Very satisfied with our trip to Oaktree Motors. They managed to fit us in for as an emergency for a new alternator. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Will be returning for MOT and service. Excellent range of motorhomes for sale here. We had a browse while waiting for some upgrades done on our motorhome. Staff all really friendly and it would appear a really good place to buy from. We have just bought a motorhome from here and the customer care service was second to none. Andy, one of the Sales Team demonstrated to us how everything worked and is knowledge was outstanding. Bought our motorhome from OAKTREE 2 years ago, traveled through Europe at the beginning of this year due to the pandemic delaying our plans and encountered a small list of problems through no fault of OAKTREE , phoned David Bacon from Portugal and he put our minds at ease in relation to the issues, when we returned to the UK the motorhome went to OAKTREE to have the jobs repaired.. Can not fault this company and there service, all the staff are extremely helpful and polite, if something can be done, rest assured this company will do it.. Mr David Bacon is a man of his word.. If your looking to purchase a motorhome this is a company I would recommend 10 times out of 10..complete confidence in them 👍👍👍

The staff at Oaktree Motorhomes are all very friendly and helpful, the receptionist knows my name when I walk in without having to tell her, they always offer free drinks and refreshments, and everyone goes out of their way to make my customer experience a good one. On the occasions when I've needed help with my van (bought from them) they have always gone above and beyond to get it fixed asap, and I can't fault them.

Would like to leave a good review, albeit we didn't make a purchase. We made a deposit on a van as we live 200+ miles away. The interaction and updates from Jason were fantastic, he is a credit to your company! Brad could've been a bit warmer with us when we sat outside his office, but perhaps he was busy... During our visit we were looked after very well by Jason and the receptionist, thank you both. Upon viewing the van, we just felt we would have to spend a bit to bring the van up to our required standard. But even though we stated we weren't proceeding with the purchase, Jason was absolutely fine about it and fully understood. We were refunded our deposit in full. Will always keep an eye on your website for our perfect van, its out there somewhere! Thank you Oaktree.

Visited today 8/8/21 after seeing a good choice on your Web page . We spent at least a couple of hours looking and finally agreed on a van we liked one priced at £26,995. Your sales manager ( that's what he said he was after I asked if he was the owner, was what I thought a little bit sharp and not bothered . Yes I asked him if there was any leeway on the price , his reply was a flat no , and I won't find one like this for the price or the extras you offer ., I explained we were cash buyers and was just trying to get the best value . He was not interested and walked away saying I will leave it with you .it was like he couldn't be bothered and didn't want to be at work . So we walked away , well he did say it will be gone by next week , so I seen that as we were just a customer , and another one will arrive after us. The lady on reception was lovely , asked us a few times if we wanted a warm drink & shown us where the umberellas were , I don't know her name but tell her thank you , it was the only pleasant interaction we had . We might visit at a later date , I will just make sure to speak to a different staff member.i will say I have only given 3 stars because of his shortness , not because I didn't get a reduction, there are better ways to explain to customers and say no with a smile and explain things better , not sound un interested, we did like how we could look around without being pestered . It was just a shame that one member of staff couldn't be bothered , I work in retail myself and know some customers can be awkward & rude , I was neither of those & would never dream of being like that with a customer.

Great professional service. So patient with us as sorting the finances, took longer than we'd hoped. The only (tiny) thing is they removed some signage from the MH, which we liked, but it was missing a letter. On viewing, our marvellous salesman Lee said he would replace the missing letter but on collection all had been removed. With the reason that a replacement couldn't be found so they took everything off. Personally I would of liked to have been asked, I understand why this was done, but it would of been nice to be asked. This is our first MH, and oaktree will definitely have our business again in a few years time when we bring her back to upgrade. Thank you guys.

I liked it so much I bought a campervan. Nice lounge area, free coffee and tea while you wait. Good selection of campervans; motor homes, all shapes and sizes. Friendly and helpful staff and very knowledgeable. If you do buy a van of some sort there's a ninety minute handover of the vehicle so you will know every aspect of the van before you leave. If you are looking for your holidays on wheels, then look no further.

