Reviews of Woodthorpe Grange Park

Quiet and peaceful park, that I pass so often, but rarely visit. Should pop in more! Only gripe is lack of shelter, across the whole park, if caught out in the rain etc

This is a lovely park which has pretty much everything. Great place to walk your dog with both woodland and well kept pathways. It’s has a pitch and putt golf course, a great kids play area, outdoor gym, coffee shack, a garden plant centre and lots of wide open space!
We take the dog here most days.
The pitch and putt is reasonably priced. Parking is scattered around the top end of the park, but there’s plenty of it and an overspill onto the access roads.

Lovely park. I liked it cause it doesn’t have too many people visiting

Lovely, peaceful park. Great for picnics. Nice kiddie's play park. Lots of dogs about, many off lead, but have never been particularly bothered by any.

Park looks lovely, especially in the autumn. Garden centre is great. Café and the standard of the toilets let it down.

My favourite place to have a wander. Very popular with dog walkers. There is a large children's play park, and also an outdoor gym. The kiosk serves hot and cold drinks/snacks throughout the week, and rents out clubs for the pitch and putt on weekends (card only payment).

Beautiful park with an interesting history. Mix of green spaces and more formal gardens. Being enjoyed by all ages and quite a few dogs.
