Its a lovely walk we took the 2 dogs and the kids they all enjoyed it. We went in the summer for a picnic. The only down side to this park is that there's no public toilets

Awesome place to come!! Plenty of areas to walk, kids can play....and there's an ice cream van and a coffee van too! What more could you ask for.
Extremely busy at weekends and I can see why.

This is a great place to bring children. There is a free car park, children's play area, picnic tables, sometimes a mobile coffee van. The park has lots of open space to walk around with a beautiful wooded area and a formal garden area near the car park.

The carpark is too small and unable to cope when they hold events on the field like hemlock happening and the fun fair. Parking is like a free for all and the carpark needs to be monitored. People parking in the disabled spaces without blue badges too. The ice cream van and the coffee van are a great addition to the carpark though and a real bonus is that the carpark is free to use. People just need to park more sensibly.

Lots of woods to explore with children. Good sized green area for exercise without the climbs into the woods. Good sized playground.
Fair on grassed areas when I visited.

Nice place to walk the dogs, play park does not have enough equipment for small toddlers in the 1 to 2 years of age bracket.

We bring the dogs here for a walk twice a day. Lucky to have a park like this near to us. The dogs love chasing the squirrels.