Used Oak Tree to purchase our first motorhome after looking at several other dealers over a number of months. A very positive experience with no pressure or hassle and knowledgeable staff. The service manager could not have been more helpful in offering advice and also sorted an after fit solar panel at a great price. All in all with the three members of staff I had dealings with, I was very pleased. The vehicle came with a complete service history and habitation check history and having used it for a few months I am very pleased with the advice I got as it meets our needs. I will definitely continue to use them in the future as they have a good selection of makes, builds and layouts and the overall experience for me was first class.

Excellent service. Had issue with water pump while away. Contacted Oaktree just as they were closing for the day. They stayed on the phone offering suggestions to get it fixed. Worked out van needed a new water pump. Said to call next morning and they will sort it. True to their word, we called and took van straight in. Luckily we were not too far away. They fixed it within the hour. We were then able to enjoy the rest of our holiday. They couldn't have been more helpful. So much better than Lowdham's.

I have already given a 5 star review following the purchase of our motorhome. During the following few weeks after purchase a few small items that required attention were noticed. I contacted the service department and they were very happy to book the vehicle in and repair all issues. The motorhome was repaired while we waited and everything done under warranty. All staff again were very friendly, professional and all the issues that had arisen were fixed and the vehicle returned to me once I was happy with the work that had been carried out. Plenty of tea, coffee and biscuits supplied in reception while waiting for repairs to be carried out. Excellent service again from all at Oaktree.

We have recently bought a newer motorhome from Oaktree & I can honestly say they are a superb company who have my total trust. The motorhome we bought was professionally valeted. All changes we asked for ie another TV & socket point, a new electric water filler were completed to the highest of craftsmanship. Jason the person who handled the sale never rushed us, he explained everything about the van. What I found invaluable was his knowledge on the importance of correctly draining down the systems when in storage. He gave his home number to call after 6pm anytime. We partexed our older motorhome & again this was done in a non stressful professional manor. They price Motorhomes for other companies across the UK as they are knowledgeable on what a current motorhome is worth. We received a fair price for our older van & the one we bought was a fair price too. Will definitely go back for my services each year. 💖

Great shopping experience when buying our Motorhome, Jason helped us with information about the motorhome, everything was checked and any minor jobs were fixed ,on handover Jason spent time making sure we knew where everything was and how to work the items. The motorhome came with 12 months Mot and Tax, plus a 3year warranty.Jason even did a follow up call whilst he was on holiday to see if everything was ok and how we were doing can only rate the service as 11/10 and 5 stars. It will be back to Oaktree Motorhomes when we upgrade.

I cannot praise highly enough the staff at Oaktree Motorhomes. We've had some extremely bad experiences with other motorhome dealers and even been defrauded by UK's largest MH dealer. We wanted a motorhome but were very very worried about buying one. Everyone at Oaktree was wonderful. They are genuine, sincere people who could not have done more to help us. Our motorhome is wonderful and whenever we have needed them, they have been there. We will never go anywhere else. These are people you can trust.

