Much better than what it use to be compared to what it was. Bike station fully accessible although I'm disappointed that after 9pm on a Sunday you have to wait outside for your bus due to the lack of security. Other bus stations in nearby towns seem to be able to keep them open until the timetable is fully completed which leaves alot to be desired. 3 star.

Very nice parking. Always available and open. However they do not accept card. So only pay by coins or Ringo app. They have added electronic charging points as well.

Excellent car park, reasonable prices given the :
Location in the heart of Preston and capacious parking bays, as well as there are always available bays!
Why 4 stars?
It's the payment machines!!
Well, most of them are not working, accept coins only and no change given.
There is an option to pay by Ringo App though.

Preston bus station is nice with friendly service and assistance with toilets and services to Blackburn, Blackpool, Morecambe, Southport and other. Covered with shops and near to central Preston shops. Worth a visit

Preston bus station, large and impersonal place. Okay if you know where you are going and which stop to go to, but if you’re new and unsure it’s not easy to get the information. There are displays but you have to know where the final destination of the bus is.

It's a car park so you know what to expect. Easy enough to find and parking prices aren't extortionate. Nice wide spaces to park in which is great. The ramps between the levels are pretty narrow without much space to manoeuvre so with a wide car or nervous driver not easy to navigate. I witnessed my first case of 'car park rage' with a chap finding it near impossible to get safely onto an up ramp after about 10 attempts!
