D. P.St Andrews car park is conveniently located at Norwich city center. We arrived here and then walk along the main attractions of the city which is only walking distance away. You can not use contactless like in other parking facilities, so make sure you pay your ticket on the payment machines before heading to the exit.

A. W.This is a multistorey carpark in Norwich, good for Cinema City and St. Andrews. It's safe and cheap enough for a trip to the cinema. You can generally find a space without too much bother.

J. B. (.Very expensive, I paid £3.60 for 1hr and 10mins on a Sunday. This is way overpriced. The only reason this gets 3 stars is because it's a clean and well laid out car park. But it's pricing for a Sunday is off putting.

M. L.They always seem to be 'working on it' - which is better than letting it fall into wrack and ruin but still irritating. Often full, with a long wait for parking, so get in early. At least it doesn't smell of wee, unlike some car parks I could mention.

G. C.What can you say about a multi story car park? The spaces are a little small but that's the case with most car parks "squeeze in as many spaces to squeeze out as much money" Always pretty tidy, lift sometimes smells a bit weird.
Used to use it a lot as it is accessible 24 hours a day and has a very fair overnight rate. Also good location as you skip a lot of traffic when leaving the city centre

Unable to use disabled toilet as not just a radar key but a code for the bolt is required and no explanation how to obtain such, hence deduction of a star. Lifts all working to access all floors.

C. H.On arriving at the car park just in time for a meeting I discoved a flat tyre on my car. With no time to sort out the repair I had little choice but to wait until my return. The staff at St Andrews were nothing short of excellent. They assisted me in paying for my car at the time of my return and explained that when I did eventually leave they would lift the barrier for me. I was also kindly provided with a cup of coffee - Big Thank you to the lovely staff!

P. C.What can I say it's a car park, but I was pleased to see the disabled bays were plentiful and access to the high street was good with ramps and lifts to all floors to and from the shops/market. I found it to be quite expensive though.

When i came back, i couldnt find my car. I asked a lovely lady (she looked a bit cold) and she helped me find my car.
She even offered to help me warm up for only £40!!!

F. H.This is a great centrally located carpark in Norwich city. Need to remember to pay before you go back to your car to leave. There are lots of disabled spaces on the ground floor and some on the 1st(which double as parent and child) but neither are well signposted.
P. S.Parked after 6.30pm for just £2.20 for the 8 hours I was there. Spot on pricing.
Place was clean and I felt the car was safe at all times. Even when I went to collect it at 3am on a Saturday morning after a gig.
Spots indoor were a little small for a wider car - luckily nothing was parked either side but during busy hours I could imagine it would be tight.

Reasonably well positioned with just a small walk into the town centre, shopping area, castle, hotel and some decent restaurants.
CCTV and attendants were also in operation / present.
This was my first visit to this car park and it won't be my last just wish I had found it sooner.

R. F.Nicely maintained car park, the stairwells don’t smell like urine which is a nice change to other multi-story car parks. Well signposted inside in regards to the exit and no entry’s. All round decent car park. Price could be worse for how central it is.
H. M.Modern multistory car park with wheel chair access and run by city Council. Fortunately one of the few car parks where car doors do not open onto a concrete post. Disabled parking is available on lower floors with lift access. As a city centre park it can get expensive but cards are accepted on ticket machines.
There is a low night rate but it will be added to the day hourly rate if car parking time overlaps the two.
Park open 24/7.
B. H.A helpful car park with only a short walk to the city centre. The prices aren't so reasonable, however for evening charges they are quite appealing in contrast to hunting for street parking. Spaces are well sized for my hatchback and the driving system is logical and spacey.

J. W.Does what it say on the tin. I parked all day costing £6 which I thought was very reasonable. Clean toilets on site also. Some spaces are on the small side however for drivers of larger vehicles.

a. f.I park here a lot when i come to norwich and find it the easiest & cheapest multi-storey to access. the staff are always lovely if i have a problem with my ticket or ID; there’s always enough space & their covid secure routes to access / exit the building are clear to understand.

A. P.St Andrews car park is a useful place to park due to its location (being within easy walking distance from the city centre). There are 6 floors which plenty of choice if you arrive early enough. However, it is very popular, so you do have to arrive relatively early to be guaranteed a space.
It is somewhat costly and the prices have recently been raised. However, comparatively to places like chapelfield, it is still quite affordable, especially if (like me) you intend to park there most of the day. At the current time it cost £6.00 for 5+ hours.

J. “. P.Great car park with a great view from the top. It has a max £6 an hour a day but that is false, if you stay all day it's £8.20 or similar as they add on an evening set rate on top of the day rate. Good car parking for families and loads for disabled users.

D. K.Great value especially for all day parking. If returning to my car in the evening always feel safe as the car park is well lit. Lifts available to all floors and usually spaces available except in peak times. Definitely worthy of 5 stars.

A. S.Decent car park, no internal columns so you'll never park next to a steel post. You do have to drive all the way around to get in and out (ramps only span in one direction), and it can be expensive, but my company pays parking expenses luckily
Pedestrian exit is via a bridge on the 2nd floor, which is about the level you'll probably end up parking at as it fills up. The bridge is almost safe - well lit but over a rough area and with homeless people congregating around it - make of that what you will.
One drawback is the ancient ticket machines sometimes do not print receipts, which I need to claim the parking expense. Security will write one out in that case though
r. l.Not the cheapest car park but is big and you can walk straight up the road to the Norwich market.
Fills up fast after 10 am depending on the weather. Always full before lunch time and starts to empty just after.
Is kept clean. Often see people sweeping and mopping.
T. W.St Andrew's is a very good value car park with quick access to Norwich city centre via a 5 minute walk. For only £6 for parking for a full working day the charges are very reasonable bearing in mind the location of the car park and how easy it is to get into the city. There is alot of space in the car park and even at 9am you can find that the top 2 floors are reasonably free with spaces to choose from but I would recommend parking elsewhere on the weekends due to increased traffic as well as very limited spaces, better off going to Chapelfield or the Forum to find spaces if you are coming from the South. I.e. if you have traveled to Norwich using the A47, A11, A140 etc. I would say that the only minor issue I have with the car park is the tight turns needed to travel up the car park which are fine when coming down but this may be because of my car being quite large as supposed to the car park being undersized so overall 4/5 👍.
A. R.Ideally placed for getting to the famous market in the square, this one has a walkway that takes you from floor two to the street that leads uphill to the centre of town. Well lit, it has some tight corners that meant they had to place protective anti-car-damage plastic barriers here and there. We have stayed in the Premier Inn next door that has a deal with the car park, making it the most central and best VFM way to drive into town and stay.

T. M.Plenty of spaces, open 24-hours and the staff were very helpful when my card failed the other day. Feels about middle of the road for prices, but it is comparable to a return bus ticket so the convenience is worth the little extra. We'll situated for Norwich city centre, too.

The car park attendant was having a go at some one for trying to put cash in a machine that had a no cash sign, I can relate to his lack of tolerance of the less observant, but he was a bit of a muppet about it. Also most of the pay machines need sorting out....they are often of order

V. J.One way system for cars, one way system for pedestrians too. I personally struggled with the stairs as there is no pedestrian exit to St Andrew's St, but coming back was so much easier.

There's plenty of room, spaces are big enough, well laid out, obviously could be cheaper, but i choose this car park over several others in the area just because it's not like the usual car park in terms of space to drive around etc.
M. R.Very good security here, and safe to leave your car, only problem is you still have to put your ticket in the machine in the car park, although it has been validated by The Premier Inn.
