Turning up and down the floors though can be a bit tight in a big car.

Large car park ideal for Riverside. Free parking if you get your ticket verified at various businesses, which is ideal. Driving up and down the floors can be tricky. Swinging the car round can be tight. Why build a huge car park and make some bits tight as a gnat's chuff?

Fine. Spaces a little tight, but that's common in a multi storey. Layout a little confusing if you aren't local and haven't used it before, but payment system easy to use. Exit also a little difficult if you're unfamiliar with the roads and you need to know where you want to go immediately as the lanes split left or right, so if you aren't sure where you need to be,you end up in the wrong lane,as i did!haha. I'm sure it's fine if you use it regularly.

Good location if you're accessing Riverside shops but driving around the carpark itself can be tricky as the ramps are very narrow. Pricing is a little steep too and on a busy day you will queue to get out

Its a bit dear but the location is good. If you use some of the facilities in the area you can get your parking validated and the large area gives a good scope for parking either for leisure or for the train station.

Great location for the train station. I only tend to use it when visiting the cinema, (which is free), so can't comment on the pricing. One thing I will say is that it's very, very tight. Happily I can drive but I dread to think how many lesser mortals have scratched their cars on the tight ramps. Be warned.

Multi storey car park at Riverside Entertainment Centre Feels a very safe car park - well lit/available staff Only minus is very narrow- infamous locally - though the spaces themselves are fine Get 4 hours free parking if you visit cinema or bowling - remember to get parking ticket stamped at venue !!! Car park is also opposite Norwich railway station - there are two prices - one for railway passengers and one for entertainment Press correct button on entry at barrier

You can struggle sometimes to find a space, especially if it is a bank holiday or if the football is on. Very convenient parking for the riverside complex and you can get parking validated from: the cinema, gym, gravity and bowling. As far as I am aware the resteraunt don't validate parking which is a shame.

21/2 max parking, this area has more to offer than any other in Norwich, from entertainment,food,games and shopping. Just be careful, lots of thieves around too, My Motorola was stolen at Hollywood bowl.

Brilliant but wish the stay was longer you only get 3 hours which if your disabled and cant get about well and have to stop a lot time goes quick and 3 hours parking is not long enough i think they need to review this its a huge downfall .

Very friendly staff. Had an issue with my ticket due to the pay machine going down without me realising it. The car park attendant (I think) was very friendly even though I was a bit of a dick as I was quite frustrated/embarassed, and the man on the count was equally helpful in getting it resolved. Whoever it was around 19:00pm on Friday 10th November, hats off to you.

Good to park for cinema and local restaurants, parking can be validated, but owning a big car, it's very tight getting between floors, seems tighter on way down than up

Usually full and you have to go 5-10 floors up, and the driveways between floors are reaaaaaally narrow, so you've got to be extremely careful with a bigger car :/