We love our RS motorhome. I bought it from Oaktree Motorhomes nearly four years ago and it came with one of their RAC warranties. We had looked round other dealers but got put off with the majority of them, firstly because of the presentation of the vans themselves, and also because some of them just don’t seem able to clean them properly before they go on site. Then there was the nagging salesman who insisted on following us around! It was also interesting when I did a search on the dealers to see any comments passed online. At this point, I did realise that even if the van seems cheap, there’s not much point in it if you can’t get the aftersales care. When we bought our van from Oaktree in 2016, it was three years old and looked like a new van inside. They seem to have a policy of “we will not follow you around - just come and see us if you need any further information.” Even though it was probably more than I wanted to pay, we just fell in love with our RS. I did have cause to use the warranty over the next three years, but we didn’t have to worry about justifying it to the warranty company as David, the service manager, looked after it all. And, in actual fact, having just had a major problem with it, when it was eight months out of warranty, it’s amazing that one of the directors of Oaktree got involved and arranged for me to get it fixed at the RS factory. It was a complete removal of all the existing seals and a complete new sealing job and also they did another few things that I had not noticed needed attention, good job Oaktree were negotiating the price ! The big lesson I have learned is that just because a dealer is a few hundred pounds cheaper, what you cannot buy is the best aftersales service that we have ever experienced. I have to say that I have no links with Oaktree Motorhomes whatsoever except that I am a very happy customer and would have no hesitation in being so again if I choose to downsize in the future. I brought my first motorhome from these guys in January 2019. I can honestly say they are one of the most professional companies I’ve ever had to deal with. Their whole business model is about doing the right thing by the customer even if it eats into their short term profits, on the basis a happy customer keeps coming back for servicing, repairs and future motorhome purchases; it is clearly working for them. Their online adverts are detailed, informative and have great quality pictures and video. Their premises are immaculate, all the vehicles are spotless and left unlocked to view, the sales staff are so unpushy that they leave you alone unless you ask for their help and you never feel pressurised to make a purchase. When you do need to speak to somebody, there are always plenty of staff members around who are knowledgeable and happy to help. Their waiting area is modern, comfortable and equipped with sofas, reading material, complementary biscuits, other snacks and hot drinks served by their receptionists. Despite having already paid for my motorhome, they fixed several minor faults before I collected it; including several I hadn’t even noticed. I left with a new DPF and a new vehicle battery despite never noticing an issue with either. Two weeks after collection, I had a major leak from the bottom of the kitchen sink which caused the electrics to trip. I drove back to their offices without an appointment, and they apologised profusely. Whilst I waited, they fixed a loose pipe on the sink, took the fridge out and dried it all off, and after causing minor damage to a knob on the fridge, ended up posting me a replacement free of charge which arrived the next day. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Oaktree to anybody who wanted to know that they’ll be looked after both before and after purchase.

Just bought my latest motorhome from Oaktree Motorhomes and very glad i chose this company as oppose to several others with similar vehicles at similar prices... Having travelled over from Ireland we were collected early the following morning & taken out to Oaktree to see the motorhome & we were not disappointed the van was exactly as described a couple of small snags which were quickly put right before we left, we were even given a downloaded print out map and advised of our best way back to the ferry port, all in all a lovely experience and a very nice wagon for our next adventures... Special mention to our salesman Richard Stout who kept us updated from the 1st initial contact to the completion of the deal. A great team to have on your side I recently bought an 11 year old Rapido from OMC. From the exhaustive and exhausting! but very knowledgeable hand-over by Jason to the resolution of a series of teething problems, OMC have consistently listened well, responded quickly, investigated effectively and have never failed to come up trumps. In addition they have been supportive and considerate and have always gone the extra mile or even two! Their commitment to service is impressive. Great experience and fantastic service from all the staff I encountered. On recommendations by my brother and brother-in-law, who both purchased a Motorhome recently from here. I live in the Isle of Man, so all the viewing and transactions were done on the internet or over the telephone. Hi All at Oaktree,I know you have customer testimonials coming out of your ears,but look out,here is another.After my Hobby Motorhome developed an electrical fault on the habitation side I tried to get it repaired locally but after two weeks,the local garage conceded defiet.I contacted Oaktree{where I purchased it some 18 months earlier] spoke to Dave ,and was told to bring it in for investigation,which I duly did.I informed Dave that I wanted to go to France in 2 weeks,hoping that it would be possible to remedy before that.To my utter amazement,after only 40 hours Dave rang to say the Motorhome was done and ready for collection,I was astounded at the speed and efficiency this repair was carried out,why did I even consider letting anyone else look at the van? So,to anyone considering buying a van,or looking for work to be carried out,I would say,Look no further than Oaktree.I was drawn to them by their reputation,and I am so pleased about that,from the warm and smiling reception staff[who make very good coffee incidentally]to the friendly and knowledgeable sales staff,And especially Dave and the boys in the workshop,I cant tell you how much stress you relieved.If that wasn't enough the repairs were carried out under Oaktrees warranty,so there was no cost to myself.It doesn't come any better than this,I will certainly recommend you,an return again,Thank You All,Very,Very Much,We wish you much success,John and Jackie Wain.
