Fantastic service from start to end. Our cruise was out on Cunard and back on Royal Caribbean. Not a problem if you phoned. Lady who answered phone was delightful and parking set up. Upon arrival, bags removed from car into mini bus. Shuttled to cruise terminal with lovely drivers. Upon arrival after the cruise, a quick phone call resulted in a mini bus picking us up and taking us back to our car within minutes. Driver helped with all the luggage. Honestly I cannot fault the service. Absolutely stress free. Will definitely use again. Thanks Penguin Parking. Don't usually leave reviews but have to say this was exceptional service. Think the negative reviews are due to Covid issues. You are offered cancellation insurance at time of booking though for a little extra so take it off you think you will be effected. Hopefully we have seen the end of it now.

Absolutely brilliant, so easy. We received a warm and friendly welcome and was on the shuttle within a few minutes of our arrival. When we returned we just let them know what time we would be there and they picked us up within minutes, we were really impressed, would definitely use again.

We’ve used Penguin parking on 6 /7 times we have always had excellent service when in Marchwood and at present location. On one occasion we had to have RAC to look at the car, they dealt with everything, RAC did what they had to and I received a call saying all was fixed and not to worry and enjoy our time away from Penguin. I will be booking agin very soon for our next cruise. Today we should have docked at 7am and didn’t it was nearly 12 before we got off, received updates from them and they were there within 2 mins of us getting to pick up point. Thanks for you great service

I'm looking to book for January 2023 for the world cruise on QM2. I'm shocked to read some commentaries. It will be the fourth time we will book with this company. They are so serious, and arranging everything every time to give to us the best. We came back in full covid on 15 April 2020 ,and they came for us to pick us to the ship and bring us to our car in the parking. With all the restrictions due to the Covid, they were present. Hope all the others companies are serious as them.

Booked at Penguin Cruise Parking for a week. I booked in my brand new car...170 miles on the clock at time of parking. Yes of course I was concerned that it would be looked after safely. Proved no cause for concern as car was exactly as I left it and no gizmo's were " played " with. Would recommend wholeheartedly. Also transfered to terminal immediately and collected in 5 minutes upon return arrival. Will definitely use again.

Amazing service very easy to find and staff are very friendly. No waiting in traffic to get in parked up and at the terminal in minutes. On arrival after an email or text they are there to take you back to your car they load and off load your bags and away you go. Hoping to do another cruise soon and when we do we will be back here.

This parking lot has moved and is now so near to the port. The staff are really friendly and very helpful. No sitting about waiting for pick up or drop off, so quick and efficient service. Would strongly recommend.

Great setup, slightly further from cruise terminal than you might expect but staff are friendly and efficient, drop off and pickup service have always been there right on time, professionally run and seem to be a secure and well setup facility. Parking is outdoors and area is quite industrial so after a week or two your car maybe quite dusty, but importantly always there safely! Have used a few times and would definitely use again

One of the safest places to park your car on your on your cruise. Every time I've parked here for the last 5 or 6 years I have checked the mileage before and after leaving my car at Penguin and found that the mileage has not moved at all which shows me that nobody is taking my car for a joy ride for the time its remained with them. It will have moved from the original parking space I left it in so that they can move it to a another part of their car park compound other than that it doesn't move and this is reflected in the mileage. Thank you penguin for looking after my car so well over all these years, It's comforting to know I'm leaving it in trustworthy hands.

This was the first time using Penguin parking and was very impressed. Good directions given and check in was quick and easy. The car was held in secure parking and on return it was ready for pick up. Used for the first time this year and was very impressed. Service was efficient, friendly and well organised. In addition to routine parking our booking involved an initial transfer to Gatwick airport then collection from a Southampton Cruise terminal at the end of the holiday. We followed the instruction provided (which were very clear) and everything went very smoothly; we could not have asked for better service. Will not hesitate to use again if parking in Southampton for a holiday.

I have used penguin crusie parking for 6 out of my 7 cruises from Southampton, the service is so much better than what P&O offer. you pull up, hand over your keys, and get a mini bus, they take you straight to the departure area of the ship yoyr sailing on. customer service and friendliness of the staff is amazing, I recommend them to any one that asks who to use.

Brilliant service from Penguin Cruise Parking. Hadn't booked with them before, but due to the reasonable price, thought we'd give them a try for our weeks' cruise parking. So easy to find by sat nav, secure private car park, speedy service on a private mini-bus to the port in about 15 mins (passing all the queuing cars for port parking!) - on return just text them the day before, the time when you're due to to disembark at port, and within a few minutes they're there waiting for you. Will definitely use again.

Used to be called Alternative Cruise Parking but changed name. Very reasonable rates, car has always been returned with no damage. Drivers are very friendly and efficient and take care with luggage + it's just a short drive to docks so doesn't take long.

First time I have used Penguin for a Southampton cruise parking. From the time of arrival to collecting my car the service was better than First Class. Friendly greeting, Friendly driver, help with cases. Transport arrived for collection at end of cruise within 5 minutes, again Friendly driver who explained how to get to the motorway when we left the parking centre. Again Friendly greeting at the centre, even a bottle of water for the journey. The only place to park when sailing from Southampton

Couldnt have been more pleased with this company from start to finish! The drivers are very friendly and hardworking. We sat in the front with a very pleasant driver called Andy B who was a lovely fella agreeing with us that the company make it as painfree as possible for their customers. He made us very welcome when we sat in the front with him yesterday. There was no awkward silence like some companies have been known to do. He drove us back from the docks, driving carefully as did his colleague who took us to the docks but i didnt get his name. As we hadnt used this company before, we were a little apprehensive but we neednt have been! I wouldnt hesitate going with this company the next time we cruise! Read the reviews and trust them. Very pleased with this car parking would recommend it to anyone going on a cruise, its a bit way out but found it easily with our satinav, we parked the car, the people were very friendly when we arrived, got straight onto a minibus after the driver loaded our luggage, took around 15 to 20 minutes to get to the port. Were told to text them when we would be coming back when we had got our confirmatoin on the ship, when we got off we telephoned them and within 10 to 15 minutes they arrived to pick us up loaded the luggage on again for us and when we got back to the car park the car was ready and waiting, when I picked up the keys from the reception they gave us both a bottle of water for our journey.
