d. M.Nice Park. Large Sandpit. Covers a range of kids, from about 18 months with baby swings, small slides, Musical bars. to much older around 10 with tall climbing frame. Zip wire and mini assault course.
O. H.We take our daughter here regularly. The play park is wonderful, so unique. And the vast green space is beautiful to play on in the summer. I'm sure she'll make good use of the skatepark as she grows!

A. L.The pitch quality is dreadful to say the least. Games are always called off because of the terrible terrain. The only positive is that their is a bangin hotdog stall on Saturday mornings. Also, the playground is pretty good.

B.This park offers excellent facilities for visitors of all ages, a football and basketball court, a parkour area, a good sized skate park and a fully featured children's playground alongside the selection of full sized football and cricket pitches. It loses a star as it is not the sort of park you would go to just for a walk, it is very much lacking in natural wooded areas and is positioned with roads or railway on each side. With that being said it remains a good place to meet up with friends.

q.Great park. Great Skate park for the kids and good sized play park. No toilets at present but you can go to BP garage if needed. Can also get a good coffee there 😉.
m. c.Love this place for dog walks especially. Although they do have several sports going on in the evenings or weekends. Since lockdown people have been mostly careful except for the skateboard ramps. Well looked after by staff on site.

S. S.A great park with wonderful play area and the play area is very well equipped next to the play ground, with different slides, other play equipments and swings catering for different age groups.
S. M.What's not to like. It's a park with a kids play area and many ramps for stunt bikers/skateboarders/scooterists. It's a regular go to place for my kids every weekend even though not the closest.
A. M.A fantastic open space with lots of options for various activities, this is one of the best parks in Reading area. The ground is so enormous that 3 football / cricket matches can be played at a single time. There's dedicated areas for skateboarding as well as children's park. The surrounding trees prevent the noise and activities from the nearby roads thus making it a very family friendly place.
K. D.Good park with lots for kids to do. A few goal posts up and they have done away with the tennis courts and put a skate park there instead which is used a lot more than the courts ever were. Clean park too, I.e no dog poo everywhere.

A. A.My go to place for a quick dog walk. Nice green, cricket pitch (in the Summer) and a skate park. Most people there are nice and friendly, although like many parks in the U.K., you need to be vigilant with the odd dodgy person.
R. M.A well maintained local recreation ground enjoyed by dog walkers, football clubs skateboarding and a host of others. Would be five stars but no amenities for those that are not local. A good sized car park with an overspill area for busy times. A great asset for the community which also caters for children in their own safe area, joggers exercise classes sports day events for the local school make it special for such a wide range of users.
M. S.This is more than a park! For the fitness oriented there is a parkour section with loads of various of bars to hang from at different heights to do almost any exercise. A sign explains the different moves one can incorporate into the equipment available. A skateboarding area and a basketball court. There is a massive field with a cricket pitch and loads of sporting events going on for mainly children. A kiddies separate play area that is the biggest one Ive seen. Would have given 5 stars if the entrance to parking was safer and less cumbersome(single lane to get in and out from a rather backlogged street).
I. I.You can't go wrong in this park, the kids love it and there's always a good bunch of civilised people there and a nice atmosphere
a. f.Great place to walk the dog or get a great free workout in the awesome parkour park. Very well made and lots to do. Always clean, very nice edition to the area. Could do with access to toilets as I didn't see any.
S. M.Nice park with large play ground for ball games. Skating area for teans to practice stunts. And good play area with lots of varieties for children to climb, swing, slide and jump around.
E. R.Great park for children. Loads of things to play on, and plenty of space. Hard to get in and out of the entrance though as it is one lane and onto a main road. We love taking our nephews when we are in the area.
J. S.I love coming to this park, it's so relaxing and very clean. Its not often that you see a park attendant picking up litter and walking around making sure things are running well. (this is the cleanest park ive ever seen/been to) At dusk the attendant walks around the park calling out that he will closing the park gates. I hope this man gets paid well. My children love this park and always bring a friend or two with them, which gives me plenty of time to relax and drink a coffee as I watch them play. Theres a basketball court, skate board/scooter and bmx ramps, a parkour park (with instructions of how to) cricket field, football pitches, plenty of space to bring a dog and a enclosed younger childs park full of very well kept equipment to keep the kids amused for ages. Parking is free. Worst thing about this park is that there aren't any toilets. ( well in the cricket pavillion but its hardly open) A couple of shops nearby to buy a drink.

p.The skatepark is really small but it has some nice features, the other parts of the park, like the playground, are great for children. I would recommend going if you live nearby.
