M. a. J. B.Large car park serving the Broadway Shopping Centre, there is no charge for short term parking (2 hours), which is amazing for the Plymouth area. The surface is in good condition and level, the spaces are well laid out and access is good. The shopping centre is just a minutes walk away.
P. C.It's ok.ish, gotta bank, bookies, and a Poundland and Iceland, but compared to the 70's it's lost 2 stars, lacks vibrancy, could do with sprucing up.
